I was in the Midland location store on Thursday January 25,2024 at 2 o'clock.. I was enjoying seeing all the wonderful items on display and had several things in my cart. From the far side of the store I began hearing shouting. It was a supervisor berating an employee at the top of his voice! Not only was the young employee embarrassed but I was embarrassed for her. I was shocked the supervisor would behave in such a rude and incompetent manner! Perhaps the young employee needs more training but the supervisor definitely needs some lessons in how to be competent and effective in his job and as a human being. HeSucceeded only in making every other employee uncomfortable as well as every shopper in the Goodwill store.

Prices are way better than the other Columbus locations. Store employees are always pleasant. The bathrooms are always clean and the store is always organized. I enjoy This store greatly.

Kind and helpful staff, well organized, good selection. This is a great place to pick up 2nd hand kids toys (kids don't wear things out, they just outgrow things), books. Scooters and bikes for young children are very often in and out of stock, would advise checking back frequently if the parents are looking for something specific.

I love this location. The building was so clean both inside and out I thought for sure they recently opened. I have visited a couple times since moving here last month - already found a couch with pillows and end table in fantastic condition for only $40! The clothing I’ve found has been in great shape and fairly priced as well. Their staff is awesome! Very friendly. I’ll be back for as long as we are stationed at Ft. Benning.

Manager mis priced an item I viewed a few days ago in the store. When I go to buy it today he claims that I'm lying about it and raises the price at the register. Very unprofessional.

Although I didn't buy anything this time, the store had lots of treasures, it was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Today, I found some really cool stuff and some of my treasures were Red-tagged and 1/2 price.6/29/22 Today the store had a lot of nice unusual items: furniture, drapes, pictures and even a really beautiful wedding dress. You'll have fun shopping here even if you don't find a treasure.7/29/22 Today I found lots of treasures, for good prices. There was furniture, toys, books, home wares, and clothes. If you are searching for a bargain, this is where you need to start. 9/30/22 They have a lot of things for the home, clothing, and even Christmas decorations. Check them out! 11/30/22. Tis the Season! Goodwill has lots of nice Christmas decorations for the home and yard at good prices. Check them out and do it up right. 5/31/23 The store looked great. The staff is so helpful and friendly. They have a great selection and reasonable prices. Try them out 😁

Angely and Latosiha are incredible! They’re hands down the best employees I’ve ever encountered at a Goodwill. My friend and I came in kinda late one night and they didn’t rush us or make us feel unwelcome... they were so friendly and kind!!! I’ve never had an employee actually hold a conversation with us but both of these ladies did!! Goodwill these two employees are a huge asset to your company please acknowledge their hard work!!!

Always a great selection of name brand clothing here. Have found hollister, american eagle, and aeropostale shirts for less than $3 each and a $65 jacket for $6. With tags still on. Staff here is great and always talk to the kids and play with them. Clothing selection is great but toys and household items seem to be lacking

If you like to save a little money then you really need to shop this store. You never know what you may see from yesteryears music, games or books. To top name brand like new clothes, housewares or electronics. Kids toys, jewelery and so much more. If you need to you can make a return for store credit. Stop buy and support a good community involvement store.

I love this Goodwill. They always have great things, and you cannot beat the prices! They even just recently got new card machines so you can run the card yourself. I definitely recommend stopping by!

Was in there today Dec. 29th and noticed that the store manager name Ramone (black headed hispanic guy)stands on the isle and watches the black and white people like he is a manakin and when you turn around to see what's going on or if he has gone nuts he just acts like he's looking at something in front of him... and for what ? I haven't a clue! I won't be going back because I like to shop happily and in peace no matter where I am....

We are in the process of packing to moving, my husband donated the wrong clothes. Soon as he returned home I realized his mistake. He called as soon as he returned home.He told the supervisor the situation and was told there was nothing that could be done. I just don’t believe that nothing could be done!!!

To be honest, this organization takes donated items in and literally jacks up the prices! Their moto is to help employ the community, but when the community is not very fortunate themselves, it can be challenging. Not only employment, but they go even further and ask customers to round their money up to help pay for GED testing. The trick is, GED testing is free for applicants who want to take it. So in essence, they are doing the community wrong!

Compared to other thrift stores. Goodwill in Columbus(both locations) are way over priced. It seems they get their pricing from EBay or retail. They forget they have no inventory cost. It was All donated
