As a resident of this area for the last 5 yrs, I have become more and more increasingly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service at this location. The people in this community deserve better.More specifically, Manager and Team Lead Robinson Sepulveda is a poor example of how Walmart should be represented. Robinson is never in a Walmart uniform and wears his "Street Clothes" in store, that make him appear as if he is a shopper and not at work in a professional environment. On several encounters with him at customer service, he has shown himself to be arrogant and the least bit helpful as possible. You would think that someone in this position would lead by example, unfortunately this lack of professionalism leads to other employees being overheard speaking of wanting to transfer to a better location.In addition to this, the Money Order Machine is always down or malfunctioning. This seems like such an easy issue to address but has not for the last 4 plus years. I can't imagine how much revenue Walmart must be losing because it is not repaired properly or at best replaced. To turn away customers at $1 per money order must be a luxury over a 4 year period.To end on a positive note, most of the young ladies that work Customer Service are very kind and accommodating and I would also like to extend a special thank you to Travis Morris. This young man is a shining example of what Walmart should strive to represent. Travis was very kind and helpful to myself as well as his co-workers. He should definitely be considered for any positions of promotion.

Had the entrance blocked and gate closed almost an hour before closing, forcing customers to go in the exit. I could understand 10-15 minutes , but this is ridiculous.

I have experienced very bad customer service and bad attitudes from some employees at this store for a long time now. Some employees are wonderful, but others act like they are being inconvenienced if asked for assistance. The front leader/manager by the checkouts at times has the worst attitude of all, sometimes argumentative and making up store rules that are not posted and make no sense.I just don’t understand what happened to customer service, especially at such a nice little neighborhood store. What a shame!

The customer service I just received is deplorable! The cashier by the name of Bliss was rude, unprofessional and too immature for her position. (1) the sign was flipped to closed because she wasn't in the mood to work, (2) she was sitting on the counter using her cellphone (3) she put so many items in my shopping bags that the bags would tear once leaving the store (4) when asked about the bags, she was rude. The team lead, Travis, needs additional coaching and training because he failed to offer an apology. Walmart, I spend too much money in your stores to be disrespected. Lastly, Bliss, if you ever read this, please find a job that makes you happy and allows you to perform at your highest level. You're still young, you can grow to be whoever you desire I'd you want to.

So I decided to visit this Walmart Neighborhood Market, I've always wanted to know they look like on the inside compare it to your regular Walmart Supercenter. And to be honest I was kind of disappointed, but at the end of the day it is what it is I mean it's your typical grocery store without the general merchandise. But I will say this they will fully stop and especially with your hard to find essential items like Lysol and cleaning wipes. Now you won't find Lysol and any other Walmart but for whatever reason this Walmart Neighborhood Market had some, also another thing I feel like the store was kind of dirty but that was just my take on it. But at the same time if I'm just passing through and I need to pick up something then I'll stop through.

The place is always busy. They do have some things that I need to buy. This is only a grocery store, not a regular Wal-Mart. The staff seems to be more interested in their phones than helping people. It is good for picking up quick and small purchases as most of the check-out lines are self-serve.

I am extremely disappointed with the local neighborhood market. During my recent visit, I witnessed the front end lead, Nita, treating associates poorly. It was appalling to see how she spoke to them, showing a complete lack of respect and professionalism. Additionally, I overheard associates expressing their desire to leave due to the store manager, Theresa, not addressing their concerns. It seems that everything gets swept under the rug, and morale among the staff is incredibly low. It's disheartening to see hardworking individuals being mistreated and undervalued. The management at this store needs to take immediate action to improve the working conditions and treatment of their employees.

I usually don’t give reviews but they deserve a Publix/CFA type gold star! I received the best service. They came over and took over my scanning for me, (had a huge order of sodas) then they held it while I pulled up my car to the door. Not only did they do that though-after I refused their help to take it out and dropped an entire case of sodas, they came out and cleaned up my mess! They replaced the case free of charge and they loaded my car!! What an excellent team of people. They deserve a raise and a great deal of appreciation!

I recently visited the Walmart Neighborhood Market in Marietta, GA, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly and helpful, the store was well-organized and clean, and they had a wide selection of products at great prices. I give it 5 stars and highly recommend it for all your shopping needs!

Do NOT order a pickup order from here. Times are hard enough, and they gave my entire order to some unknown person without checking identity or anything. I was literally AT WORK when they gave my order to someone else. They told me that it was out of their control. How? How is you giving my order to someone random without any confirmation of who the pickup person is, out of your control? I don’t even live near the area and they do not answer the phone, so I wasted even more time driving here for no reason. The manager was not helpful at all. He tried to evade responsibility for their mistake. Negligent, rude, and irresponsible. Corporate has been contacted. Go elsewhere.

Received a horrible service at customer service. Employee refused to give back my correct change. I bought croissants that were on clearance but was charged an additional 2x on regular croissant price. Only one was voided and I went to customer service to explain the situation and to receive my refund for the extra full price croissants I had to pay. The young boy proceeded to be rude and only gave back $3. I explained how he still owes me money but didn’t want to give back the full amount. Below I have highlighted the transactions and what is on the receipt. Mind you, I only wanted and had in my cart the clearance price croissants which is highlighted in purple. He needed to give me the full amount (including tax) from what is highlighted in yellow but refused to do so. Please to all customers, check your receipts! Although it’s just $4 and some change, this could happen to you and love ones especially older customers without realization that Walmart stolen money from you.

I went in yesterday, 8/13, and bought an 8 pack of yogurt for $9. Went to eat it today, it’s been expired for 2 weeks and they still had it on their shelves and charged me full price for it. They’re selling expired foods, make sure you always check before you buy! I learned my lesson, will not be going here again

Yesterday I went in to do some grocery shopping and a young little girl takes me at her register she is scanning my stuff and I notice my total was to high I asked her why she said the salami you hit ranged up fir 49.00 dollars I said well you see it the price says 4.98 she said well that’s what it’s ringing for do you want it or leave it I said no not for 49 dollars so I asked well can you change the price she slams the ham which it wasn’t salami first of all and my daughter asks her why is the attitude she says well what’s up you want to buck so my husband works there takes the matter to management as you suppose to and he sweeps it under the table and says it was an honest mistake no it would of been an honest mistake if she would of accepted to correct the price and not inviting her customers to fight this store their customer service is really bad also I’m pregnant she didn’t care for tgat either I used to work at this store left due to health issues but management is poor including cashiers !!!!!

It’s a little messy and there’s usually a lady yelling at people telling them which register is open. Like girl be quite! And usually the cashiers as so blah. But the store usually has what I need. This location helps me not spend a lot of money. If I go to the big Walmart imma buy more than what I actually came for.

I love shopping in this Walmart. It is very convenient to my home and the workers are very kind, professional and accommodating. They have assisted me in retrieving items from high shelves or stopping what they are doing to assist me in finding something, to loading water in my cart and also loading it in my car.However, on Saturday Dec. 11th around 2, I was shopping in there when the shift manager or manager, I'm not sure, was reprimanding the associates loud and in front of everyone. I thought that to be unprofessional and demeaning to the young people that were in there hard at work.With employees being hard to find, I think they deserve to be taken in the back office or somewhere out of the earshot of the customers to be talked to.Otherwise, I enjoy shopping here, the prices are great, and they hardly ever run out of stock. Except for lately, (smile) not their fault.

They were well stocked, but staff was pretty rude to me & my dark skinned husband. I'm from Egypt & he is native & black. I feel strongly this is why they were rude. I'm very observant & staff was great to everyone else I saw them deal with, but like I said, when it came to us, they were nasty. I'll not be going back. I like the wally near my home. Had a great experience with a cashier named Daysha (sorry if I’m butchering) but her supervisors and store manager Theresa was the exact opposite. Being a manager myself I’ve very surprised she was able to obtain this position. The first thing she did was yell at my because a return was taking too long and I️ “caused the line to back up” .. as she sat there for 15 minutes and watched the line back up while my return was being worked on. She obviously did not want to have to do any work and took it out on me when she had to do so. Wish I️ had time to find a corporate number but this review will do. Thank you Daysha, continue to be great.

Walmart has met new lows! Not only have they raised the cost of fruit but yesterday I bought a bag of green grapes I see that they now have a new way to rip off the customers- the grapes at the top of the bag were nice and firm but when I got home to have some grapes the vine of grapes on top ( 8 grapes) were ok but further into the bag they were mushy, I paid $7.98 for the grapes. I called the store to tell what I experienced and asked if I could bring them back to exchange for better grapes and the associate I spoke to stated that the grapes are not returnable I explained they were ruined but she said that was not her problem I then asked for a manager and she said no one was available. She ten just hung up the phone. I will not be shopping at this store again!

I love the fact that they have everything in one place and for relatively cheap. But the lines are always super long! They never have enough cashiers and I just never go there without having at least 30 free minutes to stand in line. Even the self checkouts are super slow. So that's not a place to make a quick stop when you just need to grab milk / something for dinner.

I have always been sceptical of the Walmart "neighborhood markets" because it's still Walmart, and they don't do grocery that well in the regular stores, so why would this be any different?But, because I had to come here to get one item that my wife wanted, that the other Walmarts in the area just didn't have, I am very pleasantly surprised by how efficient and well organized the store is.Big plus, they actually had everything that the app said they had.Super mega plus, they had a very nice and refreshing variety of food items that was very surprising.Plus Ultra bonus, they didn't itemize my receipt looking for evil shoplifting gremlins in my cart as I left. While I understand that, every time it happens I feel like I'm being accused of high treason or something equally nefarious. I mean, come on, of your gonna pat search my cart like a cop, itemize my receipt like you are the IRS, and then reach in some bags like your strip searching them before a flight as the TSA, then you can get rid of all those cameras that take every single picture of me when I scan an item from the absolute worst angle possible. I'm just saying.Tldr; very nice, clean, organized and not creepy.

ISSA, employee: 5 starsI've done curbside pickup with several different Walmarts since the pandemic. Issa was by far the best employee that has assisted. I checked in via the app. Shortly after I arrived, he walked up to my car to ask my name because, for some reason, the app didn't show that I checked in and was in the parking lot. He brought the items to the trunk and even gave me my eggs so they wouldn't crack during travel. Very polite and professional.Walmart Neighborhood Market: 3 starsWhile I definitely prefer this Walmart over East-West Connector, sometimes all of the self checkout lanes are not open. If cashier lanes arent open, why not have all self checkout open?
