This was such a nice store with very Heidi and knowledgeable staff. Thank you to the young man who helped us find a crate and the best price for it, I think his name was Jacob? Good store, nice staff!!

Probably one of the best and friendliest Petco’s around! I went in today for a last minute groom. Joyce took care of my baby from head to toe! He’s 3 years old and I can honestly say this is the best groom I have seen! There have been times where I took him to other groomers and could tell they missed some spots or never trimmed his nails and called him difficult. When I came to pick my dog up Joyce was very through and gave me insight into how their time together was. I find this so helpful as I try to desensitize my dog to things at home and appreciate feedback! She gave me recs on what to do, when to bring him back, etc. even though this is the furthest Petco from me we will be back just to see Joyce! My pup was in love with her and I could tell she treated him as her own.

I don’t even know where to being but I’ll keep this review as professional as possible. For starters, don’t ever use Notra as your groomer if you’re forced to use their grooming services. I asked her to do a light trim on our Australian Shepard which are a long hair breed dog. When I picked him up he looked like he was getting ready to go to boot camp. She completely ignored my request and butchered his beautiful coat. Our regular groomer was booked 3 months out so we decided to go with these services by recommendation. We’ve definitely learned if you find a good groomer wait it out. Don’t take the gamble and have your pet looking as ridiculous as our guy does. The manager did refund us however it still doesn’t change the fact that Notra has no business grooming long haired breeds. You will see the first few pictures of a proper grooming of an Australian Shepard vs. the hack job he received yesterday.

I’ve been going to this store 2 years, & from my Chinchilla, Oliver, to Pip the Guinea Pig, it’s the place to feel safe you r receiving quality guidance. I don't really have a Petco near me but I visited this one because I had a credit that was a couple years old that I wanted to use.It was clean and the people who worked there were nice but their prices are a little bit high for my taste

Emma at this location provided the best customer service. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I walked in with my new puppy and she took the time walk me through the store and answer all my questions on toys, treats, and food. I will definitely make this my regular pet store for my new puppy.

Not sure what’s up with this location… I asked an employee named zach to help me out with some things and he repeatedly gave me wrong information (I had to look up the correct supplies on my phone afterward). I was only in the store for twenty minutes but I heard him make vulgar and unprofessional comments to other employees. Will probably not return.

My puppy had his first grooming appointment on sunday, after the appointment we noticed that he had blood in his eye. We took him to the vet yesterday, and the vet mentioned that usually happens when a puppy has too much pressure on the neck (often happens with a collar during the grooming)…I called the petco location in order to know if they used a collar on Leos neck and the groomer said that yes, that Leo was moving too much.this is really sad, I can't imagine the pain he went through in order to have both eyes full of blood today.I sure that she did not intend to hurt him in any way, but it’s heartbreaking what he went through yesterday… I filled a complaint with Petco corporate. My puppy is now taking anxiety medication until he is fully recovered.

We could not say anything better about the level of customer service at this location! We were buying a new fish tank and fish for our son's birthday and new to this so asked an associate named Jacob for help. He took the time to show us everything that we needed, explained how to use each item and even tips for having the best success! We highly recommend this location!

I literally just walked into this location a few minutes ago with my son. There was a a Petco employee standing near the entrance talking to a customer. He didn’t even look up to speak us. I walked around for a couple minutes looking for kitten supplies. The same white middle aged male with glasses was now standing in front of the registers and still didn’t say anything. I have left several reviews with Petco stores. All of the employees lack basic customer service and lack speaking yo customers when they walk in. I shopped at the Petsmart location a couple miles away. We were greeted immediately when he walked in. Buyers beware never shop or patron businesses where the employees lack professionalism and customer service. This must be a Petco culture to be rude.

A read and spoke to an employee that you are starting to charge .10 per plastic. Your “sales pitch” is to save water for the earth. If this were true you’d change to paper bags or simply have customers bring their own such as the big club stores. At .10 per bag, you are increasing your profits not actually doing a conservation act.I’ve chose Petco over Petsmart. I may just go to Amazon. I don’tPlan to use Petco much if any going forward and I do plan to tell everyone I can about this price gouging and unethical move to simply make you more money.

Emma explained that the goldfish my son won at the fair would quickly outgrow the tank we had for him. She suggested we surrender the goldfish to the store and replace it with a beta. The process was seemlessly.

Out of all the petco’s I’ve been to in GA, this store was so disappointing. At the entrance, it looks rather small, unorganized and just messy. I was shopping for fish and just walking back to the aquatics, I walked into webs, cobwebs and products like bird food and small animal food covered in dust and webs. The fish tanks were covered in not only green algae but black algae as well, there was so much visible cobwebs on top of the tanks it made it look like no one had been taking care of the tanks in the long time. The selection of fish was slacking so much. Walking through the reptile aisle was also painful to look at because you could see the dust on top of the products, and there was cobweb everywhere here too. Will not be returning to this store and do not recommend anyone to purchase any fish or other animals here. One person was back there at the tanks and asked if we needed help but there Wasn’t even a lot fish to shop for.

Never bring your dog here. I made an appointment for 9:30 am they told me that in an hour and a half she would be ready but she wasn't, they only finished at 12:30 pm. It's absurd to leave a dog that long. She didn't look like she'd had a shower, she didn't smell like perfume and she still hasn't been thoroughly brushed and all the dirt removed!

Good prices but need more staff at that location. Took 20 mins to find someone for checkout. I am happy to update my review they have more staff on hand and no wait in the check out line. Thank you for making this store great again.

I really like this particular location. All of the employees are courteous, but the chap that does the dog training is particularly conscientious. I have briefly watched him work with dogs, and if I had a puppy in need of training, I would come here. For now, I will just keep it my regular stop for food and necessities.

The employees here deserve 10 stars. We love coming here. The employees are very knowledgeable and Jared has seen us so much he asks about our pups when they don’t come with us to the store. Makes me feel like we’re apart of a family. We appreciate them so much!
