We arrived 3 minutes after the grace period after driving 30 mins through morning rush hour traffic and told we would have to reschedule. My golden retriever has severe anxiety so I give her trazadone before any appointments. I explained that she already has had her medicine and we drove 30 minutes and that I would be flexible with the pick up time acknowledging that I was a few minutes late. I guess a 4-6 hour appointment can be totally thrown off by 3 minutes. Very disappointed in the customer service as I have been bringing her here for over a year.

I dropped my puppy off for a bath and full haircut. The groomer Moon immediately told me all the reasons he couldn’t be cut. I explained this was not his first appointment and he does well. Grooming usually take at least an hour Moon called me 31 mins later saying he was ready for pick up but he did not allow her to cut him. When I get there my dog’s face hasn’t been washed. As I’m checking him out he is shredding. I asked why he wasn’t at least brushed out. Moon is nowhere in site. The other groomer had to brush wash his face and noticed his ear needed to be clean out. I just paid for a full bath how is he still dirty? When Moon finally appeared 2 groomers were working on him doing as the things she neglected. I asked Moon how he was still dirty? She didn’t respond. The groomer that was helping asked if I wanted to see the manager. I said no and let her know she was great and I just would never let Moon touch my puppy again.

The groomers here did such a good job with my two pups. We went in for mail clipping and grinding and they didn’t a great job!
