Unfortunately the quality of produce lack of produce and overly high prices this grocery store has gone downHill over the last two yrs and frankly our family cannot wait till Publix opens this summer. Strawberries look great two days ago when they were purchased, but are rotten with whit mold . Prescription prices are insane and they refuse to price match ! I also want to state that the bathrooms aren’t clean enough for my dogs to use ! How about NO STARS IF THAT WERE A CHOICE !

This is a nice Kroger. There were free samples on the day I visited. The lady was very sweet. I had an excellent experience at this Kroger. It is clean and organized. There is a cute Starbucks inside. During the holiday, the Starbucks is decked out in pretty Christmas decorations. I like this Kroger.

I visited this location this past Tuesday around 9 PM. The store was immaculate, clean, well lit as you can see with the lighting lol. Jordan was especially helpful and so patient with me.

I cannot wait until Publix opens. I hate Kroger! Coupons don't work (yes I'm doing the digital thing), over priced on all items compared to others, they don't honor incorrectly priced items (it messes with their inventory so I was told, and that's my fault??), and no good specials to save moneywhat so ever. I drive 30 mins to Publix to do my shopping. Kroger, you suck!!!!

I like Kroger but there are too many coupon options. Buy 3 or 5 of any product to get a lower price..download digital coupons,..weekly coupons...mailed coupons.. I want to shop not look down each isle for half the day finding deals..

Kroger Milledgeville customers you better check your receipt! After checking out and paying I checked my receipt. A frozen product I purchased showed $6.99. My receipt showed I was charged 9.99. I questioned the clerk. She referred me to the customer service counter. I proceeded to customer service. No one was there, but I waited several minutes. Another customer came up and he too was waiting. I walked back over to the scan area and asked three employees if anyone was working customer service. There was a female working customer service but she was in the "office" with the door closed. She heard me ask if anyone was working customer service. She yelled out that she was busy right now and will be out in a minute and to continue to wait. Wow!! She was too busy to handle the customer! Finally she stepped out, with her cell phone in her hand, and spoke to me and the other customer to tell us she will be out to help us when she finishes "her call." She stepped out, asked what my problem was, I told her the product rang up differently than what was shown on the frozen food shelf. She proceeded to take her phone, scanned the product and said what she is showing is the price that scanned and showed on my receipt and that was that. I walked back to the freezer section, removed the strip from the shelf showing the 6.99 price and walked back to customer service to show her. She snickered and said that I did not have to actually bring the price bar to her then asked me for my receipt and my card and she did credit the difference back to my card. The sales price shown was not one of the "digital coupon" deals but a yellow tag with bold red numbers showing the sales price. This really got under my skin as this is not the first time I have had to dispute a sales price from a scanned price. Plus I did not appreciate the lack of care or professionalism. A PUBLIX is scheduled to open within the next few months and it is located across the street from the Kroger on N. Columbia Street. I plan to shop at PUBLIX and likely many others will do the same. Kroger at N. Columbia Street continues to decline.

Great store. Lots of variety, wide isles, well organized. Deli, nice wine selection, and hard goods are available, along with some Cincinnati favorites. Ample parking and good gas prices.

Not quite understanding why the store has products with no prices and the one person that knows the price is out. Nobody else, except for one individual, knows about grill prices. That's a single point of failure for the store. No item should be in the public's eyesight without a price listed on it. An employee should not have to try to find a book with the grill and price, the price should already be attached to the grills. Wanted to give Kroger my hard-earned money for a grill, but couldn't. Wal-Mart got it instead.

Wonderful sales and deals available. I love the mailed coupons and the digital coupons offered weekly. Great deli and bakery. They offer the best produce in town, product wise and cost wise.Customer service is a hit or miss to the extreme. It's either really bad or really great.Overall, the good out weighs the bad and is definitely worth a trip.

Quick in & out to pick a few items. Found everything easily, with a couple of items on sale.Prices are up a bit, but the shelves are well stocked and every grocery store chain may not be able to say that.Inflation is still too high, and grocery prices reflect that, but my hometown Kroger still gets five stars for always being there for their customers, for the way they treat their customers, and for their employees always greeting you with a smile and a genuine desire to ensure that everyone they interact with has an exceptional shopping experience.Thanks guys, and "Well Done ".

I really hate that self check out has become the norm and I used to be an advocate for them. The problem like many stores is that only half will ever be open which causes long lines to form while other customers in line are breathing down your neck waiting for you to finish checking yourself out. What was the point of self check out if half the registers are closed? The problem of long lines is still present. But what makes me leave a one star review for this location is that the store seems to be obsessed with shrinkage prevention. Not only did they add useless gates to the entrances, they now seem to require their self checkout monitors to hover around shoppers checking themselves out. I honestly feel like I'm being racially profiled every time I shop here. The white older ladies that man these checkouts always make it a point to beeline to me at the register and spend the most time watching me compared to other shoppers. 8/10 the other shoppers not getting the same "attention" are white. While I've experienced something similar to this at other stores as of late, this particular kroger's staff is really bad about it. The usual offenders are the older white female staff rather than the black or young white male staff that sometimes man these areas.

The floors in the deli don't drain properly so there's a pool of water and grease that stays stagnant up against the ovens and stoves, creating a thick pad of moldy grease. The only solution would be to shut down the deli and redo the floor, which would mean a loss of profit.Think I'm lying? Go sneak a peek.I wouldn't let my dog eat anything from Kroger.

Used to be a 5 star for me but the reducing of checkers is getting intolerable. Long lines at checkers, self check crowded also. Going forward I will be making my retail shopping decisions based on who maintains the most human checkers and baggers.

The grapefruit doubled in price overnight from 4 for $5 to 2 for $5. In my opinion, Krogers is price gouging. Unacceptable.Their fish selection is inadequate - all of the fresh salmon, etc. has added color or some unnecessary added ingredient. How about fresh or frozen Atlantic salmon, tuna, etc. that is simply fish. No one wants added junk in their food.

I recently went to Kroger to purchase some crab legs that were on sale. The associate weigh the crab legs out of a box where they were frozen with ice around them. They weigh 3 1/2 pounds, I asked what will be deducted for the ice and he informed me that he would take off 1/4 of a pound for the ice. He asked did I want them to stream them and I said yes. After they streamed them and bagged them up. I asked them to sit it on the scale. They only weighed 2 1/2 pounds. But the weight label read 3 1/2 pounds that I was being charged $11.99 a pound. I only had 2 1/2 pounds in the bag. Kroger should be ashamed of that kind of practice of thief by deception. That additional pound cost me $11.99 plus tax. That is robbing the consumer to increase their profit.

Put in order online and set sail to pick up only for them to say when arrived that it wont be ready today so they recommend picking up tomorrow morning. I get home after agreement on when to pick up groceries then they call to say its ready for pick up now! And has been for 20 mins at this time i am shaking me head and reply with "i will be getting my groceries from Ingles"Poor Customer service and extremely poor Communication with a hint of bad attitude and rudeness all in one. I will no longer shop there and I went there every week .

I think all shoppers would like shopping here more if Kroger would have shelves filled during hours when store is closed. Publix doesn't seem to have stocking being done during the day when customers are sho.

Way too Expensive! So many items now, on sale, actually don't ring up with the sale price, thus the customer has to Waste time to go back to Customer Service (waiting in Line) and have them Correct what should have been in the computer correctly. Getting a little fed up with Kroger now that Mr. Porch has been transferred. Things are REALLY going Down Hill since his departure from the Milledgeville, GA Kroger

I've been to this kroger 4 times for deli food over the past month and a half and it's always closed. No sign, nobody, nothing. Now I get to drive back to town just to pass by this place again. Don't even bother thinking about this place if you want hot food. At least this will be the last time I bother.

Went here yesterday with my mom to return baby formula that was recalled. $160 dollars worth. The woman at the customer service counter was very rude and disrespectful. She didn’t know how to do her job and had to call over another associate to help. We got our money back and decided to go somewhere else for business. We didn’t even want to shop there after her nasty attitude. Can’t remember the woman’s name because I didn’t care for it. So look for a woman with a attitude and smirk

The lady ho take care this person look a me and walk away we out say anything to me .and tell one of the other coworkers.
