I went to buy four boxes of Chestnut hill cornstarch on Tuesday 23. When the lady with the braids scanned them. The price didn't match what was on the shelf. The price that you see the product for they are supposed to give it to you for that price. Poor customer service.

This store was absolutely disgusting! Boxes everywhere, floors were dirty, aisles were blocked and the shelves were so disorganized. Overall the store is such a mess. The employees are also incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I asked both employees for help I was completely ignored! I have never experienced such bad customer service before. I will not be returning!

Everyone is so nice to me. My son Kelly works for them. He told me to say hi to Debbie and and I've said hi to her alot of times and just found out she was the manager, she is a asset to your company.

This is a bad customer service review for Family Dollar in Metter, GA. The associate was hateful and not helpful. She turned me away before the store was closed. The door was locked and she would not let me in to purchase one item.

Aisles were blocked with L carts with stock some aisles could not get down got to check out 2 cashiers 1 open they were busy talking to each other won't bother going in there again. customers come last
