This store deserves more than the 1 star reviews it's been getting. It has a great supply of just about everything. I looked at the reviews and saw a bunch of women complaining about the most trivial of things. I go here when I'm in the area and need to go to Harbor Freight across the street. It's really not that bad.

I brought ballons in yesterday at 12pm 4/26 to be blown up for my son's 3rd birthday today to be picked up at 1pm. His party's at 2? I got here 2:15pm to find noone in the floral department and after paging, Yolanda came 6 minutes later only to tell me my ballons were not blown up. She also offered no solutions. I am greatly disappointed and upset. It's too late to get ballons blown up anywhere. This has ruined my child's birthday party since these were the only decorations he had.

Sale items consistently sold out. Problem is ongoing even thought it has been brought to managements attention. And today the bagger put milk on top of our bread smashing it flat, had to replace. You guys should be doing better.

This Kroger is pretty good, I have a hard time adjusting to new stores and this one is laid out quite well.Sometimes the self checkout is a pain, but the attendants are close by and sweep in to help. I'm glad Kroger finally upgraded to tap-to-pay\NFC payments.I'm not sure why this Kroger is always lit about as well as a roadside bodega in Costa Rica, which is too say, poorly. Makes the place feel dingy and seedy.Just a thought, Publix is well lit and isn't depressing, sounds weird but it's definitely a thing. And y'all don't have Jeremy.

OH HECK NO. You have got to be freaking kidding me. We give this place hundreds of dollars each week. We know the workers there by name & they know our names & our children. We get there TEN FREAKING MINUTES before they close & they won’t let any customers in. A lady in the parking lot said she got there 22 minutes early last night & they wouldn’t let her in. We could have been in & of there in less than two minutes, and they wouldn’t let us. Thank goodness we didn’t need formula for our baby or anything of utter value. There was no manager there to speak to. The workers actually laughed at us when the security guard wouldn’t let us in. They turned away about 20 customers, could have made a few hundred more dollars in those ten minutes. And they laughed at us. I’ve never had worse customer service in my entire life. EVER. I will gladly drive the extra ten minutes to go anywhere to not give them & their immature, incredibly rude staff my hard earned money. I am so disappointed in them & am so frustrated with how I was treated. Terrible staff & clearly a terrible night manager who wasn’t even there for us to address about the situation (yet he was apparently still telling his staff to not anyone in...)

Today I spent over $120 at this Kroger that I’ve been shopping at for 10 years. When pushing the shopping cart out of the store, I had the cart’s wheels lock up on me and was questioned by the security guard asking for my receipt as he looked through my stuff. I work hard like most people here to be able to afford to live in Marietta (why I don’t live on the south side of Atlanta anymore after growing up there). I know theft is on the rise but that’s why I live where I live. Still I will not be treated like a thief and a criminal and will take my grocery and pharmacy business elsewhere and will be sure to share this with everyone else I know that shops here. If you aren’t going to trust customers to check out their own groceries then hire more cashiers!

The staff are kind, but I suspect some shady price masking going on here. On more occasions than i can count I have grabbed produce that says its 60 cents per or some low price, then get to the register for it to be scanned as much much more. Its pretty much expected now that anytime i shop here i have to take pictures of the prices and show the cashier that no, those two cloves of garlic are not in fact 8 dollars.Also this places website is NEVER correct about whats in stock.Edit: I am now certain of some kind of false advertising going on here. I started paying attention and its not just the produce. Many other items in the store ring up more expensive at the checkout than the prices at the shelf.Edit 2: this time i was buying 2 zucchinis. when i clicked the only option for zucchini in the item search and choose my quantity, it came out to almost $15. for 2 small zucchini. The employee came over and fixed it after i said something but im guessing this place makes a good bit of extra income by lying about prices in this manner

I want to do a big shout-out to Tinka, she came in clutch for me the night. See I man and not romantic at all, but I knew that my wife deserve a surprise romantic gift. She took it upon herself to wrap a bouquet of flowers for me that night as the florist leaves at 5pm and they don't have some there for us blue collar worker as we at time most of our shift end. Gentleman and young men please see her and ask for she has good taste my wife delighted with the surprise and the little gift of flowers, chocolate, sugar cookies and gift card. Also Tinka taught me about some rules when give gifts. She told me to do it on the app but I want the world to know about her and her amazing customer service. Please invest in her and employees that have the same drive. Yes there are still some hope for amazing customer in the day in age post covid and all the craziness. Tinka if you ever read this you saved my marriage and I can never repay what you did for my wife and I but this is the close thing that I think of so get ready for the many blessing that God is about send your way and remember to honor Him in everything you do just like that with me night. Keep it up you are a rockstar an if Kroger is bum enough to let you go your amazing customer service will open every door you want. God bless you and thank you for saving my family.

The same thing keeps happening too often for it to be an "honest mistake" : An item at the register rings up at a higher price than what is advertised on the shelf. On multiple occasions, I have walked the cashier to the shelf with the advertised price, they acknowledge that I was not mistaken, but then proclaim that the store made a "mistake" by advertising it at the low price, and that the higher price at the register is the actual correct price. They make no attempts to correct anything, and most importantly, they do NOT let me have it for the advertised price. If it was truly an honest mistake, then I'd think that every once in awhile the price would ring up lower than the advertised price, but nope: the "mistake" always seems to benefit the store.

Had a super negative experience Friday 09/15. I was trying to buy a bottle of wine, I am a 23 years old female with short hair and I happen to have a vertical ID still because I never got around to changing it. This means a Kroger manager has to check it everytime. No problem right? WRONG. The woman who comes to check it, named missy or something, looks me up and down with a hateful and suspecting glare and really asks me my DOB, address, and everything all because my id photo has long hair and I currently have a short haircut. This was the only time I have ever experienced this, and comparatively I visit the parkaire landing Kroger just minutes away on the regular and their reaction to my id photo was “love the haircut”. Tell me why in 2023, it’s ok for this lady to be homophobic to a more masculine presenting woman. Like why on earth would I use a VERTICAL ID as a fake, and secondly what nerve for a Kroger employee to be judging the way I choose to live. Rude. I only come to this location for the Kroger gas, as the location I regularly visit doesn’t have it.

The money center is supposed to open at 8am went in at 8:10am. Not open.That’s bad customer service. Wasted my time. If you can’t provide those hours you need to change it online to reflect that. Spoke to a lady and she said she can’t do it as in help me. 👎

I was having trouble scanning these buzzballs at the self checkout, then I had asked the hispanic lady working there to help and she couldn’t get it either. She then claimed I smelled like alcohol whereas I was completely sober. She then made me go put them back, what a horrible experience.

Bakery: Waited 5 minutes to have bread cut by an attendant who didn’t know how to operate the machine. Dropped bread on floor.Dairy: Visited 3 days in a row for organic whole milk for my daughter but was not in stock each time. It seems like management does not know what is out of stock, as the dairy fridge is a mess.

I called the store about 545 to speak with bakery department. The phone rang and rang, no answer, no voicemail and no forwarding call! I had to call back twice to get someone to answer the customer service desk which offered ZERO service! I asked if someone could check the bakery to see if they had 24 cupcakes or a sheet cake I could purchase. She said there is no one there and she has no one to help me! Crazy!!!! I said that I did not appreciate her tone and non offer to assist me. I will call Publix and spend my money there from now on… she hung up! I spend hundreds there weekly and have seen the customer service diminish and lack of products increase. I’m done! By the way, when I called Publix they were VERY friendly and helpful. Happily transferred me to the bakery where Trevon said it was his pleasure to help meet my needs! It’s night and day between Kroger at Eastlake and Publix on Piedmont. I know where I’m spending my money from now on!

Today I had multiple issues with this store and I’m really frustrated. I went to the store today to buy some groceries and a starbucks gift card, I went to the cashier and I couldn’t go to the self checkout because I have an injury in my left hand that was stopping me from moving my hand. However, the guy who should help with putting the stuff in the bags just disappeared and that’s problem one. I had to put the stuff in the bag with one hand because there is nobody to help. The second issue is; when the cashier scanned the gift card he never handed it to me, and I was busy putting the stuff in the bag and I have no idea were did he put it! I searched in my bags and in the car and I can’t find it. He should have handed the card to me. The third problem is when I called the store and was speaking to a woman that works there and I explained to her what happened, she was talking to me as if I’m scamming her. Like seriously girl, I’m not gonna scam you over 25$ gift card, I already purchased other stuff for 80$ and I’m not interested in scamming you for 25$! This was the first time I purchase a gift card and it seems that it was the worst idea ever is to buy it from a store like this. This is the last time I come to Kroger because I keep having incidents with people working In Kroger. Publix and Costco are way better :)

3 weeks in a row, they have had an item (different item each week) labeled with a sale price on the shelf, but when you get to the register, it rings up full price (and yes, I scanned my kroger plus card and even tried clicking the "pay" button to see if the discount would apply at the end). Then they inconvenience you while you have to wait for them to go "investigate" (think up an excuse). No way I can give them the benefit of the doubt that this is an honest mistake being that it keeps happening so frequently. I hope this store gets investigated for false advertising.

I had bad experience when I was checking out at this location this evening.The lady who was on duty caught my attention (and the others in the line) for not having paid for my purchase, but I’ve already done only the cashier did not finish the process. It was so embarrassing!She needs to be better trained to work with people.Customers may no longer come back because they have other options.

Last week, I placed a pick up order at this location as I always do, about 24 hours in advance. My boyfriend went to pick it up and when he got there they were confused and weird on the phone. He could hear two people talking back and forth, someone saying to just tell him they were short staffed and still working on it. When he checked the order status on the app though, it said it had already been picked up. What I think happened is someone accidentally gave our order to the wrong person, but when I called to speak with the manager he claimed it was a staffing issue. If that were the case, I fully understand. When the manager told me that, I asked why I didn’t just get a phone call letting me know the order wouldn’t be ready on time and he told me it was because an employee had called out that morning and they didn’t have anyone available to call. I felt like this was a pathetic excuse considering my pick up window was 5-6 pm and they had all day to call me since I placed it the night before. The manager had about a million excuses and was very argumentative and kept speaking over me. He eventually tried to resolve it by telling me he had no idea what happened to my order and offering a $20 gift card and they would redo it and have it ready the next morning. I may have taken him up on the offer if he had been more honest and hadn’t been so rude to me, but I really didn’t appreciate the way it was handled and so I’m going out of my way to go to Publix from now on.

Don’t go there, if you are doing pick up. I waited for an HOUR! And in front of me, as a joke I guess, was s sign ‘100% satisfaction guaranteed’. I don’t blame the overworked people there, but the management. They had two people, picking up the groceries, trying to manage the phone, and bringing out over 70 orders that day. This is insane. And I read about Kroger’s record profits. It looks like the management cares only about the bottom line, zero respect for customers and for poor people, who work there. Since there are so many people currently out of job, I’m sure they could easily hire more. But they got greedy and I’m sure it will reflect badly on them in the near future. I sure won’t go there anymore.

Not my favorite Kroger but it’s good. I don’t like that they stopped putting the healthier food in one area. It was a lot easier for me to shop when my kids didn’t see all of the other junk food on the way to what we eat! Plus it was easier to find and shop when I didn’t have to go around a whole store to find things that used to be in a line. Thankful that they have it though I guess.

Has a good selection of everything. It also has Starbucks, sushi, bakery, and a cheese bar. The employees are friendly and helpful. I love using their app and using their coupons. I especially love the free items I get on Fridays.Update: I've been going to this Kroger for more than a month. There were couple times when my order was ran wrongly, and I got charged a lot more for my items. Check your receipt every time!

ID to purchase a lighter? Really Kroger...My license was in my vehicle and there was a line behind me. All my groceries were already scanned oh and keep in mind I'm 42. The foreign lady working self check-out said as rude as possible "I'm not selling it to you without ID". I left all groceries for her to put back and took my business down the street to Publix. As long as she's working that self check out, I will not shop at that Kroger. Will be filing a complaint with corporate for her disregard and terrible attitude. Suggestion: Put her in the back somewhere away from customers!!!

This Kroger is terrible. It looks like all the good reviews came over 2 years ago. This Kroger is poorly laid out and hard to find things. I had an issue with trying to return something and the clerk was extremely condescending and rude, but not nearly as condescending and rude as the store manager that came out. I’ve worked retail and customer service for over 10 years. I’m a store manager where I work and I could never imagine being this condescending and rude to a customer. I have no idea how someone lacking such basic customer service skills could be in a store manager position. Leadership is key in making a business successful, seems this location is in need of a change.

It’s always a pleasure to see Sherri when I shop at this location. Even though she works in the self checkout area, she’s always assisting customers with bagging their groceries and helping with any issues at the scanner. Besides the convenience of the store location, Sherri is the only other reason I shop here!
