I’ve been going to this little store since moving into this town. I’m reviewing it now that the big box chain store has moved into town because I want this store to continue to thrive in this town.The staff at this store has always gone above and beyond to help me with everything and every need I’ve had-from puppy pads and food to leashes and harnesses.They carry quality food and treats; things that the bigger store does not carry. The groomers are awesome and do a great job. I hope that this place stays around for a long time because I’ll keep giving them my business!!

The groomers were great, very nice. Much cheaper than petsmart where we usually go and they did a much better job on Maxwell, our Airedale Terrier. The girl who groomed him for us actually went to the Nash Grooming academy, our boy never looked or smelled so good!

Staff is always friendly and they carry some brands of food that PetSmart does not. They do great things for the animal community, including donating food/items to the local Animal Rescue Foundation, as well as adopting out cats through ARF. Great place, I won't go anywhere else!

I took my short haired Dachshund here on 10/1 for grooming. They told me it would take 2.5 hours and they would call me. 3 hours later, I called back and they said 30-45 more minutes. Still No call back. Two days later, I realize that my dogs testicles are burned very badly to the point that they are raw. No call or notification upon pick up that he was injured while in their care. Since he is a short hair, he doesn't even require any type of hair cut!!! I am highly offended and will never take my dog back to this careless establishment. I am disgusted with them and plan on contacting their Corporate headquarters to notify them of the neglect occurring in this store.Do not take your dog to this place!!!

Large selection of goods for every pet. I just needed things for my dog. Reasonable prices and you get to actually see what you're buying ( which you don't online). I will shop here again.

This place has my business from now on. They were able to help me well beyond my hopes. The employees are kind, the store was clean and well stocked. The employees were knowledgeable. It's not a huge store, but there is a lot packed into it. I would rate much higher, if allowed.

Love the grooming service. My dog loves it also. They treat him great! They are fast, friendly and efficient. Never disappointed in the service.

Their groomer tried wooing us in after our dogs were physically abused by a home groomer. When I followed up to make an appt for my 3 dogs, I was told the Petsense groomer was no longer an employee and I'd hear from someone the next day. 3 weeks later, haven't heard a word. Adequate stock.

Petsense is the only place I will get my yorkie groomed at. The groomer, Shell, does a fantastic job and I won't let anyone else groom my baby. The staff is very polite and they greet you as soon as you walk in the door. Me and my furbaby Max love petsense!

It’s a very clean store. Nice friendly staff and we receive some mail coupons. Prices are not as competitive as I’d like to see but it’s still a Great Value.

I drove 45 miles to come shop here on a Saturday and the store is closed!!! No sign saying that they are closed!!! Hours of operation state Saturdays 9-9!! What the heck?!?!
