Best customer service ever. We love to stop at the Aquarium Coop partner stores while traveling, but have never had better service. It really is a great store with great people. Best selections and pricing for both saltwater and freshwater. Easy to find right off the highway and well taken care of. Will be sure to be back, only complaint is that it isn’t in my hometown.

It started out with a simple google search 8 weeks ago and has turned into one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had in fish keeping for over 30 years. It goes beyond the amazing selection of live stock they have and the variety of supplies they offer, which alone would deserve a high rating. But when you get to speak with such knowledgeable, patient and kind people such as Marcie, Aspen and Tradd, it just emphasizes the overall experience. They live up to their name offering premier products, services and support and my wife and I happily drive the hour for all of it. My Mbunas are thriving and my aquascape is exactly what I envisioned and it's all thanks to the advice they shared.Do yourself a favor and visit this all-star team today!

They always do a fantastic job here. The tanks are always immaculate and their staff is very knowledgeable. They offer discounts to members of the Atlanta reef club. They will help you even after you leave the store and call back with a question. They'll remember you and the next time you come in, they'll ask about your tank.As far as local fish stores go, this place is great. It's what a local fish store is supposed to be like.

This store is pretty far from my house but I make the drive because of how good the quality is. They have a great selection of fresh water, salt water, and brackish water fish. Everyone is nice and knowledgeable. They have lots of tanks and accessories as well. This is really the only store I will buy fish from, these outlive any fish I’ve bought from near by pet stores. Best place I’ve been to.

This place is awesome! They're always well stocked, they have friendly and helpful staff, they have just crazy amounts and types of fish available, and they have all the chemicals, substrate, and accessories you could need. Honestly it's fun to go and just look at everything they have: saltwater, freshwater, outdoor/koi pond and fountains. This place isn't huge, but it's packed full of anything and everything fish, and they make sure everything is healthy and well managed.

Wonderful and knowledgeable people working here, Aspin stood out in particular. I learned so much just from talking with them and feel so confident in my new tetras! PA has an amazing variety of different fish and plants with a full staff of knowledgeable people. Additionally, their store looks very clean and organized. Be sure to ask for "Mayday" if you have any questions about anything!

If you are a older Baby Boomer, you might want to avoid this store. Young female staffer could not have been ruder to me and try to embarrass me. I went in to get a couple neon fish and asked if they needed the aeration oxygen to live and she mockingly tells me "all fish need oxygen to survive". That's clearly not what I'm asking. I again try to explain I'm talking about the adding of aeration bubbles, she mockingly repeats "all fish need oxygen to survive". Okay, no help there so I move on and I tell her I'm putting them in a cylinder like tank and she says they will just swim in a circle until they die. All this in front of my daughter that was with me. Negative, Rude, Unhelpful, Bad Experience, First time customer, Mocking. How in any way is this a good business model? My guess it the response will be about me.

We were like Nemo in an aquarium toys-town . So many 🐟 of all kinds to fit your fancy 😁. Even 🦐🐠🐟 these guys. Plenty of water 💦 plants to choose from 🌱🌿. Abundant of kind staffs who were there to assist with many, many questions that we had. 😁 Our curiosity was we'll satisfied. We also realized how unprepared to bring home any fish, so we got the beta fishes for now 😁😃

My favorite local fish shop. It's about 30 minutes away from Buckhead, but worth the drive everytime. Great variety of freshwater and saltwater fish. Fish are well taken care of. I love the staff as well. Also purchased my 55 gallon setup from here.

We've used Premier Aquatics to provide monthly service to preschool aquarium for years. In an emergency tank leak, they arrived super fast like the Batmobile! They are very reliable, knowledgeable, and the kids think they're ROCK STARS! Highly recommend.

Out of all the aquarium stores I have been to around Atlanta. This one I believe to be my favorite. It has many different kind of saltwater fish. The stock is always pretty full and always changing. They have fresh water as well but i dont look at them. They have many kinds of coral as well. What i like the most is they get very small fish. So you can watch them grow from babies to adults. The staff is always been really nice and helpful. Even when you talk to them on the phone and ask questions. I have bought 7 fish and 1 shrimp from them. Clown fish i got as babies and they are growing strong. I had one fire tail goby that passed away but believe it got hurt on a rock or something. Had 2 small blue-green chromis that passed away 2 days after i had them but believe maybe it was how I Accumated them to the tank. All in all this is my choice for fish in atlanta. And will be hard to beat them. These are the fish i got from premier aquatics at different stages from small to big.

Pros+good selection - specialized aquarium store!+knowledgeable and friendly down to earth associatesWeaknesses-Pricing - they are higher than the chains/competitors on similar/exact things (although overall they are more specialized in focus and appear to do more high end aquarium setups/service)-Customer Satisfaction policy on fish is weak especially considering the higher cost - only 24 hour policy (any leeway beyond that is not usually offered and is discretionary with scrutiny) whereas Petsmart has 14 day policy.Worth a visit tho

AMAZING service, great selection, but oh goodness the prices (we buy for saltwater) are about 3x what we're used to. If the livestock is captive bred, worth every penny. If not... Overpriced.Really want to emphasize the PHENOMENAL service, though.

This was my 3rd time doing business with Premier and let me just tell you. If you live in the east cobb area this is where you want to buy your fish. While prices may seem high they are beyond fair for what you are getting. If you wanted to order the same fish online not only would you most likely pay more but also you would have to deal with shipping costs. So trust me when I say come here for all your fish and aquatic needs!

I had a common pletco that grew to big for my tank. I was told to bring him here so he could find a new home. I called the store and they gave me fantastic instructions on how to transport him safely to their location. Upon arrival, the manager saw I had a fish in a bucket and immediately came over took the bucket and started the process to get him safely into a tank. We then stayed around a bit to learn more about the fish. They were beyond helpful and friendly. I will be back soon when it's time for me to upgrade my tank. This is the place to go. Thank you

Premier Aquatics is a pretty good place. I get my salt water here. I used to have them service my tank. I asked if they could come once a month as every two weeks was too often and expensive. The woman is charge of service told me my small tank was not worth it for them. The store staff is hit or miss. Mostly young folks some care others don't.
