Great customer service. My fries were fresh! My tenders were fresh! All smiles in this place! I HIGHLY recommend! Especially the inside service. They bring the food out to your table as soon as it comes up. Everyone was nice even the workers in the kitchen. Talazsha greeted me once I walked in, told me to have a great day once I walked out and she's also well mannered!

Food is good, but there were these to employees in the kitchen not to name any names. But it was Gary and another dude. This was on Wednesday January 31. Past 6pm. We ordered our food and they kept looking at us and giggling to themselves. There was nobody close to where we were standing. This one dude tried not to make it obvious they were looking at us, but he didn’t succeed. Other than that it went good. Just two bad apples. I forgot to say there were peeking out of the cooking window where they hand food to the people in the front.

After placing a mobile order and get to the location to pick it up there telling me all mobile order were picked up. I showed them my order and my bank app saying it was paid for bye me they still treated me as if I was trying to steal an order in the end whe I said I was going to cancel my order to get my money back she Acted as if she was doing me a favor and giving me food that I didn't pay for and at the same time, not even giving me what I paid for I paid for a 6 piece chicken strip basket.She gave me a 4 piece even though I kept telling her.I paid for a 6 pice.

Staff is friendly and bathrooms are clean. Be careful though the hot water is burning hot. I highly recommend any of the limited time blizzards because they always just take it up a notch.

I keep trying to give this place a chance cuz it's so convenient, but they just can not pull it together. Whether it's giving me fries instead of onion rings, not giving me any dipping sauce, or making my blizzard wrong, I never get 100% of my order. They will put napkins in a box that has BBQ tenders in it and so now the napkins are covered in sauce and are totally useless. Today I ordered a Choco Brownie Extreme Blizzard with extra fudge (was in that kind of mood, yah know) and this is what I got. I thought "maybe it's just not mixed well" nope, it was just vanilla ice cream all the way down. I put in a complaint on the app a while ago and my compensation was a free blizzard coupon. Not really a compensation when they never get it right. It's just all around a sub-par experience.P.S. I know it's deceiving seeing the chocolate around the rim, but seriously there was no chocolate sauce or fudge in the blizzard itself. I don't understand

Everytime I come through whenever Colteiona, Marisol, and Sandra serve me I always have a good experience. Not only are all three of these young ladies kind and polite they have smiles on their faces. I always appreciate their good attitudes as you don't always receive that kind of service here.

Service was top notch. Ordered at the drive thru. Order was correct. Burger and fries were hot and fresh. Best of all, the order was ready in less than two minutes.The young man at the window was friendly and courteous. Thank you for a job well done.

I just wanted to stop by on my way back from out of town and get a treat. I got the Oreo and Brownie Cupfection. I was completely disappointed. The brownie was supposed to be warm. It wasn't it. It was also hard like it had been sitting on the counter for about a week. They had put too much of the chocolate syrup at the bottom. It drowned out the ice cream and made it melt faster than normal. This is my favorite cheat snack too.

The food was good, service disappointing.Wanted a crispy chicken sandwich combo, had to settle for a grilled chicken instead. Was still good. Wanted to swap out my included drink for a blizzard and just pay the difference, also not allowed.

Stopped by and tried the Rotisserie chicken nuggets & fries. Customer service with a nice smile. It was a cool evening & busy night, but the smile made my night. Recommend!

Food was cold even though the line was very long. I have no idea how they managed to serve me cold fries with all of the orders ahead of me. My burger was cold and nasty. The meat always black. It had to have been sitting in the trey for at least an hour or 2. They charged me for medium meal and recieved small. I wouldn't recommend this specific DQ to anyone!

very quick with getting food it's just that the lines are horrible because so many people love coming to this Dairy Queen. anytime on Sunday or lunchtime expect for the line to be to the driveway there will be no parking places and the line inside is to the door and there are people packed in the seats. but I mean it's just that great of a deal for the food it's always very clean you'll even see the owner in there working. He's a very nice man. Now the evening shift most of the time they don't like answering the drive-thru speaker.

You ever eat a Blizzard while outside a storm brews up? There's a first time for everything. Anyways, food was great, and the staff were polite and even friendly. We had just come from the beach and the cashier didn't mind me using the bathroom to change. Waitress who brought our food to our table made small talk. I don't get DQ often at all but it's a great place. I like that this one has an outdoor area - we sat out there after finishing eating.Mom was a bit cold when we first went in, but nobody else seemed to mind and it was pre-storm weather outside.Idk why the app says I went yesterday. I was just there a couple of hours ago.

Service was ok. But they need healthier foods, like more different kinds of salads, grill chicken pieces instead of fried. They have the best ice cream and fries. Fries not too salty, just right. But they need to be baked not fried. Prices are kind of high as well.

Great experience. I had a wonderful server named Taylor who was extremely pleasant and fast. She made a huge difference, usually DQs aren't as friendly and customer service driven. She is a great team member there. I wouls go there every day, and recommend that you do too.

Passed through on my way had a sweet tooth, only ordered a medium dipped cone yet it looked like a small.I was in uniform but still had to ask for discount. Ice cream was as good as it always was.

Went there about a week ago. Ordered in the drive through and got to the window and none of the four employees in sight were wearing masks. There were no masks visible at all. We left. We are in a pandemic. I expect DQ to do their part in preventing spread.

Fastest fast food in Millen, GA. Great DQ taste at decent prices. Friendly service. One of the better DQs in the region. And the soft serve ice cream is, and always has been, the best nation wide. Absolutely love it! Truly Fan Food!!!
