I was disappointed in the customer service. The cashier that serves me was very coldAnd not personable at all. I was overcharged for something and you didn't even try to check to see if it was wrong. I pray that I get a better reception the next time.

I have been shopping around and they do have good prices but keep in mind add the 10 percent. The store is laid out little differently than others, so take the time and walk the isles. I have found they might have a different section , like an Asian section with what I want and with a better price. Or some spices in the meat section. The people are friendly and will help but you have to ask, so long story short it is worth trying.

I've never been a big fan of the chain, but I have to say that this one is at the top of my list. I'm really curious as to why the location doesn't have more foot traffic.The store is always clean when I visit town. The staff are so much better than some of the staff at WalMart (where everyone seems to shop). I've been to other Food Depots and they don't always smell clean, but this one looks ands smells good.I chose this location based on the proximity to where I was located as well as I had visited a competitor previously and between the smell and unknown food brands I couldn't repeat that mistake.I will definitely revisit the next time I am in town overnight.

If you are looking for fancy, upscale shopping, this is not your place. It's the place to go if your primary concern is value for your money. We got great deals and had wonderful conversations with some of our fellow shoppers.

This was the first of this store we have ever seen. Loved the place. Clean, well stocked, well organized, and super efficient. When we saw that every item was marked with a price and a note that the cost at the register was 10% more, we were amazed. Then we started comparing the prices and found every item we bought was marked more than 10% below the bog box store down the road. We shop at the big box all the time and buy a lot of the same items therefore we know the prices by heart. As we made our selections, we saw that the total was not adding up near what we normally pay. We purchased a quantity of items that we purchase each time we shop and the price with the 10% was about $12.00 cheaper than we normally pay. Impressed. We also found they have items and brands we can not buy at the big box store. I searched and the closest one to us when we are at home is in Dublin. Too far to drive but if we are near there, we will be stopping in.

Great store! The only grocery store in our town, that cleans your shopping buggy, and has it ready when you walk in their doors! Always good service! Ready to help you. Store is normally stocked with what you need, and has lots of products the other grocery stores don't have. I love our Food Depot

Extremely clean, well-organized store, very large. The pleasant surprise was the store was appropriately staffed for how big it was, every time I went there was was someone available to help in every department and every checkout lane was open. The wide range of stock was astonishing, especially in the foreign/international foods (Mexican/Hispanic/Japanese/Chinese) I found Mexican products and spices I had not seen since leaving Los Angeles back in 2002. The pricing was the best of any market in the town we lived in by far, I can honestly say I wish we had one of these stores in New Orleans.

It's not a bad store. It's just like other grocery stores in that, like everyone else prices vary. I found certain produce much cheaper & better quality. For example their cabbage is amazingly large & priced to perfection. Super clean store & friendly staff. I'd say if you have never been there definitely check it out. It won't hurt & you might find some good prices on things you normally purchase.

I really thought the manager was quite rude this morning while I was trying to shop. He proceeded to tell customers we needed to wait about 10 minutes until the stockers get the food on the shelf, and it was not in a pleasant voice. It was not our fault it wasn't on the shelf already and besides he could have been more pleasant than that. We all know the situation the world is in right now but being angry and upset doesn't help the situation. We should be willing to help people even more during these times.
