This place is terrible they have the highest prices on every item I've ever seen in any goodwill. The large. White lady is very rude and talks down. To people. A plan white t shirt. Was 9'49. No returns and no refunds. Other goodwill s shoes are. 14.99. At most. There shoes are 30 dollars. They have to know that every one knows. This stuff is donated to them for free..... And I've never seen them help anyone. Or provide. Educational programs at all locations.

Don't even try a pick up service, Resupply is the company doing the service, and they charge 160.00 for a sofa pick-up service, and the cost will increase according to items you want to donate. I will donate to a different organization.

Shon was friendly at register. However, prices are too high for a thrift store. I'm disappointed that I regularly donate and round up my total yet see no "goodwill" in return.

Finally they get a goodwill in Milledgeville after I leave 🤣 smaller store but clean and organized. Found a few gems but some of the prices are higher than other Goodwill's in the area. But will be back periodically.

This particular Goodwill store in Milledgeville Georgia does not offer you credit for purchases that do not fit. So everything you buy you keep no refunds. That's not cool

Just witnessed a cashier give a 90% discount on a suit. It was 12.99 and the customer paid 1.25. Im just saying

I visit often and I recently noticed that they mark EVERYTHING except maybe clothes and shoes as SPECIAL PRICE so you can never get the 50% color of the week! Prices keep increasing but there are still some deals to be found. Not the best Goodwill around but I have found a few good things here.

Was in here about 5pm Thursday evening with my group of kids. We spent $150 on clothes. When we got home we were missing alot of our items. My daughtor said there was a bag behind the counter she thought was ours but wasn't handed to us. I tried calling several time and no answer. Would love a return. Call or something if my items are found. ( the staff qas super friendly so I'm sure this was a mistake) would defintly like our other items.... 3 shirts and a long sleeve shirt with a collar shirt under that was attached.

The store has alot of used items that are priced reasonable, however the smell is a different story. I know that the used items could play a part in the smell however air freshners could help.

If I could rate it zero stars, I would... It was awful... I took all four of my kids with me to get stuff for Halloween and ended up being stalked all through the store by some creepy man. I'm nine months pregnant and I really don't ever scare easily or get freaked out, but this man made my skin crawl. He even had two of four of my kids feeling very uneasy. I called it in, but I can't help that I STILL feel all kinds of not right about that experience.

Prices are RIDICULOUSLY HIGH!! More than double what other Goodwill stores charge. I usually stop at Goodwill if I have time when passing through a town... DEFINITELY no need to stop here again

This is the most organized goodwill I've ever been to! Everything had a place and all the employees were keeping it organized! All of the employees were friendly and super helpful!
