Ordered my food online and arrived 8 minutes after i was told to pick it up and cook hadnt even started on my order yet. i had to wait an hour. there was only one server working and she took a break. i noticed an order sitting in the back and i asked the cook while the server was on her break if it was my order and he said yea and continued to cook and didnt give it to me. i had to wait for the server to come back and ask her to grab it for me. if i hadn't noticed thatorder sitting there and hadnt said anything to the server i would have been there looking stupid waiting even more.food wasn't good,had reheat it because it was cold.freaking ridiculous

First time having southern food and by far the hospitality, service, and food is top notch. The picture of the empty plates speaks for itself. I enjoyed it so much and would 100/10 recommend this place

Our server Crystal was absolutely lovely and on point with our drinks being filled and everything being out in a timely fashion. The food tasted amazing and the cook Anna even came out to our table to check on us and our food. Everything in this Huddle House was so clean and looked great. Making this my new daily breakfast spot!

This Huddle House is amazing! I ate here after 9 pm due to traveling with my children, and the wait staff was patient and sweet. One of my daughters asked for a substitution, and we were told very politely that substitutions weren't allowed. The staff here is very professional and overall very nice to customers. My crew can be a little much sometimes, but the staff handled us with grace and professionalism. 100% recommend. And our food was well prepared and tasted amazing!

The staff is really nice. Toot and D are some really good cooks. They work together ❤️ to make the order just right. The waitresses are very friendly and respectful to your needs. Hope if your ever in millen please stop by the huddle house to get the best service in town.

I love coming to this huddle house Ms. Wanda always cooks my food fast and it is always great tasting. Leona is my favorite server. She is always smiling and friendly. Great service excellent food and Ms. Christi is so kind and smiles and greets everyone warmly.Kid-friendliness: They have drawing books and crayons for children

My two grand daughters and I were there for pick up a order on 10/15, at night. The night manager, tall lady with burgundy color hair. She was probably the nastiest attitude manager I have ever met. When she gave us our food, she handed to me with her back turned!! That was disheartening. When we got to our location there were no eating utensils, no syrup, no butter for pancake and it was burnt!! She needs a Customer Service class to remind her of the job she has!!Usually when we visit, we have a great experience. I love the huddle house, I'm from Cincinnati originally but moved to Atlanta.

Not the huddle house this used to be.Once the very best in the area. Food was mediocre prepped and served. Waitress never even brought a drink to table after it was ordered nor when the food plate was served. Never came back to check, never asked how everything was. Could not eat quick enough to get done and leave.Probably my last visit there.Could use a complete cleaning down to the windows covered in greasy film and dirty floors . It was noon time but was not very busy, about 5 tables out of 15 were taken so not good service by any means based on customers.

Staff and Waitress Tina was extremely friendly, helpful and quick, the food was fantastic, and it was overall an enjoyable experience. I will gladly come here again to eat and converse with the Tina, she was absolutely awesome with us and made the environment friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate everything that the staff does for their customers.

Me and my wife waited almost 2 hrs for our food to be cold and wasn’t what we asked for. The waitress only came to the table one time. We asked for plastic utensils and straws but our waitress did not bring them we had to get another employee to bring it to us and she didn’t take our order the guy did. My Hash browns was so hard and crispy like they was overcooked, eggs was so dry and cold and our toast was too hard and cold as well. Me and my wife was not satisfied. We never had problems here until today.

Food and atmosphere was really nice, my server was Michele who was super nice and friendly, and the Mexican kid cook, who I think I heard my server call him "smiley" had cooked me a badass patty melt, it was so good and juicy, and he had a smile the whole time he was cooking my order. 5 stars all around.
