This is a very messy location. There needs to be new management and corporate needs to step in because this store is a total mess! Theres a couple isles blocked off with boxes, the shelves are a mess and products on the floor. There’s always boxes, shopping carts and baskets full of products, there’s been several occasions I had to carry my items because there weren’t any carts and when I asked an associate she told me to look outside! Very unprofessional!

IT IS ACTUALLY ZERO STARS!! AWDUL LOCATION not only are the employees rude, they're unprofessional in front of customers they use harsh language as if they were in front of their friends. They're extremely slow, and messy.+ They have a new policy now, they have stopped selling cigarettes at 9:00 p.m. with no signs up or anything posting this information. It's absolutely the most ridiculous and unprofessional thing that I've ever seen. The store is going downhill.

While the selection was a bit sparse, I know the employees can't control this. They still helped me find what I was looking for to the best of their ability and were patient and kind. Corporate needs to send someone to help them get the store set up properly and stocked well as this is a busy area that could make a lot of money if properly stocked and shelved. It's a convenient locations so I hope they get the help they need as the staff is kind.

The only reason this horrendous store gets a one star is because I have to give it one to leave this comment: THIS IS THE WORST, BOTTOM OF THE BARREL FAMILY DOLLAR STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! Everything about this store is just wrong... It's unbelievable. I feel they should close it down because it's a cesspool of trouble, but I have simply decided to never walk in there again. NEVER. There's a dark cloud over it....

I have shopped here for over 8 months sometimes 3 times a week. I’ve found that this is a great store in the community, but no one really wants to work. I’ve met new employees every month for eight months. I wished I was younger, I would get me a job here and make a difference, by keeping the grounds and trash can empty of trash, and making sure there are no boxes in the iles.

Messy store. Parking lot is always trashed, even first thing in the morning. They always close early and stop selling cigarettes before they close. The ladies that close DO NOT CARE. The customers time is irrelevant. I gave this place a few tries when I moved here because it's so close to my house but there is nothing else convenient other than the location.Editing to reiterate that if you come in 10 minutes before close and have cash and/or need cigarettes they will tell you they can't help you. They deny your business and you have to go somewhere else. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Last and final time, I was one of three they sent somewhere else. Go where your business is appreciated. It's not appreciated here.

Most of the staff is friendly and they have a decent selection of food and other items. Some items are even cheaper/comparable to Dollar Tree. I knocked a star off because I can never get cash back on my debit card nor will they give me any quarters in exchange for cash. Other than that, I like going here.

I'm paraplegic I live right down the street from Family Dollars it's been in a wheelchair they make it very common dating and allow a lot of space and always answer my question I love shopping there they are always respectful. I really do miss their manager Ms.Q why she has been away the young staff has shown maturity and professionalism On of the best experience in 51 years great job Family Dollar Austell Road

This place is horrible, they're scheduled to open @ 8am, out of sundays. They're NEVER opened on time, Delivery driver always just sitting and waiting. This place is cramped with over stocked product, never any shopping carts available because their all filled with product, no hand baskets, the employees all wear bluetooth or headphones because they stay on their cell phones talking, constant loud unprofessional music playing through out the store. Never any greetings entering the store or leaving the store. No customer interaction what so ever. Homeless people are always in front of the store begging customers for money. You have no clue who the manager is because they all look the same and perform their jobs the same which is, HORRIBLE!!!!! As their ringing up a customer's items they are having a full blown personal conversation on they're cell phones. Got have to look at the register screen just to get your total, because the phone call is more important than them telling you your total. The employees don't even help each other, lines down the ilse and with other employees there, but want come and help check people out. I have witnessed people just leaving they're items and walking out the store. When is corporate going to do something. Corporate needs top clean this place up with ALLLLLLL NEW STAFF!!!!!!!! Store #9106 , WHERE IS THE GM, WHERE IS CORPORATE!!!!!!

I hate both of these ghetto family dollars, I just don't even understand why they are there. They're never stocked if they are everything is on the floor, ghetto signs hung everywhere written in marker, and they can't give cash back or give out any change over 10 dollars. You are a store and if you cannot do things that stores do then close and let Dollar General do it, they might be a little more further but it's worth gas, time, and peace of mind.

The Family Dollar down the street never has what I need. I was told that maybe the shipment hasn't come in or the item has been recalled but this Family Dollar near Pat Mell road seems to always have what I'm looking fora this was at the same time I was told things were being recalled but Pat Mell road Family Dollar had ample supply LOL. Do not go to the Family Dollar off of Cochran road. If you need a Family Dollar item go to the one off Pat mell road. They are more polite there and have better customer service and they are cleaner. For it to be the type of store that it is they are doing the best they can and doing much better than the one off Cochran road.

I can never shop like I need to cause they always have at least two aisles with carts of product completely blocked. Bring one out at a time, clear it then take it to the back. Instead yall bring them all out and lolligag. This one cashier that acts like she' doesn't know how to speak. Dude with the mac daddy non perscription glasses thats always looking at women at creeper level. I could go on for days.
