Went throught the drive through on 2/20 and the cashier charged me for the order of the car in front of me. She reimbursed me then charged me for my order. 4 days later and thw refund is yet to hit my bank. Call the Dairy Queen and they don't know hiw to fix. Give me the run around. Said if I would bring in the receipt they would refund my card again. Left phone laying on desk for 20 minutes. Finally told them to not worry that I would get my ank to handle it. Rude people and owners that don't know how to correct thier errors. Manager kept saying it had nothing to do with me. I do t work on Tuesdays.

I went to get some ice cream at 945 pm and they are closed. I called they answered and I asked what time they close and I got the 9:45 pm answer and I said your door hours and internet hours say 10:30 so can you help me and of course we have already counted all the registers they said so I figure they actually closed at 9:30 to have that done. If. I owned this business and I am a business owner I would lose my cool!!! Either you are open to 10:30 or you need to change the times you advertise. Just piss poor and looking at others reviews seems they suck in a lot of areas. What a same such an old and established Metter business is being rain in the ground and at the rate I see it and hear others talking it will not be here long with practices like this.Ben SpearsMetter GA

Extremely disappointed with this location. Came through this drive through at 11:52 on Sunday, June 20th. Drive through was slow, car in front of us was throwing litter out there window while talking to the staff. We ordered a 4 piece chicken strip with meal large drink and fries. We also ordered a 1/2 Flame Burger which was the driest we’ve ever seen a burger. He took a bite and threw it away. There was so much sauce on it to cover up the dry patty. The patty almost tasted rancid and the large drink was a medium when I ordered large. Won’t be visiting this DQ again.

Blizzard treats were good, they forgot the whip cream on our chocolate malt, and the burger was a bit dry, needed seasonings, at least some salt, and less mustard. Mediocre burger, temp was good but meat was dry, probably frozen, and bland. You can get a better burger at a Wendy's. Drive thru seems slower than other fast food restaurants usually are.

We ordered two blizzards, both were made with spoiled icecream. I took them back inside, along with my receipt, and informed 3 employees at the front that the ice creams were spoiled. The employees looked at me with disgust and acted as if they didn’t believe me. One employee refused to give me a refund unless I brought the same card back in. (Not a problem, I walked out to the car and grabbed the card) As I walked back inside, there were 4 employees gathered around while one was taste testing the soft serve icecream (without a spoon). When the employees saw that I was back with my card, all 4 scattered around and ran to the back or side, away from the front counter. One employee from drive thru stepped over and asked for my receipt and card and said she would do the money return for me.

Gravy ice cold,I order two single hamburger with l t o,nothing else, I got cheese I said no cheese, extra catsup extra mustered and extra 🥒,I live two blocks away, I called for 45 minutes no answer, drove back to the store 4 employees standing around, talking on their phone and with each other,Finley someone turned around and waited on me.they blamed it on me ,I handed them my receipt. Nothing was sad they went into slow motion. No sorry,no thank you.i will never go back.

My husband & I both got the Original Cheeseburgers, fries & a water. The fries were hot & good, But the cheeseburgers were Both cold...the cheese wasn't even melted. They were totally gross. The lady that waited on us & checked us out was super nice & friendly. It wasn't her fault.

Disgusting, managers/owners do nothing when you inform them their employees aren't being clean. Mopping and cleaning with no gloves, not cleaning their hands before grabbing fry containers with their palms touching all the food. I informed them that was disgusting and they need to clean their hands, they looked at me like I was stupid... come to find out from many locals, this is common for them. Along with being really rude. They've been turned I to the health department several times and nothing comes of it... we refuse to eat their anymore. Metter's edible restaurants are getting smaller and smaller between hateful staff, disgusting food preparations, kids drinking on the jobs, etc...

Lobby is closed for some reason? Nothing like getting off of I-16, but still having to sit in your car to get your order and eat it? Bathroom was clean enough, so that’s the star they get there.It looks like the smarmy owner put up a sign about being short staffed, and I’m assuming that’s why they’re slow? If I had to guess, the owner likely thinks paying minimum wages is enough, and then wonders why ‘no one wants to work these days’ and blames being short staffed on that. Drive through is slow as heck.In my opinion, plenty of workers around these days if you pay them enough, the owner’s inability to hire or retain people is a poor reflection on the brand

I went through the drive through and the big Hispanic girl on the day shift is very rude. Not only did we wait 25 minutes for our food just for it to be wrong. I'm born and raised in Metter and best believe I will let everyone know what happened. They didn't discount our food or anything. . HORRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered a Blizzard and was bemused when I was handed a cup with a cover, no upside down display. I was traveling so I left to get back on the road. The Blizzard was not thick like usual. It was tasty but the consistency was disappointing.

The girls were friendly. But no one was running the counter. The girl at the drive thru finally came and waited on me. After she watched me stand there for several minutes while on a video chat with what seemed to be her boyfriend. They lost a customer in the drive thru also after he found out they ran out of sweet tea. He cancelled his order and left.

Had to wait forever to get food. Then when we got the food it was cold. Service was awful. After eating our supper, tried to get a blizzard but had to get my money back due to waiting so long. Only 2 of the young girls working were really working. The other 2 might as well went home. No speed about getting the food prepared or making sure it went to the right ticket. Cars were lined up around the building. No supervision. Definitely will not be eating there again. Could do with a major cleaning. If you want a real Dairy Queen experience, go to the one in Swainsboro, Ga. Now that is a awesome Dairy Queen. You get awesome service everytime & very clean & food is prepared fresh not microwaved & cold.

The Metter Dairy Queen usually has some of the best blizzards around. However, their customer service lacks. I arrived at the dairy queen around 9:30 and they are suppose to be open until 10. The hours are listed on the door and it said open until 10:30, as well as on google. While sitting at the drive thru with no response, I called the store. They answered but could not give me a reason as to why they were closed except “we sometimes close early on the weekdays.” No apologies or offers to make an ice cream were given. Not only is this disrespectful but it is a bad way to run a business. From now on, they have lost my business.

Customer service is a massive thing for me! We came in through drive-thru for a moo latte French vanilla, medium chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard, medium butterfinger blizzard and a banana split. We were given smalls and the lady over the speaker had an attitude with us. If you work with the public, it is imperative that you have the order accurate and that you remember that you represent that company name. If you cannot fix these errors, I will not be returning.

Very slow service. Waited for about half an hour just to get 2 blizzards. Everyone else around us that got actual food got theirs before we did. The workers kept touching their faces and then touching the food. The heat lamps weren't even on. They were just letting other people's food get cold. People ended up leaving because it was taking so long for someone to take their order. Will not be going back there again.

Store is decent. They were very slow and I could hear the cashiers complaining and wanting to leave early - which I get, but don't want to hear. Also need to learn to smile a little. Food was okay. Good Blizzard.

They really lack in food quality. Their fries at times have been burnt, cold, and soggy. The chicken sandwich you pay for isn't worth it. It's supposed to be grilled but it's easy to tell that they stick it in the microwave. Burgers that I have ordered in the past have been put together in a messy way.
