I took my doodle there at the recommendation of someone I met at a dog park. It was initially very hard to get an appointment, but I was finally able to secure one. At first, they wanted to unnecessarily shave down his curly doodle coat, though he wasn't matted, but they were able to brush him out with no problem. I was super pleased with the outcome and made a follow-up appointment the next day. They did an excellent job, and a week later he still looks freshly groomed. Thank you to the staff for being attentive, professional, and doing their best to turn our first visit to an amazing experience!

Amazing place! Our little baby is almost 17 - small toy poodle, very fragile and they did an awesome job!! Would highly recommend, especially for geriatric dogs.

They did a great job and our dogs had minimal stress. They always get stressed out, but it was much less compared to Petco so we will definitely be coming back. The facility is spacious, nice and clean, and the staff is friendly.

These are the sweetest people in Atlanta! I’ve been taking my two Havanese to be groomed for a very short period of time. Sadly my 13 year old passed away between appointment. They were so sweet and compassionate i was blown away. Then when I dropped off dog number 2 they had the most amazing card for me. I mean ua’ll… everyone signed it with very thoughtful and caring words, not just a signature. My vet I’ve been using for 20 years did not even do that. I love these people and my dog loves going too!

Best groom ever! I had been going to a groomer in N. Alpharetta that was doing a pretty good job, but BOY is this place in an entirely new class! Philly took my Aussie boy in, we had a good discussion about his potential to be snappy with the dryer and expectations with the cut.. And Philly beyond exceeded my expectations. She scissor trimmed up the fly aways, cleaned up the grinchy feets perfectly, squared out those ear fluffs and rounded out his rear cheeks! She noted that my boy was not happy with the dryer but seemed to find a work around to get him nice and dry without upsetting him. So happy to see someone clean my Aussie boy up perfectly without clippers on that second coat. He smells great, is now BRIGHT white, and SO SOFT. Thank y'all so much!

Criminal. Beware. Owner takes 0 responsibility for groomers. If I could give no starts I would. We dropped off our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel to be groomed as he had bad mats on his tummy and legs. We explained we knew he would need to be taken down in those areas, but that was it, leave the rest of him alone. When I went to pick him up he was completely bald. They had shaved his ENTIER body to his skin. Citing they had to due to his mats. Which again, they were only isolated to those areas. They said he would have looked stupid if they had left his fur there, like a sheep? I was furious, explained I should have been called if they had to make such a drastic change. The owner did not agree, she argued that what they did was fine. I asked for a refund, she would not oblige. I told her I would dispute with the card company. They continued to insist that the work was fine, and she couldn't refund me cause she had to pay the groomer. Also, stating the dog wasn't hurt, and the fur would grow back. Again, I was furious, and told the owner I would be leaving reviews so others would know that the groomers take liberty on what to do with our pets, and the owner will not take responsibly. She countered, that she would share the pics of my poor dogs fur. So let her, I took him there cause of his tummy mats. I didn't not pay for a buzz cut down bald. She would not refund me and to end the conversation she kicked me out of the store. I did share my feelings on their business and how they treat unhappy customers. I look forward to seeing what the owner responds with, as reviews are important to small businesses.

I won’t trust anyone else with my dogs. The groomers are there for the long haul, love animals, and are so nice it feels like a crime with what they charge. You need to let them groom your pets!

I love this boutique! This is the first groomer to take care of my double doodle. He is a handful but he loves going back to have his hair done. They take very good care of him and I am always so impressed with how he looks. They are always so nice, pleasant and do a fantastic job. Love Love Love them.

Went for my first time this week. We have an Aussie, so the shedding in the summer heat is astoundingly high. Got the fur treatment, and we can already tell a difference in the decreased shedding volume. Perfect for breeds that don’t need their coats cut.

So your response is a lie as you are aware of who I am and the service I was provided.If I could post what I witnessed today but out of sensitivity of the subject, I remind you that yes, we spoke just hours before you replied.Blessings. I actually waited days for an email reply but only hours for a google review reply. Interesting.

Too many dogs being groomed at the shop at one time. Makes for more nervous dogs. My appt was at 10. My dog was ready at 5:15. That's way too long with so many dogs barking and stressed. My poor baby was so stressed out. And 75.00 for grooming a 13 lb dog. I'm going to return to my old groomer even though it's an extra 30 min ride. It's worth it!

These folks do a great job of grooming and caring for our dogs. I wish they were closer to where we live now but we'll continue to take the boys there until we find an equally awesome alternative. I know how well the boys are treated because they never complain when I drop them off. If they weren't happy they'd put up a huge fuss.

Lack of professionalism by a groomer. The groomer has been continually late or not showing up at all as well as condescending. If she didn't want the business or wasn't feeling well enough she should have said so. Previous experiences were good with other groomers even with a few mats in the fur. Attitude has caused us to seek another groomer.

Used to frequent this spot when in a relationship and care for her dog was dumped on me. She was one lovable lil cocker spaniel, temperamental but ok. These folk painted her paws kept her clean, and did a good job.
