Amy has a reputation of maintaining a rude demeanor amongst my social circle. She was accommodating of us, inappropriate comments to me the customer withstanding, and provided a good service relative to other options in the Milledgeville area. She recently has told me she requires a 4-week schedule for all "Doodles." (My dog is a golden doodle.) I will say that my dog was terrified of her and that did set me on edge. We did schedule multiple "extra" sessions for our dog to get used to her and the staff despite not really needing to be cut/groomed. That was not cheap and I did tip because she led me to believe she was doing me a favor by working with our "difficult" dog. Unfortunately, I believe she will be able to maintain business with fewer options in this area. Would not recommend this business to anyone.

Great experience as always. We are part time residents at the lake but look forward to taking Our Cotton de Tulear to Amy whenever we are in town. She is a rescue dog and it’s a great experience when we do not see her stressed out after picking her up. Besides that…. She looks and smells delicious

The owner knows her business and offers any information you could possibly need on any of their animals. She explains exactly what the animal needs and makes sure you understand before you take one home. On top of this, They do grooming and they're awesome at it! I take our dogs there and they look fabulous when I pick them up.

I have been bringing , Lucy, my Golden Doodle since she was a puppy. Amy is wonderful with her and does a terrific job. She listens to all my concerns and requests, and Lucy loves her! Highly recommend.

Amy goes out of her way to put the babies at ease during their experience. Dogs get excited when they pull up in front of the store. A monthly schedule keeps them looking good. Thanks Amy for all you do.

I bring my male poodle puppy in for a weekly bath and fluff. The place is always clean, smells good and My puppy loves to go there. He is treated like the little prince he is. I also purchase his food there and have been completely pleased with it.

Nice reptile and aquatic selection. Staff is friendly and helpful. Now offers a grooming service. There are always some fuzzy sweet hamsters and gerbils and seasonal rabbits. And an entertaining talking parrot too

I love how they treat my miniature poodle there! The groomer is so patient and careful with my dog. When I pick my baby after her grooming she looks so beautiful and clean, smells wonderfully and her “haircut” is perfect!

The owner is very knowledgeable and her store is very clean. She has a variety of fish and other animals with everything you would need to take care of them, Incredible place. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a pet.

Getting some mice today i will rate again for people wanting mice! no not for a snake but to love and have a a pet themselves. i have gotten two rabbits from them and one died but one just have 5 babies so great job! i go to them for all my pets !

I have been here in the past and had great experiences every time, great place to purchase animals from and always clean. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone who ask, very awesome place.

They have an excellent array of animals here, however the conditions were not the best. I observed multiple dead fish. Prices were decent as well. I just wish the animals were kept in better conditions.

I called the store today in search of a Christmas turtle / friend for my daughter .. and talked to a very friendly lady!! She was able to give me information about tortoises and really seemed to know her stuff and didn’t mind answering every question I had and giving me advice on what would be best ! I’m looking forward to doing business with them 🤗

Rude service when I had to reschedual and was told i cost her money when o had to do it. And last time of 2 years ago the were ok but i know i call ahead a few hours when something comes up. And i did not think it a good place 2 years ago for my pet so never went back. I suggest not taking a pet to whatever service they give.

Purchased a lop rabbit from Rainforest & Reef and absolutely love her! Ashley was very helpful in helping me decide what would be best :) Very friendly staff and love my new pet.

Came in the other day and Wizard (big bird) screamed and scared all of us and the other birds laughed. Planing on getting a bird from here and using their grooming services. 5 star hands down

Horrible,horrible experiece.Went in with long hair dog that I had been growing and grooming for a year.Picked him up after having words with owner and she shaved him bald.This is what a so call professional does in retaliation with words spoken.BEWARE before you entrust her with your Pet

The only local pet store that has the selection of animals that they have. I always go here for rats for my snake! Only place around that has them!
