The night we were shopping there was a weird noise going off every 30 seconds. The clerk said what it was but I forget what she said however it was annoying and hard to shop. She said it was like that all day. I would think someone from corporate would want that fixed however if it wasn't effecting business I guess they didn't care.

Wasn't too busy during our visit. Check out was quick and cashier, she was friendly. Was greeted upon entering store. Clean store with alot of different finds. Fair pricing. A/C must have been turned off, a little warm to comfortably shop.

A little busy, but the check out line moved quickly. Although shelves were not overflowing with items, employees were diligently re-stocking & organizing aisles. Overall, a good shopping experience, especially for this time of year! Merry Christmas!

Horrors will be seen.When I go to the cashier and pay, the cost of my choice was $10:68, the cashier refunded me $9:02. When I look at my change it gave me back$9:02, I CLAIMED THAT THE CHANGE WAS NOT RIGHT, SHE SHOULD REFUND $9.32 AND HIS ANSWER WAS AS SIMPLE AS; "I HAVE NO CHANGE" SORRY, I HAVE NO CHANGE !!! . I ASKED HIM TO SPEAK WITH THE ADMINISTRATOR AND THE ADMINISTRATOR GAVE ME THE SAME ANSWER. I ASKED FOR MY MONEY.HIS PREFERENCE WAS TO LOSE THE CUSTOMER.YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE ENOUGH CHANGE IN THE BOX. IT'S NOT MY FAULT THAT I DON'T HAVE IT AND LESS THAT HE GAVE ME THE CHANGE WITHOUT ASKING FOR AN APOLOGY BEFORE PUTTING THE CHANGE IN MY HAND. IF YOU DIDN'T REVIEW THE CHANGE I WOULDN'T HAVE NOTICED IT. THIS ATTITUDE IS UNACCEPTABLE. Best Ross to me. It is small but I always find good items really cheap and people are friendly. Store is neat and well organized. I like this one better than Macon or Warner Robins which both have turned into disasters...

This Ross was kinda small but had some cute items, especially for Halloween. Wish the candle selection was bigger. Store was clean and cashier was nice.

I was just in the Milledgeville Ross and brought glass housewares and was told by the manager Natasha Davis and her employee Takiersten Andrew's that we could not wrap our glass items because they only have a certain amount of sacks a customer can have. We asked if they have paper to wrap, they said no. When the manager was called over she said ROSS only let's you have so many sacks. This is crazy. You cant take buggy outside so you have to carry it so it doesn't break. This was so unprofessional. As much as I shop, this is a turn off for milledgeville Ross. Never had this problem in Macon or Stonecrest. A mess in Milledgeville.

This is a very small Ross store. It's cramped and the aisles are small. I love Ross stores in general but this one was kind of a disappointment.
