The store was fairly clean and well stocked, but management seemed to be lacking. While walking around, no one asked if I needed assistance (which I did). I ended up finding what I needed, but it would have been faster if I had help. When walking up to cheek out, an associate was help/cheeking out another customer with a puppy. At the front, there was also a manager, and I assumed another associate was talking. The manager seemed to be working but not overly hard as she was talking to her coworker. As the people in front of me had a puppy, there was a lot to cheek out. Nither of the employee chatting officers will get me at the other register. Associate Kim ended up cheeking me out afterward. She was super kind and was efficient in cheeking me out. She seemed to be the only one working, and that really bothered me!

I took my dog there for a quick wash on Sunday and was disappointed at the cleanliness of the dog washing area. I didn't expect it to be super clean but was shocked at the amount of filth in the dog area. The sinks were clogged , and hair and dirt were all over the place. I have gone to this location in the past and never experienced the filth I experienced on Sunday. I asked the sales associates how often they clean, and he said when they can or when it is slow in the store. This is a great service that is offered even with the price increase. I think they should implement some form of cleaning checklist and timed cleaning throughout the day for the bath area.

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! Randi & Heather were absolutely wonderful. It was our 1st time bathing there and I felt extremely comfortable. My pooch was a little nervous and used the bathroom, they didn't, not once look at us crazy, but was very helpful with a smile. I will start a 2 week routine to bath my pooch here. Thank You again for such great customer service! 🐾

All my fish was dead the next morning! I returned them and they tested my water which was perfect. Not sure how all 7 fish died.

Staff members were very helpful and friendly. Many products and services for all types of pets. They have food, treats, accessories, collars, fish, fish food, aquarium supplies, aquariums, beta fish, doggie bags and sleeping pads for animals.The store is laid out for easy access and navigation of the merchandise.

What a wonderful pet store. We went in there with our newly adopted pup in our three kids and the associate was so helpful and went above and beyond any pet associate I have ever come across in my entire life. The self-service Pet Wash was perfect to give her a new puppy a bath in this cold weather. The selection of dog food treats toys and accessories is beyond amazing and it was nice to shop local instead of chain.

Outstanding customer service! I was greeted by the store manager when I walked in who asked me if I needed help finding anything. I told her what I was looking for and then she directed me to another store associate and communicated with that person of what I was looking for. That store associate was extremely helpful and took her time discussing different cat food options with me. When I was checking out, the cashier asked if I was interested in free cat treat samples which I thought was really nice! I asked to speak to the store manager because I was so impressed. Nowadays It's practically unheard of to go somewhere where the employees are willing to go out of their way to help you and seem like they actually care! I will definitely be coming here for all of my pet needs from now on!

1-25-23 was my first time shopping here for my grand pup. I ordered online and I was having some problems processing my order, so I called the store, and Emily was very polite in getting her manager Alexis who was also polite to assist me. They both had great customer service skills and Alexis was very helpful so I would recommend shopping at this location. Ladies a job well done and thank you both for the wonderful experience and we will continue to shop with you all.

Popped into this location for the first time yesterday and was very impressed. Not only were their animal habitats very clean. They had the nicest people working there. They were able to assist me in finding a replacement food substitute for my dog due to the shortage of the food he had been eating. I was welcomed when I walked in and thanked for my business when I left! Amazing! I will only shop here from now on!

They always have the best selection of fish and the cleanest tanks around. Fish are never sick also. They have a wide variety of healthy foods for all my pets including my reptiles. Their customer service is awesome as well. Hands down the best place to shop for your fur family. Erin the store manager is also very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I’ve had.

Unfortunately they were out of TikiCat food, however because of this I was able to find a new alternative for my cats food! Nulo Freestyle is a brand I’d never think to try but my baby loves it!! Insane how she finishes the bowl every time and her fur is softer than ever. Good brand!

mike, the district management, is not only condescending but also doesnt care about the staff or animals in the slightest. i bought a few fish from the store, entirely unaware they were already sick, and upon arriving to my house THREE had already died. he refused to issue me a refund and implied that it was my fault they died despite the fact that i keep fish and know how to care for them, transport them, etc. do NOT waste your money or time here, its not worth it.

Generally my Aussie and I love this spot and the workers there. Over the last year, I went about monthly to use their self-dog wash facility and buy her toys and treats.My last visit was very different and disappointing, which is why I feel I had to drop 2 stars. This will be a long detailed review to explain why.My daughter picked the probiotic wash for her Border Collie, but was not told that it is super concentrated. She was given a bottle that was the same size and amount as the regular shampoo wash I selected for myAussie. Unfortunately after 2 washes, which used the whole bottle, and asked for a little more to rewash his feet and pads. The employee said no problem, but a lady (we guess is the manager) returned with a little bit in the bottle and abruptly stressed that you only get "one bottle" and that the probiotic wash was different than the others because it is highly concentrated and she shouldn't have needed any more than about 1/3 of the bottle for 2 washes. How could my daughter have known that when the shampoo reacted like all other shampoos? Her dog is a service dog and gets a bath from her about 2 to 3 times a month. She usually washes him at home or at another store that has a self-wash where the shampoo and conditioner are dispensed through the water hose.For my regular wash, I had used my whole bottle (which was normal) for just 1 wash (my dog hadn't I ne mud bathing like hers did...lol). I also used the whole bottle of conditioner and wish I had more, but dare not ask after the chastising my daughter received.Also, my daughter only received shampoo, and a facial, but had to return to the store after we got to the car to remind them to give the deodorizer spray. In looking at the website to write this review, it states "Support a healthy skin biome with Skout’s Honor® Probiotic Shampoo + Conditioner + Deodorizer Spray + Bark2Basics® Face Furst Blueberry Facial."She did not get a conditioner bottle in her wash.Needless to say, it was the first time in the many times I have visited this store that I felt in the way, and unwelcome. I know they were putting up a delivery because one of the employees was interacting with my dog while I was asking about specific toy info from the other, and the very authoritative lady said, to them that she really needs them to get busy and get finished putting up the boxes in the toy section. They apologized and I told them it was ok, I would look the info up online.Also just a side note about the Probiotic shampoo and not knowing it was concentrated. Please make sure you don't use a lot and that you take the time to thoroughly rinse it out - no matter how rushed or uncomfortable someone makes you feel. (My daughter's dog had a horrible reaction and broke out in inflamed tender hives which turned into itchy irritating scabs. It has taken 2 weeks for them to heal and a lot of time in the cone of shame. He has had to wear a bodysuit to work - remember he is her service dog - and this has limited her ability to go any place that was not a necessity).I am not sure I will go back to this Pet Supermarket if that lady is there. It takes me 20-25 min to get to this one, but I will probably take the extra time to go to a different one.

It's convenient and they kind of have anything I need. My issue is they aren't hardly stocked with food I need for my ball python. My bigger issue is the attitudes of the young employees, not all of them but most. Lately I've been being ignored by a couple of the employees, acting snobby and like they don't even care to be there. I used to love going here, I dread it know

We just adopted a new puppy so we decided to visit this store for the first time. Overall, we were satisfied with the visit due to the 3rd shift manager ( I cannot remember her name) being very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful during our visit. I may have given the store a 4 star due to the inventory being more limited than I would have liked but the staff did such a great job that it compensated for that one issue.

This store sold my us a ferret that was almost 2 years old. When we bought the ferret we were told that he was 3 months old. Our ferret has had MULTIPLE health issues and seizures back to back. Had we not taken him to the vet we would’ve NEVER known that we were lied to about his age. When I talked to the manager she gave me a B*LLSH*T excuse about them not knowing the real age! Why sell someone something when you don’t really know the age. Nobody said that it was an estimated age. Which is ridiculous all of that money spent. I wish I could give them negative stars. 😡

Very nice pet supermarket. Clean, orderly store, and friendly employees. It's set up a little differently than most pet supermarkets I've shopped at. I thought for a few minutes that they didn't have what I needed, but it was just in an unexpected aisle. Prices at PSM stores are always a little high, but at least they price match.

Went to this store to purchase fish and ASKED AN EMPLOYEE for ALL ACCESSORIES NEEDED FOR A HEALTHY FISH HABITAT!!! I purchased EVERYTHING I was told to purchase, went home set the tank up EXACTLY like I was told to! We added the fish to the tank and they immediately died!! Upon calling the store I was told I couldn’t get a refund or replacement fish!! I wouldn’t recommend this store to ANYONE!! This store owes my 4 year an apology who cried for hours because her fish died and they wouldn’t even replace the fish!! SHAME ON THESE EMPLOYEES!!!

I came in on Friday with my boys to see if this location had bunnies. Prior to coming in, we were a little annoyed because we kept getting the run around from Pet Smart, adoption centers, etc. Before coming in, I called to avoid any more unnecessary visits and the person who answered the phone was a true delight! She shared information about the location, informed us in advance they they could not be adapted until Sunday, but still welcomed us in. Upon arrival we had the most pleasant greeting I've had in a long time. We were directed by the cashier to the bunnies and they even engaged with my boys and made them feel special. We were informed to come early on Sunday, so we got there right at opening, same awesome greeting! The manager Ms. Erin, was truly a breath of fresh air. She gave us a tutorial about the bunnies, helped us get the necessary equipment, laughed with my kids, and made our experience an incredible one! I will drive across town just to come back to this location and purchase what I need from here on out. And the cashier was wonderful too (I'm so sorry I don't remember her name) but she loves reptiles... her and my 8 year old son had a great connection! Thank you for these 2 beautiful people, they are definitely an asset!

This is an amazing pet store. The staff is wonderful and will help with anything you need... carrying items to your car for you or helping with any information you need. My dog has a great time when I took her in with me last time. I won't visit the 'other' main pet store again. This is my new doggy home

Very nice place. Has a great selection of dog, cat, bird food and toys. There are snakes and fish ss well as ferrit's, bunnies and parakeet's along with larger birds. There are dog washing stations at the location in McDonough, Georgia. Sometimes they have cats that are there for adoption. Friendly staff.

The DIY dog wash station is very good, overall. However, both sprayers for the handicap accessible tub were slightly malfunctioning and spraying back towards me, not just forward. Otherwise great, excellent customer service and good product selection.

Great selection of pet treats, toys, and accessories. And of course a good selection of pets! When we were there last, most of the animals were hiding (can ya blame 'em) but there were plenty of guinea pigs and fish! The dog washing station is also very nice and convenient. All around a great pet store!
