Wow, what a great company to do business with!! The owner is John, such a nice respectful young man. We purchased one of his Dog Kennels for our property. His price was the best in the area. We had some landscaping that needed to be accomplished before we could take the Kennel. John worked with us and our schedule. Delivery was great. It was a tight fit to put the Kennel where we wanted it. I had my doubts that he could get in the desired location. No problem! This young man sure knows his business. We bought a 40 foot shipping container. It was nice to see the exact container that we were buying and would be receiving rather than buying online and not knowing what we were going to receive. If you want a simple and easy buying experience then this is the place for you. John and Asha answered every question and concern we had. They were very knowledgeable and professional. John did an excellent job of delivering and leveling the container. We were highly impressed with the equipment that he had readily available during the delivery as well. We will be buying from Downeyland again soon and would recommend anyone to buy from them. Excellent business and great people!

I bought a small shed from this business a few weeks ago. The owner and his wife were so helpful in finding the perfect shed to fit my needs and my budget, and they were also very friendly. If anyone needs a shed or carport, I highly recommend Downeyland.

John and his wife was so great to work with. When the shed was delivered, John and his helper spent time to get the angle of the shed just right and was meticulous about having it leveled. My husband and I visited Downeyland and were completely ignored by the guy that works there. He was assisting another couple when we arrived. He walked right past us as we were waiting to be greeted. We proceeded to look around at the storage buildings and still not a word from the sales person. We left. I will not spend a dime of my money where I’m not wanted.
