Went here on 15th of September order a 3 piece and a shrimp combo , they gave me the shrimp in a small cup and the chicken was cold and had feathers still on it. And on top of that the little toothless cook cause out and pull a knife wth is going on with Popeyes talking about get out of his Popeyes lol it’s sad that you have these ppl like this working at you establishment I’m done with Popeyes to hood for me

The chicken is not seasoned as good as it use to be. You stopped the local restaurants from adding more seasons. Your prreseasoned chicken needs more salt?, it's too bland. There's nothing worse than getting a hot bland chicken breast! This is the south, money will be returned. But!!! That Mango Lemonade...fire! But $3.99 a cup a splurge treat.

Clearly you can see chicken is not the only thing frying. I'm a truck drive, stop to get a quick bit. Found a beetle fried into my chicken. You can see the grease bubbles in the beetle. How much lack of attention does it take for this to even happen and to be served to a customer?

Well I should have known. I am giving a 2 Star from a 5 star 3 days ago.Today the service and food was horrible. The chicken and red beans and rice were just barely warm. While I chose to eat the chicken I asked for another red beans and rice. (It was done but you could tell it was a bother). I also up charged the reg biscuits to the strawberry ones and yup. I got the reg in my box. It again came across as an imposition to fix it. What is going on Popeyes? I had high hopes that things were changing. Maybe a management issue & people that just don’t care.I am impressed with the new management. My food was hot, fresh and correct after I placed my order. The staff were friendly and the place clean. I will be back.

Its like rolling the dice. Sometimes good other. They pick over the Chicken. You will get very small pieces. Why they do this to me I am unsure. I sent my friend in and got me a 8 pc. and some really big pieces. lol Did not have time to photo them.

The day is Friday 07/07/23 from 3:00pm to 3:30pm. The light skin black girl at the counter was rude as hell. The attitude she has, shouldn’t be in the business of serving. Rolled her eyes when I asked for napkins in my Togo. She also had an attitude about me asking for sauce, just an unpleasant experience. I’ll never go to the Popeyes in Millen GA again. Horrible service and the fries are recycled and cold. Food is cold and the service is just trash. Fire the whole staff and start over. I really wish they had negative stars… this place deserves it.

I ordered a chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes and a drink. I sat there waiting for a good 25 minutes before I got the food. and it was raw when I got it. Didn’t get a receipt. And when I tried to bring it back they said they’d only refund me for the chicken sandwich instead of the whole meal!!! I also sat at the window for a good 30 minutes and the employees were extremely rude!

Mobile order 7:50pm, told to pull forward in the drive thru at 8pm, get food with no drinks at 8:30pm, the guy delivering my drinks had to go back inside since they were out of tea, finally leaving at 8:35pm, and I get home to find that they were also out of fries and didn't bother to ask what I would want so they just threw in some mashed potatoes. Terrible service. I will not be returning or recommending anyone go to this location

This Popeyes is so bad I've been here five different times after commuting for 5 hours. I remember hearing about the chicken sandwiches when they first came out but this Popeyes has managed to sell me the worst chicken sandwiches I've ever had five different times. And this last encounter was pathetic dude says pull up and still gets my chicken sandwich wrong after I correct him and tell him he got it wrong unbelievable.

Man, I didn't want to give a one start but I just have to! I guess what the deal really is is that they are so so understaffed! I literally waited probably 30 minutes for my food to come out I was with a party of four and everybody else had finished before my food came out. The staff was very very nice and very apologetic, I just would advise staying away until they fix their staffing issues. As well as this is no fault to the employees that work there but it is so stinking expensive! I had three chicken fingers with two sides and a drink for $12! For that price I should have went to the cotton! I hope this restaurant does good in the future...

Don't close till 10 pm but have lobby closed by 7pm had to wait in drive thru for 39 min for a app order mind you the app order was supposed to be ready by 7:30. I didn't make it there till 7:40 and the guy at the window scratching his private areas while checking for my order telling me he's going to be bringing me my food just makes me want to cancel my order. This is for my young daughters. What is wrong with people? Why does customer service have to be so hard nowadays? I really hated to give them another bad review but they just continuously get worseParking: Drive through has one of the biggest potholes I've ever seen

Dead flies all over the place, floors filthy, tables nasty. Drink machine has hair on it. The conversations im hearing from the workers, full of F Bombs.Close it down if this is the best you can do... before someone gets sick!

Chicken sandwiches had obviously been a sitting for a long time. Take-out order contained no utensils, straws, or napkins. There was no other vehicle in the drive-through line but the order took about ten minutes to be completed. When I went inside to get straws, etc., was told they must be out of napkins so ended up grabbing some paper towels instead. Praying we don’t end up with food poisoning in a few hours. Restaurant we intended to visit was cut off due to train stopped on tracks for at least 30 minutes. My recommendation? Eat in Statesboro or bring a sack lunch if traveling through Millen.

This store deserves a 0 what Popeyes doesn’t have butter let alone plastic ware. And the inside was locked at 7 pm. Whoever owns this establishment you should sell it because the people who are running your store are awful, are not friendly and have no clue how to stock.

The worst Popeyes that I've ever been in!Filthy bathroom, filthy resturant, filthy floors!I walked in wearing flip flops, the floor was so nasty & sticky that I actually walked out of my flops.Floor was so sticky they stuck to the floor.I was the only customer at the counter & had to wait on the two black women to finish their conversation before taking my order.Then, she came over & just looked at me, not a word came from her mouth. I ordered, paid & said Thank you, still not a word.What kind of place is this?Never again will I spend my money at Popeyes ... It's Chick Fil from here on out!

Currently traveling and stopped here to bathroom and grab some food. The bathrooms were horrible per conversations with my kids and I sat in drive through for at least 10 minutes waiting for popcorn shrimp and tenders. I should have known when the lady in front of me had cut her car off and was just sitting at the window. Seriously it looked staffed what was the issue with being so slow. The guy at window was friendly at least but wow....I will not return.

Just left Popeyes Millen on Friday Oct 4. No sides for Chicken tender box. Order regular tender fir grandson & got spicy cold tenders with an extra biscuit because NO sides available. Then they gave us no receipt so we cannot even report the terrible service & food !

Food seems very consistent across the board with Popeyes nationwide. That in itself is saying a lot. Just like McDonald's, the process from farm to the front counter is mind-boggling in itself. The thing that these international companies have in common is that they put the least experienced, lowest paid employees in front of the customer to be the face of the franchise.

Awful experience! Ordered fries. They were stale, cold, dry, and hard. $3+ wasted. Stepped up to the counter and the cashier said "yeah". Not "what will you be having"? "How can I help you"? A measley, pitiful, unprofessional, "yeah". Too bad one ⭐ is the lowest option to give because this experience deserve none!

My husband and I are Couriers. We deliver Medical item to different Labs in Atlanta,Ga. On Monday the 30th day of January we decided to stop at the Millen Ga location for Supper. First of all we had a young person at the window who could care less if we ordered or not. We told him explicitly what we wanted and he gave us what he wanted us to have. The Chicken legs were so small and the thighs which we didn't order we're ok. As for the Cole slaw it was awful as well as the pinto beans. Please teach your employees how to treat the customers. Have them train at Chick-fil-A I'm sure they would benefit

The dining room is closed; food can only be ordered from the drive thru. It is one of the slowest business times according to Google Maps. The lady on the loud speaker did not seem very charismatic and sounded like she didn't take her job seriously. I was waiting in line for over 50 minutes for mine and my partner's food. No one is getting their food and everyone in line was very apparently peeved with the speed and quality of the service they received. Once I got to the window, they JUST THEN decide to inform me that they don't have any chicken filets left and can't make my food. If you would like your food with timeliness or are in a hurry or would like food at all, don't come to the Popeyes in Millen. Horrible service quality. Would greatly recommend that management find a new staff to run their store. Thank you for wasting an hour of my time for nothing.
