I was very impressed by puppy land. They were very helpful and the puppies were very well taken care of . one thing that I was concerned about was that when we bought our puppy we scanned over the shot records, but we didn’t really look at one of the surgeries that he had, we were kind of bombarded with everything. They had neutered Tank our Frenchie , and we did not realize that. But it wouldn’t have mattered because he is a wonderful puppy. I just wish ( with so much information and it was very busy in there) that someone would’ve said something. But overall, we were very happy. Thank you.

The store is immaculate. Puppies are clean, healthy and playful. Staff is very attentive to pups as well as visitors and prices are reasonable in comparison to other places. Chance (the staff member that assisted us) was wonderfully helpful and patient with us. We are very happy with our fur-baby and with the service we received.

I’d been searching for a male Pomeranian puppy for a couple weeks. I came across PuppyLand and I’m sooo happy that I did!!! The experience was amazing!! The staff members are all knowledgeable and experienced in all of their puppies. I especially love how clean and well maintained they are, and they really love what they do. The staff at the Marietta location are the bomb!!!! Thank you so much for my new baby who’s name is now Reeses

We went there for the 5th time just to visit puppies and oooo and ahhhh! Well not this time!! We bought the MOST PRECIOUS tiny baby girl in all of Georgia!!!!! She’s perfect! The staff was amazing esp the 2 managers ( one still in training ) they are amazing and know exactly what to say, how to say it and when to say it! We are completely in love with our new baby and will be giving her a VERY wonderful life! Thank youuuuuu!!!! We are OVERJOYED !!

We called and spoke to Zoe. She set up an appt for us to meet a dog we were interested in. We drove over an hour and she met us at the door! She brought us our baby and we got to visit with him as long as we wanted. We adopted him and were given tons of information and papers on him. He comes vaccinated, with health guarantees, with information on his parents, and the information to get a hold of them if there are any questions. I felt prepared and ready to bring our sweet boy home! We got a Pomsky and his name is Goose!!

The staff was amazing, professional, friendly, informative and welcoming. I bought a lovely King Charles cavalier from here and the staff explained how to take care of her very Carefully. Even though I won’t be buying another dog for a while because two is enough 😂 I love going up here every other week to restock on food and talk to the staff. I love that the staff care about the aftercare of the puppies. I love that my morkie love her new sister 🏽

Cute puppies but the staff walks past you instead of asking if you need help. When you ask for help , they can’t because “it’s kind of busy” and they will walk away from you. Even though other customers who come in after you have been helped. Extremely Poor customer service. Manager stands there and acts clueless as to customers needing help as well.Expect to pay $4,000+ do yourself a favor and support another business.

My daughter and I recently moved to Georgia and we knew we wanted a puppy but unsure what breed and when. We visited Puppyland in early October and fell in love with a male Pug. For financial reasons, we had to wait to get him. We were a little worried that he would find a good home before we returned but I guess fate made sure we got him. We came back in one month and took home our male Pug. We named him Snoopy-Snoop for short. Shayla was our salesperson and she was very patient with us as well as providing us with all of our options. It’s been a week and my daughter and I couldn’t be more pleased with our newest family member. Thank you Shayla and Puppyland for all of your help! I would definitely recommend others to come in and you will find your new puppy here.

On my way home passing down the street. I saw a guy waving a sign saying Puppyland. I so decided to go take a look at their puppies just for fun. I actually wasn’t planning on purchasing dog. But Kyra , got me good 😊!As I enter the store .I was greeted with Kyra 😁 smile welcoming me in upon arrival. She immediately got my attention based off her customer service skills. She is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain any questions I had . Kyra has a beautiful spirit . She took the time to even pair me with the right puppy. Which I ended up purchasing a puppy that very day. I highly recommend this young lady anyone. She would get you right!!! My entire experience at Puppy land was incredible. The staff was great was very eager to help and the place was neat and clean. It’s a nice establishment I loved it.

I decided to "shop" for the first time for a puppy as I have rescued many dogs who have unknown pasts and medical histories. I felt really good about the health guarantees, the lineage, and the care of my puppy. Even though the price is high, I felt good about the puppy I was taking home It took about 2 hours to get the puppy that I ended up wanting, as they were very thorough and provided a plethora of information. They answer all your questions, and I think there's a goal to avoid the stigma some people have about stores. My dachshund puppy, Hector, has been with me for 24 hours now and I am over the moon. He is incredible. I can't wait to spend our life together!

Definitely a puppy mill and the contract has a bajillion loop holes so take my advice and read it clearly before jumping the gun. I literally had to pay a $800 emergency vet bill about 24 hours later because my puppy was so dehydrated and vomiting. Wish I could give zero stars.

I originally saw my maltese puppy on the Puppyland Marietta Facebook page. I checked him out on the website and then sent in an inquiry about him. I believe I got a text and email back within the hour - so that was great responsiveness! Of course, you cannot get pricing for that "doggy in the window" until you get to the store (beware: you know you're gonna fall in love when you get there - fair warning lol!!). I already knew I was going to love him when I met him!The staff takes care to explain all the rules before you enter. Even though you can't take pictures in the open area, once you're in a playpen setting, you can take pictures and do video, etc. So I WhatsApp video-called my husband while I was there just so he could see the new pup. Of course, he loved him right away too!Once we had any questions answered, found out the pricing and all of that was a go, Kyra went to work getting our financing and paperwork in order. They even freshened him up for us and put a cute puppy bow on him before I took him home. The whole affair might've taken just over an hour.We've always wanted a playmate for our little Millie. So now we found her Vanilli!! They tire each other out every day now lol. Thanks so much to Kyra and the Puppyland Marietta team for an efficient and lovely experience!

We love the newest addition to our family!!! Jahleyah was great! She was able to direct us to the perfect baby. We had selected one and played with her for a little while and connected but didn't connect enough to know it was right. As we were leaving, Jahleyah asked if we wanted to see this baby. Went in there with my spouse to get a puppy. They guy that helped us wouldn’t give me a direct price and kept dancing around the question. Made us feel very uncomfortable in the process. We left and went to Petland in Kennesaw and received much better service

I went to Puppyland Marietta with no intentions on actually getting a puppy today. I went to see the facility and the quality of the puppies as well of the health of the puppies. The store was clean, the staff (all of them) were so friendly and helpful. However, a Mini Goldendoodle stole my heart and now I have new addition to my family!!🧡🐶 My sales rep was Kiara and she was amazing! She is new to the Puppyland Team but she was truly awesome and made this experience unforgettable for me! Thank you Kiara!😁
