I love the groomers here they are amazing!!! Lisa gave ginger a flea bath and said to call back if I see anymore cause fleas can be tricky, I saw another one when i got home and called her and she said i could come back and get her washed again! The team recommended a great oral med for her to get rid of her fleas and treated us so kindly and they were so gentle with ginger. Highly recommended Lisa as a go-to groomer and for sure love this location!

First of the lady’s that groom are absolutely atrocious. Lady’s absolutely butchered my dog and left him a total mess. Shaved one side of his head and not the other. Didn’t even trim up his paws and absolutely ruined one of his ears. Then decided to do one pass through with the buzzer just on his forehead. Then proceed to scream and yell at me in the store. Told me the hair will grow back don’t worry about it and that’s it’s free of charge. My dog was shaking like a leaf in absolute shock. My dog was abused and man handled. My dog is scared to death now. This place is god awful. Mistreated my dog. Never once in my life would i think anyone would ever hand anyone back there dog looking this way. Shaking my head for anyone out there i would never ever bring ur dog here. Worst Petco ever.

I took my 7 month cavachon for a grooming appointment Monday; this would in fact include cleaning and nail trimming. He’s very sociable, kind, and outgoing. When he came back he was an entire pound SMALLER. They shaved him and said he had too many mats and knots. He came back with bloody scratches and uneven hair trimming. His nails were definitely not even touched my the groomer; still sharp and dirt visible. Also, he had a literal small hairball in his eye. He looked scared and uncomfortable of the groomer when when we saw him. I defiantly don’t recommend getting your dog groomer here, we usually go to the Petco on Barrett Parkway, not Dallas highway.

No greeting when I entered the store and at no time while shopping did anyone ask if I needed help. There was no line at check out and two people up front, so that was good. Can't believe you are charging me 10 cents for a plastic bag! Really! I reuse those bags for pet waste and every store wants me to pay for them. I know you are trying to be "green", but this just makes you look cheap. Try using less cardboard or virtual receipts and spare me a bag. I'm sure there are plenty of customers who say no thanks.

The associate that assisted with giving me my online order was very professional, kind, and helpful. When one of my items had to be returned same day due to the container leaking, he was apologetic and processed the return for me since this was the last container in stock. I really like this location and the level of service provided here along with the selection.

I only give to this store one stars because you can’t put no stars . The attention to customer are really poor, it’s not the first time that I’ve to wait more than 20 minutes and then ask them for service. This time I came 30 minutes before closing, waiting 20 minutes to get service while no other customer was in store and when I asked for help, they just told me that they are closing, so I just lost my time .

We received the best care and treatment while trying to find our pet at this store. The attendant was so kind and explained every detail about Guinea pigs to us. Our pet came home really healthy and we received extra tips to provide him a better quality of life. We are thankful for this experience!

My best experience at Petco W. Marietta was mediocre, the worst was nightmarish. My Maltese received the worst cut in all his 10 years from that place. Even worse, they double billed my credit card. All of the groomers there are sub par at grooming, cuts and customer service.

The employees were so nice. One of them pulled out a snake for me to pet and hold. And another one pulled out a hamster for my little brother to pet. They were all very nice. The place was very clean and it was a well mannered staff.

They take great care of the animals that are in the store. Bought two guinea pigs from them several months ago and they are wonderful pets that have become a part of the family. People that work there are great and are very knowledgeable.

I have liked the place before. I walked in and was just looking at the list of services for dog grooming. A person came out from a.back room and spoke very harshly saying they were in a staff meeting. I told them that was fine, I was just looking and she huffed and stomped away. Not quite sure if I would let these people touch my dog.

I called this location and had an AMAZING customer service experience with Damonte 🏾. I wanted to see if they had a self grooming station, and he informed me that they didn't; however, he would ask around to see who does. I didn't ask him to do that, he automatically offered! That may sound small, but nowadays, it's extremely hard to find pleasant and helpful customer service. Unfortunately, I prefer the least amount of human interaction bc of that fact. (Can you tell I'm a millennial?)I just wanted to shout him out bc he truly deserves this recognition as he solidified a life long customer of this location for you ❤️.

Usually I come to this Petco with no issues. However, this morning I went there to get dog food and I approached the counter with my item. There was no cashier present so I waited. After waiting a few minutes, I began to look around for someone and there were no associates to be found. After waiting a few more minutes, thinking they might be in the back or tending to other customers, there was still no associate to be found so I left without anything and went to a competitor. This store is 30 minutes away from my home but I go because they usually have the best selection of dog products. Very disappointed with this trip.

We drove past the 'other' pet store a few extra miles in hopes of better service and selection. That was a good idea. The 'fish guy' was eager to assist and volunteered useful facts and tips about our fish and home tanks as we bought 4 feeder goldfish and a beta to add to our happy collection. (btw they all lived and are doing great!) Moments later, he appeared at the checkout and scooped up the giant glass tank we bought (for our spoiled rotten hamster at home) and put it in the back seat of our car without being asked, and without showing how busy he was with his many other tasks. Turns out, he was the store manager, and I couldn't imagine a better person for his position. The store was perfect, the cashiers were very pleasant, and I'm already planning our next trip. Nice work Shannon and the rest of the staff at Petco. We will be back!

Can’t say enough good words about the grooming department! Maddison and Shawna went above and beyond for us. We have taken our little dog Nora to multiple groomers and have never been so happy with the results and attention to detail. Shawna will definitely be our one and only groomer from now on. She was more than helpful while explaining the different lengths of fur and made sure she went over every detail with us when we were indecisive. Keep doing great Shawna and Maddison!

Shawna the groomer is great…however I can’t ever get anyone on the dang line. I have 5 dogs and i have them all in the vital care plan but I can no longer utilize the scheduler in the app because they have blocked me due to cancellations, which i found out once i took a trip there to inquire. My dogs can never get in anymore. When in reality it has only been a few but i take multiple dogs at a time usually. So it looks like alot. I am military and my schedule can change based on troop availability and I have to fill in. All that to say PETCO IF YOU DONT WANT MY MONEY JUST SAY THAT me and my 5 will go elsewhere!!

I started with just nails and saw how two of the groomers were with my dogs. One was very sweet and gentle , the other one was rough and acted like she was being timed. I decided to have them groomed and asked to have the gentler groomer do them both. AFTER I added my tip, i found out that one of my dogs was done by the groomer I DID NOT wanttouching my dogs!Everyday i see another spot where she butchered him!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I would never recommend Petco grooming to anyone!!!
