update: pickup and checkout procedures have improved tremendously. Good experience!I am convinced most but not all here know how to work the cash register and handle exchanges, returns, pickup/drive-up, coupons/walgreen cash procedures. It’s always a pain and something will usually go wrong. Or maybe Walgreens system at this location is to be blamed. I’ve also bought things and the products were heavily stained and dirty from sitting, who knows where. A mixed bag when I come here, but the experience is mostly negative. And the parking lot is too tight.

Ok, but flu and COVID testing services leave much to be desired. Appointment scheduled for 1245, here by 1235, nobody ahead of me or waiting to go after me yet still waiting as I'm typing this review at 1310. What is the excuse for being 25 or more minutes behind? Maybe I'll find out if I ever get tested. I usually have no issues with this location.

It saves me that people with no customer service are handling medication. Walked way with out my medicine. A very rude young man put me on time out like a child. At my age and with my condolences. If you need meds do yourself a favor and don't come to this Walgreens.

The sale associates that works in the front of the store is friendly and always welcome you to Walgreens. But the pharmacist and all the staff in the pharmacy is very rude . They act as if you are bothering them. Their body language give you a bad vibe. I also think they need more help.

I have been coming here for all my medications and I’ve never had a problem until recently. I have been trying to pick up 1 pill since 3 days ago. I keep coming to the pharmacy. They tell me it’s not ready! Ummm, 3 days ago you said you would have it ready. I left because they said it would take 30 to 45 minutes. I came back again later on that day and what a shocker my medication was still not ready!! It seems they are not appropriately staffed and are just throwing people’s medication by the waist side!! This is not acceptable. I’ve been more than patient with them!!

Patients go to pharmacies for help; these establishments bridge the gap between providers and patients in their treatment care plan. Today, the culmination of negative experiences at this location has reached its threshold. May family and I will no longer be utilizing Walgreens Pharmacy on Beaver Run Road in Midland, GA 31820 to conduct pharmacy related business, nor will I recommend the pharmacy to friends and acquaintances etc.If you appreciate being spoken to in a demeaning fashion on multiple occasions in a single encounter, if you like being treated as an inconvenience, if you like waiting on hold for what is a perpetual hold (this is the short list)…. then this pharmacy harm is perfect for you!I am appalled at the severe lack of professionalism, deficiencies in skillsets, absence of compassion, and minimal literacy among pharmacy technicians at this location. The vast inadequacies and unpleasantries displayed and delivered at this pharmacy are undeserving of the community’s business.It is evident that majority of the technicians possesses substantial gaps in training to include customer service, pharmacy standard operating procedures, general pharmacy knowledge, and problem solving. Additionally, this location onboards/retains below average technicians that possesses the most undesirable traits.

There is a huge improvement in the pharmacy services since this location changed from Rite Aid to Walgreens. I attempted to change to this location some time ago, as it was one of two pharmacies much closer to me than the one I had been using for years that closed. One of my scripts is a schedule 1 drug that must be rewritten monthly and submitted by paper, and Rite Aid would not tell me if they had the drug in stock with me standing right at the counter in front of them, script in hand! They insisted on getting my ID and all pertinent information before they would even talk to me, and they were still so unfriendly that I felt as if I was a criminal when I finally handed the prescription over to them for the first time. The feeling was so intense that I told them I would like to do a price check at another pharmacy, walked out without filling the prescription and never went back! There has been a nationwide shortage on that particular drug, and it is already stressful to have to shop around to find it in stock, and their virtual background check before even talking to me just added insult to injury. Contrast that feeling with dealing with the Walgreens: I've been able to call in at the Beaver Run Rd. location and find out if the drug is in stock before even getting in my car to go fill it - and that from the first phone call, without them having my personal information on file. Not only that, but they will take the time to check the manufacturer of the drug if I ask, as a couple of the brands I've had to use when no others were available are decidedly inferior. I can't say enough good about dealing with Walgreens after being subjected to what I felt was abuse trying to negotiate the same transaction at Rite Aid. And as an additional bonus, their hours are great! For OTC drugs or variety store purchases, they are open every single day, 7AM to 11PM! The pharmacy also has easy to remember modified hours that are the same every day except for weekends, when they are open for business much longer than most other pharmacies in town. Their prices are competitive and they honor coupon discounts from sites such as GoodRX, which I routinely use. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Needed Rx at last minute....they answered the phone and said it was no problem....could do it in an hour or so....took them 30 minutes....they were great!!!

Dominique is incompetent rude plus a lier. She is Avery unhappy person and it shows in her job performance.She thinks asking questions about you treatment is rudeWith in minutes everyone in the waiting room was upset and complaining about her attitude.Dominique Is not a professional and should not be in healthcare.She tried to punish me by hiding my Covid vaccinations card.Midland beaver run pharmacy is trash 🗑 and by far the worst treatment I received in years.

Some of the pharmacy staff are friendly ,cooperative and inform patients of any changes and correct medications. Have had too many experiences if not having all of my medications it correct number. We live 45 miles away and can't run back by.Also 2 if the pharmacy staff are just RUDE! Will be researching a new pharmacy

Very rude pharmacy staff. I don’t know what makes the blonde with the glasses so miserable but she absolutely should find a job she doesn’t hate. Changed preferred pharmacy immediately and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I witnessed my partner working here as a pharmacy technician and let me tell you how drained and messed up they had her especially in her time of need! Especially the passing of her grandma and a huge car accident where her car was totaled out… the manager showed no remorse.

This is NOT directed at any of the staff who work at this location. Corporate walgreens needs to listen to their employees and remove this store from the list of available locations for covid testing. They are extremely short staffed and lack the supplies to do said tests. Whoever is in charge of these reviews, please forward this to your corporate representative(s).

I visit Walgreens sporadically and this one in particular is 5 minutes from my house. The staff is very helpful, respectful, and always seem to be good natured/happy. Only downside is the cost of groceries there. But that's any pharmacy. I would recommend the Beaver Run Walgreens to anyone who might ask of my opinion.

I would not even give one star to the pharmacy, never met such rude inconsiderate people who are not willing to help you. Always went to Walgreens pharmacy but because of this branch I am switching my care to elsewhere. Negative stars.

Allergy season is upon us and I need Advil cold and sinus to help with the headaches. They sell a small box and refuse to sell more than one. Waste of time to stop here, I live more than 45 minutes away so would need another box within a couple days. I'm sure I'm going to stock a meth lab with two small boxes of allergy meds. Hope you enjoy your pointless rules that you've individually chosen to use instead of going by what the actual state allows to be sold. Walmart sells two large boxes at a time, thanks. prices are insane and I don't know how they are staying in business.

Love this pharmacy and store but Andi in the pharmacy department needs better customer service skills. She cuts me off when asking questions every time I go through the drive thru. She’s dry and comes across as rude.

the night time pharmacy employees are rude and will hang-up the phone on you...I asked a simple question about a vaccination card replacement and all hell broke loose...as if they didn't have time and said just go get it from your local health dept

They are not really friendly in the pharmacy and a little incompetent. The manager and assistant manager of the store are nice. I shop at the store but I don’t recommend this pharmacy.
