Love coming here. I got my first batch of chickens & ducks 4 years ago and I come by here often for my feed & hay. I'm at a flock of 15 or so, they've been great egg layers. Kayla displayed impeccable customer service at the Midland, GA store and helped me with a discount + to get my phone number changed on my account. The people are great and will help you out in a heartbeat, always give me a reason to come back.

I was going to order some large rocks for my garden as they were not available in store. The shipping charge was 42.00, went to Home Depot site and got the same for 9.00.Their charge was outrageous in comparison

We have always used the pet wash at this store. The pice is great and it has been clean.This last time there were no towels, normally you get two. One dryer was missing so that left one for 3 people.The new guy at the register did not know what to say. The manager for Sunday did not like being there and was rude.We always bought various items when we were there also.

Not a big shopper here, but my one visit the store was organized, spotless, and packed! There is a shortage of employees (“Now Hiring” sign outside), but the few I ran across were most helpful. Located next to Goodwill and McDonalds, you must turn on a side road to get to the parking lot-the parking lot could be bigger and easier to access.

***August 4, 2020.Some things NEVER change. One register, staff walking around talking, one cashier struggling. Poor poor management, corporate needs to step in. ***Poorly staffed as always. Brought to the person’s attention this was found in all the bales. Response was as she shrugged her shoulders “do you want it or not?” Calling corporate again. Also she stood there and asked “are you going to grab it”? She proceeded to toss it in the truck so it didn’t even fit. Great costumer service.

Updating my review. My other review was after a bad day there....I've been shopping here for years mainly for chicken feed and dog food. But the store has improved in organizations and a new addition. They have added a vet vaccination clinic and a dog wash station. I used the free dog wash station today and in an hour I had my dog washed and dried. I love that there were different dog shampoo to use. The dryer blew out blasts of cool air. They did run out of towels, so it took longer to dry him. If you've never wash your dogs be prepared to get wet and dirty. Wear the provided apron. The dogs will shake and you'll get dog hair everywhere. They do have hair brush to use. Love this new service!

Always been a customer of Tractor Supply. Fencing is way cheaper than Lowe's or Home Depot. The the workers don't really bother you or ask you questions since they assume you know what you want. The staff is polite and courteous.

I visit often, simply because it's convenient. They're slightly more expensive than most feed stores but they also have more variety. The one thing that I absolutely can't stand is the lack of a single cart return in the parking lot.

Tractor Supply is the best place to get bedding if you own critters like Guinea Pigs and Rabbits.A giant bag of pine bedding cost only $6 compared to the $20+ over priced bedding you would get from a pet store which still ends up being a smaller bag than what you would get from Tractor Supply.

This location is huge!! The associates go above and beyond to help and are very knowledgeable. I was looking for 4Health, grain free duck & potato in the 16 pound bags because it wasn't available at any of my local stores. I gave them a call and they had it. I was driving through the area the next morning and picked it up.

Wanted to purchase metal stock tank from Midland, GA store, but was told someone would have to come with forklift to get tank. Employee acted like it would be a huge hassle to get tank, told us we could purchase dented and rusted version instead. Was very rude and unhelpful. Will not be returning to this store due to employees being unwilling to sell merchandise that is in fact for sale.

I went to your store on the 4th of July to purchase some of your Blue mountain utility pants that was on sale. I was greeted by a cashier who tried to help me order them at the kiosk. However when we attempted to order them they were not programmed using the correct numbers. Along with the snippy attitude of your cashier and lack of customer service I left with nothing but a bad experience!!

Tractor Supply is wonderful! The customer service is phenomenal! My supply assistant was Alecia. She was very knowledgeable about a product I was looking for. She even recommended prevention products. She helped me take care of a pest problem, yard, and I'm able to provide a better way of life for my animals. Tractor Supply is very organized and well put together. The prices aren't the cheapest, but the products work! If you have any concerns about the products, the manager there is very willing to work with you.

We’ve been here two or three times to get propane tanks refilled and the customer service is incredibly slow. It just took 45 mins from notifying an employee we had tanks to fill, to checking out. I would not recommend using the location for propane fill ups unless you have plenty of time to spare!

Convenient location and not too hard to get in and out of the area. Traffic can be heavy from 4-6pm. Good service. Update: they have a pet wash area that is nice. I was blown away to find Glyphosate 2.5 gallons went up from about $50 to well over $100 (not just at tractor supply). I guess I will be hand pulling weeds this summer.

Friendly helpful staff and service oriented. The store has easy access and well stocked to help with your many possible needs. Tools, equipment needs and repair parts. Power tools and generators, airtanks, various varmint traps systems, pet supplies and health needs. And if you can't find what you want or need talk to the staff. They may just not have stock delivery unpacked or waiting for delivery. It truly is an all around supply store.

Stopped in last week to purchase lawn mower blades, they were out. Went back today, weekend later & they had some back in stock.Great service. Some items may cost a little more but worth the stop. You don't have to walk in a large store which is a plus for me.

Called from one Tractor Supply (Phenix City, AL) who didn't have a person to fill a propane tank ( common issue) to another 15 miles away (Columbus, GA). They said they had propane and could fill my tank. That is until I drive there ( 15 min later) and then was told they just ran out of Propane and could not help me. What horrible service. Cost me another $5 in gas and 30 min time.

The service of this place was fantastic, we got help from one of the employees who was very kind towards us. The person I was with bought some new boots from there that he fell in love with. The atmosphere was relaxing and quiet. The only downside was the stuffiness of the building.

Always has everything I need in stock. One stop shop for everything for the house, barn, livestock and pets. Also has a great selection of boots and outdoor clothing. They even sell large equipment, sheds and dog kennels. Service is always very friendly.

Great process on dog food. Live the Saturday vet clinic! Fantastic garden supplies and magazines that I don't find easily. I love this store. Plus, in the spring you can get several varieties of chicks here.

It is a good store, but shelves can be a little unorganized at times and you may think an item is a partucular price only to get to the register and find the item has a higher price - all because an employee shelved the item incorrectly. If your eyesight isn't too good you can't easily see shelf-tags without getting on the floor. It it comes to that, i get what I need elsewhere.

First time I have ever visited Tractor Supply and needed Georgia Boots for my son. I was having trouble locating youth sizes so my husband asked cashiers ( 2 standing at register with no customer) for help in the shoe department. The cashier responded with what we have out is all we have. We continued to look ourselves but it was frustrating us and I went to the cashier and asked if there were any employee that could help us and answer some questions ( still the same 2 cashiers standing there with no customers) This time the cashier did call for assistance over the intercom to the boot department ( which btw is located right next to the front of the store close to the cash registers ). As I walked away I heard her say to the other cashier,”I think it’s just us on the floor. Nonetheless we waited in the boot department and continued to look ourselves hoping for help to arrive. We saw one cashier leave his register and was wandering around doing nothing obvious and helping us was certainly not on his radar. We finally said to each other. These are expensive boots. ( all in the average $100 range). My husband needed a few other things for his lawnmower and trailer but we decide not to even look for that there too because if this is how insignificant we are to this store why would we spend any money here for something we can get on Amazon tomorrow! I love shopping local and I’m not thinking we should be treated any differently than the average customer but it is very obvious to me the average customer means nothing and the employees are there to stock the shelves and take your money and as long as you can find it yourself and don’t need any questions answers or help with anything this is the store for you!..... but getting back to my original thought as I left..... If I wanted that I can shop on Amazon and actual save money, gas, time and reduce my stress of dealing with people who don’t value me. I can’t help but imagine that if that was my business and my livelihood and my employees treated my customers this way without me knowing I would want to know! So I took the time on this Sunday to say, “TRACTOR SUPPLY your employees are there to get a pay check and that’s all” and “They don't value your business or future business”MHaymond .
