I have spent a lot of money here, my partner too! Been coming for years now. Not the type to complain unless I’ve had several incidents to stand on. The manager is rude….. Has no respect for people that are giving money to the very business that employs him! He has a nasty attitude if he has to use any brain power to resolve an issue. Very passive aggressive but then pretends he was trying to help when you call him out! Needs to be better trained in dealing with the public. Doubt I will come back. I’m sure that won’t matter to Austin. Like I said, he needs better training. Can’t seem to fathom he could be wrong about something. Won’t give any info on his superiors cause I’m sure he would have a lot of complaints if he did.

Great shop that is incredibly well stocked. The manager Austin is very knowledgeable about all the products they carry and patient in answering questions or explaining things. Best option in Milledgeville by far.

Kinda upset I came here last Sunday evening and when I asked about the Pens and if they charged by a C charger port or screw in. they basically said they didn’t understand me and they don’t sell pens?? Then I come to find out today that they do in-fact sell pens. More importantly, the pens that use the C port charger. Made me buy a disposable for no reason smh😞 not a big deal but I wish it was told to me when i asked and not made to feel like I was speaking nonsense

Absolutely fantastic people and products. I go here for all of my vape supplies, and they have a fantastic selection of juices with good prices. They have gorgeous glass wear selection and a very informed and friendly staff. I don’t think I’ve ever stepped into this store without learning something new, and I have never left without the worlds biggest smile on my face. I hope to keep coming back to share pet photos, have wonderful conversations, and maybe one day get my favorite glass wear. Have a good day Sunshines, be safe out there!

I am a regular customer of pipe dreams. I find the facility is comfortable, very relaxing and the employees are very friendly. The young lady who took care of me today is a new employee but she seems to have her act together. She knew how to juggle many customers at the same time in a polite and appropriate manner. (Hard to find these days). The young man who is normally behind the counter is also a great help in answering questions or offering solutions. We also have a good time talking about a little bit of nothing. It’s hard to find a place where you can go conduct business and still feel like you are important. I’ll keep coming back.

It's always difficult to choose from the different items and when you think you've finally picked the one that you wanted, they will introduce another type or brand that looks even better and more suitable for needs.. I've been shopping at this location for almost a year. The staff is very nice, knowledgeable about all of their products, and very helpful. They sell a wide variety of items and it's also a comfortable space to sit and chill for a bit. There's programs for discounts too. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

These guys are amazing. Very friendly and extremely helpful. The hookah is the best I've had and I've had my fair share of hookah from a number of places in and out of Georgia. They have everything you need plus more. An amazing spot to chill and watch tv and maybe do a little bit of work. Definitely would recommend this place!

For a small-town, this place has an excellent selection for all your smoking needs. Their glass selection and accessories are incredible. Some of their pieces can be pretty pricey but with quality comes cost. Shop here first because chances are they will have what you are looking for.

Usually I don’t leave comments on google, but I’ve gotta say: pipe dreams is where it’s at. My Man Harris that works there is super knowledgeable and can easily recommend you something new if you wanna explore new things. Harris is one of the main reasons I keep coming back, every time he’ll be like man you gotta try this out, or man we just got this in. He’s never sold me anything that he hasn’t tried himself and is a very honest dude. I recommend pipe dreamz over any other vape shop. Best prices and variety around hands down.

Have had really good experiences with this shop until today. A young woman who I had never seen before was helping me and was on her cell phone taking a personal call on speaker while "helping" me. She obviously did not want to be bothered and did not seem to be knowledgeable in the components that go into a vape (i.e. coils,etc) so I walked out with the wrong one.

Only place I could find within 50 miles that had the pods I needed. After I was told the price, I understand why they have them in stock. Literally twice the price we charged at the shop I used to manage and 3 1/2 times what you pay online. I understand not being able to compete with online pricing.....used to fight that battle all the time......but $7.00 for a Badge Pod is highway robbery. If I hadn’t driven 40 miles for them, I would have walked away. Got me once. Won’t happen again. Probably should have just bought a new device.....it comes with two pods and normally not much more than what they charge for a three pack of pods.

1. Earth Kratom is $40 at pipe dreams for 150 count it’s $25 for the same quantity every where in town. Also if that guy (I think his name is austin) had an ounce of friendliness, y’all would get so much more business. People typically lean on vape shop employees for answers, but anytime I’ve ever asked Austin a question about something he seems annoyed and is very disrespectful in his response.

They have one of the best selections in Milledgeville by far. I moved here from the city where I could go right next door and get what I needed but in Milly that’s not always the case. I’m so glad my sister introduced me to the shop.

Nothing against the staff, they are great, but I’ll be taking my business to Stormy’s from now on as their return policy is a little more flexible. I purchased a mod from Pipe Dream’s three weeks ago, and was having trouble with batteries draining. I thought it might be older batteries, so I bought all new ones. I am no novice to using vapes, but live 40 min away and work a lot. When I took it back to the store, they noticed that the entire inside casing was missing. After looking at the ones that they had in the store it was obvious that it would take physical force to pry those thIngs out. This is how I purchased it on October 4th, and instead of being able to replace my mod today October 5th, I have to now ship it out to the manufacturer only to receive a refurbished mod. First experience with Pipe Dreams, and also my last. I’m sure it is due to the owners rigid return policy, and I agree that some people probably break their mods and bring it back in, I get it. My circumstance was obvious and they should have handled it differently, I don’t know anyone in their right mind that would pry the casing out of their brand new mod.
