We love their selection and kind employees! They are always having something special for your dogs there. They stock special dog bakery items and cakes to celebrate. Although this location doesn't offer baths, the others do and it wonderful. So many choices of shampoos, towels, aprons and a blow dryer with mat!

I brought this little guy home, personally I think I rescued it from the small enclosure it was in. He's happy, now! They have good live fishes for the aquarium, too.

I've been trying to find the best fresh water fish store for years. I've gotten fish from "high end " stores that have wiped out half my tank. This 1 pet supermarket has been supreme for fresh water fish life quality. I will not go anywhere ever again but this store . I also own a rabbit that was purchased from a pet supermarket and he's amazing. 5 years old, and he's family. Free roam and litter box trained.

I went for the first time yesterday close to closing and their shop was wonderful. I was easily able to find a grain & chicken free food for my very sensitive dog... these special foods are often hard to find and not clearly labeled. Great selection of toys for tough chewers and the staff was very friendly. Will certainly be back!

A one stop shop with all your pet needs. A well organized well managed store you'd love to visit and make your furry friend happy. The parking is way too big to accommodate all the rush.

Very helpful staff and friendly. I took advantage of Halloween sales and my pup loved his new toy and bandana. My friend got dog food and they were happy to retrieve the bag she wanted from a top shelf.

Small store and space limits what they can stock. I would give them 5 stars but the limited space leaves your choice limited. They have all the top brands for both dogs and cats tons of toys and chews. Overall it's a very good store and prices are in line with the bigger pets stores.

Great customer service! The assistant manager Marisol and I talked about how we both have pit bulls and she was kind enough to help me get everything I needed for my new puppy. I will definitely be back!

Great customer service. My German Shepard has a food allergy and trying to find food is a pain. I went to this location and they have no cell coverage in the building.They allowed me to take a bag of food out of the location so I could attempt to contact my vet but before that they looked up the number for me as it was not on speed dial. When I could not get any cell coverage outside they let me use the business phone.The store is well stocked and the employees are top notch that care for your pets.They now have a loyal customer!

they have good supplies for pets HOWEVER, they sell sick birds and give out a 2 week warranty. i got one bird from petco and the other from here and the one from here kept seizing and died 3 WEEKS after purchase. then tell you they cant help you. ridiculous. but the staff is nice, i just dont recommend buying an animal from here.

DO NOT BUY FISH FROM THIS LOCATION!We purchased over $100 worth of fish from this location 2 days ago and most have died. Unfortunately we live an hour and a half away or I would be back to this store with all of my dead fish.The first guy that was helping us, did not have a clue as to what he was doing. He was putting all fish in one small bag, then proceeded to separate them but left 3 of the larger fish in a bag with about a half cup of water, laying on its side. The fish were struggling to breathe (thats 2 of the 15 we've lost). We had to ask someone else to help us, she did great by the way.

I had to pick up some dog food during the SARS2 outbreak. The interior of the store was blocked at the registers with carts and one person was allowed inside per register (2 registers when I visited). I told the guy what I wanted and he ran and grabbed it knowing exactly for what I asked. While he picked the lady running the register wiped down the counter after the last customer.Top notch work here with attention to detail. I hope everyone stays safe and I will continue to shop here.

Cool place for pet treats and items. We just got a new puppy and needed some stuff, so we saw several chew toys we wanted to try out. They weren't over priced, about average.

Very expensive! I thought since it was a pet supermarket it would sell dog food for less money than my regular supermarket but NOPE! 11 lbs of blue buffalo wilderness was $35 +tax here and only $33 +tax at Krogers. The same exact bag of dog food is $29 on Amazon with free shipping & NO SALES TAX!!! I'm sure dog toys and treats are cheaper online too. You'd pay about $9.50 more (including the tax) for an 11 lb bag of dog food if you bought it at pet supermarket instead of buying it at amazon. And buying online at amazon saves you the trip in your car to the store! Saving you a couple bucks in gas too!!! Shop smart folks. EDIT: to the owner who replied to my review... I did call and email you with no response. Why did you even bother giving me your contact info and asking me to contact you if you didn't want to speak with me?

I have been going here a lot more lately due to the staff. Everyone is always so kind when you go in. Usually at other larger retail chains, I have to hunt someone down to assist me but Pet Supermarket employees goes out of their way to make sure you’re okay.

Smaller store. Good variety of dog and cat foods, treats, accessories. Small variety of animals to buy like guinea pigs, rabbits, parakeets, and fish. No reptiles or tarantulas. They have live crickets to purchase. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Prices are good. They usually have a cat/kitten available for adoption from a shelter. Also have machine for making tags. They also carry items for birds, small mammals, fish, etc.

The staff was unfriendly and I felt likethey didn't want to serve me. They was taking care of another family before me and the fish department and they even walk them to the front to bring them up while they were two people at the cashier already. I waited a couple of minutes and when I went to the front there was just telling around while I was still waiting in the back to be served. When I was finished getting my fish the gentleman one me up and have to do transaction was finished I had to ask for a bag. I will never go back to the store again

Don't prefer when my day starts with a rude cashier. Less than cordial and made me feel like my purchase was a nuisance. Acted like looking up my rewards # was a hassle. Never said a word to me until after purchase when I prompted adamantly "Thank you, Have a GOOD day!" Hope cashier #25647 gets it and was just having a bad start to her day. This store historically very good, helpful and kind....

Love this place. Was looking for something different than PetSmart and Petco for food options and the TSC didn't have much near us. The staff here helped recommend a food that stopped my Mastiff's loose stools after the first bowl of food. A problem we had been living with for two years. They have a great rewards program and every 10th bag of food is free which keeps us coming back.

We really love spring fish from this store nice staff, nice fish, nice apearence, and the fish are healthy too. The fish we adopted fish from here and they are still alive for 2 years so far with no desieses and that's a long time for most fish coming from stores we plan to buy fish from here forever.
