I came in to buy more bully sticks for my dogs, and this store had a great selection with the added touch of positive customer service. In other words, my experience was not just a terrible transaction like it was three days ago at a different location. My faith in Petco has been restored thanks to the exemplary customer service from Bridget and Quan. I will definitely return to this store!!!

went here and the vets were late to set up, and then 10 minutes after when my appointment was scheduled for they denied my cat her shots. They said she was hissy, didn't even take her out of her crate, and made the assessment that she was too hissy in no more than 10 seconds. I didn't want to make a scene so I just left, but this visit was really disappointing.

I go here to wash my 97 pound Akita and it is perfect. He has tons of hair so I get to wash and dry him and not worry about another hour or so to clean up. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

This is very good place especially for dog's self wash. Very nice helpful staff. They have everything what you need for your dog's bath.

I called to buy check for salt water. He young man who answered was polite and very helpful. I arrived and he showed me where it was. I had questions about salt water tanks and he got Eric for me. He was super helpful and pointed me in the right direction with how to handle a tank I got with a damselfish in it. Overall, very attentive.

Not the best selection. I always have to split up my pet trips between here and petsmart because of this.Edit: had to take off a star because they’ve changed their bags. Before, there was a choice between paper and plastic. Now, this is what I have to deal with if it rains.

Everything was so nice. For curbside pickup, my phone call was answered quickly and the staff member brought out the quickly too. She smiled a lot and was really nice.This is the first time I've used curbside pickup at Petco and I will do this again. And my cats love their new pet bed!

My truck is in the shop. I like to feed the geese, they expect it now. Was able to order three twenty pound bags of wild bird feed to my door at lower prices than Walmart and Home Depot. Convenient and ahead of time

The DIY dog wash facilities are nice, but the shampoo and conditioner were basically 90% water. I had to use over half a bottle on my large, thick-coated lab. They also only supplied zoom-groom type brushes, so I had to brush her again when we got home. If I go back, I'll bring my own shampoo and brush. It still may be worth the $10 to avoid the at-home mess.

Wonderful experience. It was near closing time and I wanted to wash my dog. I have a small dog and I was welcomed with open arms. The employees were very nice and I appreciate all they do!

Took my dog to use the washing facilities. They didn't clean their brushes properly and literally the very next day, my dog was infested with fleas from head to toe. I keep my dog clean and have had him for years, never once have I had trouble with fleas. Talked to the manager and not only did he refuse to do anything about it, but didn't even offer so much as an apology. Now my cat and dog both are infested with fleas, and even I'm getting bitten by them. It's going to cost a lot of money and take a lot of time to undo the damage caused by these people.On a different note. They stopped carrying a sensitive stomach catfood for my 15 year old cat. I asked them if they could restock it and they refused, telling me to go order it myself online.Don't waste your time with these people. And absolutely DO NOT bring your pet here. At best you'll get shoddy customer service and a limited selection of overpriced pet products.

This is a small store when it comes to inventory but a BIG store when it comes to knowledgeable staff. They troubleshoot your questions with such a degree of concern. They help in getting good deals too. Heather specifically knows what she it's talking about. Though they couldn't help me at their store she sent me to a larger store with specific instructions and to a highly recommended vet just around the corner. Listen to her. She knows what's up! Thanks Heather!

The people are awesome, sale section is a train wreck (non sale items mixed in and prices are misleading). The self service dog wash is 100% worth the $12. Pals rewards are a total pain to redeem. But that's not the stores fault.

Amazing customer service at all times, they have a lot of food varieties and fresh treats that are gluten/grain free.. honestly couldn't be happier. They also sell doggy ice cream and other great things for your furry friend!

I went here mainly to use their self wash doggie bath. It's very nice and only cost $10. They have towels, shampoo, condition, blow dryer, individual tubs (3 total for 3 dogs max in that room), and a brush. I highly recommend it if you want an easy place to bathe your pup without breaking your back in your bathtub at home.

4 stars because it is the smallest petco i have ever been in, in my life. They legit have a quarter of the products Kennesaw or Acworth locations have... they didn't have my food, science diet, super popular food... so had to go to another location.It felt tight and uncomfortable. But staff greeted me so that was a big positive. And prices all seemed reasonable so can only do 4 stars

My dog had just has surgery the day before my visit, the cone she came home in was horrible. Next day I visit petco and the sales associate was very helpful in finding an alternative. Very knowledgeable and pleasant

Staff is always very helpful. However with all the PetCo restrictions for what they can carry, in stock now, the wet cat food options are dwindling. May have to look at going elsewhere so I don't have to go to 2 places for food, or start shopping online. Also can get litter elsewhere for much cheaper.
