I’m new to the area and my GPS took me to another PetSmart. I called the groomer to let them know i accidentally went to another PetSmart and enroute to the correct one. My dog’s grooming appointment was at 1130 and I got there 1146. They would not take him. The fact that they have a 3-4 hour window where the dog will be with them but couldn’t just take my dog as if she was going to get started on him right away is ridiculous. That was my first and last time going there for grooming.

Jules is amazing! So kind and caring! Literally left with a different dog today that was happy and his cut was great! Jules had didn’t have it easy with my pup either, he was super knotted and hair was several months past due, and yet crushed the cut! Won’t be taking my dog to anyone else!

The location is clean and the groomers are friendly, the service was timely, however Smoky didn’t get his cologne but loved the ponytail and his face was cleared very well!👏🏽
