Awful customer service!! 5 people ahead of me and a elder gentleman said the self checkout wasn't working! We said helloooo anyone working here no answer. I looked over to the left of the store and the worker was sitting on her behind in the office I suppose just staring at all of us!! I said oh there she is and told her what the gentleman said. Her reply was yes self checkout is working. She didn't budge! I left my basket with about $40 worth of stuff sitting on the floor! Also the store is absolutely filthy! Do better!!

This is the disgusting store. No matter what day or time you go in there the same. Disorganized, filthy, what merchandise that is out messy or in boxes. Terrible

This store is so sad. Its always filthy and nasty. Merchandise is never put away on shelves and always on the carts in the way. Id hate to see what would happen if there was ever a fire, no one could get out. The employees must hate it there because they are always rude for no reason at all. I dont know what happened to good customer service, it seems to be a thing of the past and dollar general sure doesn't have the slightest clue.

Some of the workers are rude. I was just in there and the cashier checked out the customer before me. As he walks away she stands there watches me put ALL my things on the counter and walks away. Then ignored me when I was asking her why she didn’t check me out. Maybe her friends that came to visit were more important than the customers. Smh do better.

It was a very dirty store. Looks like they don't sweep or mop the floor in except for once a year. Very disorganized. Cashier was nice but slow. She was the only person out on the floor at the time so she had no help. When you walked past the back room you could tell that it looked like they had a ton of stock but had not put anything out. That is one of the reasons why I try and not go to this particular Dollar General.

This store is an accident waiting to happen. There is way to much "stuff" in such a small space. It is always impossible to get to many of the items I am shopping for due to carts and boxes full of random merchandise sitting in the floor. Several isles are completely blocked with new inventory still on the large carts for stocking the store. This store is always busy and the staff is super nice. Maybe could use a few more employees to help get the store cleaned up. Needs to be expanded and/or remodeled.

This is a horrid place because they NEVER mop or EVER put out merchandiseIt stays on the cart and the workers are tearable i would describe it as a 3rd world Country all the other shoppers were disgusted its a shame that people can let it get this bad i know why its so bad its probably because of the workers scared to do more work than the other person. This place is gross 🤢

Too jumbled up with merchandise so it kills the urge to shop! Hard to find items. Some DG stores are nice and spacious. Others are a disaster and look like six year olds stocked it. Why is that? If the company wants happy customers, at least add on OR build a new store with more square footage.

The dollar general in metter is absolutely horrible. Trashed. Boxes of their products left all over the store making it impossible to shop. Nothing is in the right spot. It takes forever to get to the register to check out because they never have 2 cashiers at one time. Just awful services. If I could give them no stars I would.

The most disorderly store I have ever seen. Half the shelves are empty and a lot of carts sit around with new shipments. Ice cream freezer was half full of ice, looks like it never gets defrosted.

It is always a madhouse everytime we go in there. Cant ever find anything were looking for. Everything is unorganized and messy and one of the associates were actually rude to the cashier before we got to the check out line. The whole world does not need to hear about the problem it is to not be able to print out a reciept.

Great, staff were VERY helpful & friendly. I found several good buys. I always have a great experience there. Some of the shoppers were rude and used foul language, but the staff were VERY professional in handling this,without being rude.

Worst possible dollar general I've ever went to , I took my kids as I normally would but this store continues to hire very rude very disrespectful employees they never have cashiers and ignore customers and store is always dirty and they play foul rap music loudly through the store . Songs that I find bad for my kids under 8 to be hearing. AMD to add to this the girl Jodi was very rude a d disrespecrufil to me in front of my kids . That's a big no no . I'll be calling corporate to have her removed .

Just go if need something fast and I don't want to drive in town. But one is sm. Has no clothes things like that because they are very small. So once again if need small stuff fast I go there that's it

THEY NEED A NEW BIGGER BUILDING!!!!!! Merchandise all in the isles, the Employees can't keep it put up OR CLEAN! They do the best they can, but can't keep up! It's REALLY RIDICULOUS!

I found what I was looking for and it was cheaper than anywhere else, for the same product. There's a lot of stuff in the store and it's pretty well organized. You may have to look a little, but that's the fun.

This is the worst dollar general I have been in. Its always a mess things thrown all over the shelves and floor. The coolers are nasty and need to be cleaned. And the cashiers half the time have attitudes.

The place had too much stuff in the aisles could not walk and shopfor the inventory being out on the floor in their racks instead of being in the back of the building and the cashier was giving cash back on somebody's food stamp card....

Long lines at checkout. Dog food is always in a huge cart waiting to be stacked on the shelf instead of on the shelf. Children have been allowed to trash the store.

They have real good prices. This store needs a makeover, or even a thourogh cleaning. Carts holding products are always throughout the store.

Store is a mess and you get no help. When you go to check out it takes forever because there is only one cashier and no one will open the other register when there are tons of people. Gone down hill bad in the last few years.
