We were so excited to get new LVT flooring when we went into the store we were kindly greeted and assisted in picking out the exact flooring for us. They came out and measured right away, and scheduled sooner than we really expected. The guys did an outstanding job at laying the floor super professionally. The office followed up to see if we were pleased with our purchase and installation which we most definitely were. This is the second time we used Enhance Flooring. The first time was just as wonderful for a full home remodel. I highly recommend Enhance Flooring for your new flooring needs. You won’t be disappointed.

I recently had our kitchen floor replaced by Enhance Floors & More with new Congoleum Airstep Evolution sheet vinyl. The old Armstong Solarian flooring was still in pretty good shape, but it didn't match the current decor and had 4 seams that collected dirt and drove my wife crazy. I found Enhance Floors & More through the 2023 Best Pick Reports guide. In the end they weren't the cheapest vendor but they were the easiest to work with.At the showroom Fran helped me narrow down my selections, and then I brought my wife in to make the final selection. Adam came out and measured and then sent me the quote based on our selection. He was easy to work with and let me know of some items that could crop up during the installation that might incur additional costs. He was also good about answering my questions and making changes to the estimate based on my requests.When it came to installation time, Saul and his helper did a great job and they were regular magicians. I was curious to see how they were going to install a 12' wide roll of sheet vinyl in a 9' wide kitchen without any seams and bend it around all the appliances and cabinets. But they managed to do it using tricks of the trade I wouldn't have known and their heat gun. It ended up taking a little longer to complete than expected because there were multiple layers of flooring, and after the top layer was removed they discovered some dips in the floor they had to rectify by installing leveler and a 1/4" luann layer. But they came back early the next day on a Saturday to install the flooring and base board moulding and trim any doors so they didn't stick.Everything considered, they did a great job. My wife loves the new floor without any seams, and I think it matches the current decor much better. The only reason I didn't give them five stars was because of the price. I had to pay installation charges on all the waste (i.e. extra 3' of 12' roll since the kitchen was only 9' wide and 27' long). I could understand paying for the sheet vinyl itself, but it kind of bothered my that I also had to pay installation charges on flooring that wasn't going to be installed. Supposedly this is an industry standard, but I don't have to like it.I've included before and after pictures for anybody that is interested in seeing their work.

Very pleased with the service we received from Enhance Floors! My husband and I had just bought a new home and needed to replace the carpet. We were very overwhelmed in general by all the different carpet options, brands, etc. and Enhance made it extremely easy to pick something we felt good about having in our home. We also wanted to get the carpet installed prior to moving in, and Enhance was great at working with us to get it scheduled quickly. The entire process was made very easy and I appreciate all the support from Enhance - would definitely recommend them for anyone in need of flooring!

We had Enhance Floors install flooring in our entire home. From the minute we walked in the door we knew we were in the right place. The Team was very helpful through the entire process. We did amazing vinyl downstairs because we have a dog that destroyed our hardwoods. We did carpet upstairs. The quality is amazing. I will always send family and friends to Enhance for their flooring needs. Don't go anywhere else!!!!

We loved working with Enhance Floors! Adam and Fran were so helpful and patient as we worked through the insurance claim! It’s never easy when you have a leak in December and a wedding in March! The flooring went in beautifully and we are thrilled with it! We had to replace the entire lower level because the Engineered wood we had was no longer being made. After seeing what happens to Engineered Wood, I didn’t want it again! We decided on Mohawk LVP and are so happy we did. After 8 long months, the drywall is up, Crown moulding is going up today (July 31!) and painting walls and moulding will begin tomorrow! Enhance Floors replaced the wall-to-wall carpeting on the second floor of our home (3 bedrooms and a long hallway). This project was so big and intimidating that I put it off for years. The good folks at Enhance Floor made the whole thing easy. We got lots of help when we visited their showroom and were happy to learn that we could afford wool carpeting. We chose a beautiful berber. The installation took two days and the installers were fantastic - they moved furniture, repaired squeaky boards, and did beautiful seaming. I wish I had taken before and after photos because the new carpeting completely transformed the space. I highly recommend working with Enhance Floors.

We recently had new carpet and padding installed in our home. I had used Enhance 17 years ago when we originally replaced our carpet and it had been a great experience then.I still did my due diligence and shopped around this summer. Enhance has not only competitive pricing but a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Their quote was reasonable and in line or below other quotes I received.Installation went great. We had carpet replaced in 6 rooms, a hallway and stairs. The install crew were polite, courteous and did a great job of installing and cleaning up.I highly recommend you check out Enhance for any flooring needs you have.

Enhanced Floors had laid some carpet on our screened in porch several years ago. We had looked around for awhile before deciding on them. The carpet was installed very well and has held up perfectly. When we finally decided to carpet the house, we went back to Enhance Floors. We were very pleased with the carpet selection, installation and price. We have been talking about replacing our old carpets on the second floor, but kept putting it off because we knew it would be a lot of work to pack up everything from the bedrooms. Also, lately we have not had good luck finding responsible contractors to do work on our old house. We saw Enhance Floors and More advertised in the Best Pick Report book that we receive regularly. After reading all the glowing reviews, we decided to give them a try. First, we went in person to the showroom and talked to Fran about our options. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and helped us with the selection.After we selected the carpet for our second floor, the owner himself (Don), came to our house to take the measurements. He was so professional and was able to answer all our questions. On installation day, the crew arrived on time and worked all day to complete the work. They moved all the heavy furniture and put it back where they found it without any damage. We inspected all the rooms and the carpets looked great.We're so glad we found this company, and have already recommended them to our neighbors, who will be replacing carpet in the near future.Thanks for a great job!

My husband and I hired Enhance Floors & More to redo our entire first floor. They did an outstanding job removing all old carpeting and engineered hardwood, and installed beautiful high quality engineered hardwood throughout and tile in our mudroom entrance. They removed carpeting from our front staircase and installed beautiful oak treads, newels, railing and wrought iron balusters. We also hired them to paint the staircase, which I highly recommend; the finished product is gorgeous. They are very knowledgeable, skilled and professional and kept us informed throughout the process. We plan to hire them again next year to do our second floor and another staircase.

Took only three days for the two Brazilian workers to rip out our old flooring and install luxury vinyl floors on our entire downstairs living space, in our older home. They did an awesome job patching up the areas of worn subfloors and leveling the uneven dips and valleys due to decades of settling. Not only do the new floors look great, they no longer squeak like they did before.

My dad and I worked with Enhance on a basement floor. When I went into the office initially to look at flooring, I really appreciated Fran’s help—not pushy yet informative. As we moved forward with the purchase, Enhance communicated clearly with us via email and text. When the subfloor work estimate for our laminate turned out to be much more than what we expected and we started thinking maybe carpet would be better so we could avoid the subfloor work, Enhance worked with us on the cost so we were able to end up with the laminate of our choice. They responded considerately to my and my dad’s questions/requests as the work was in the process of being completed, and I appreciated their timely manner to finish the job and provide exceptional service along the way. Overall, we were pleased. Such a big purchase with so many options is overwhelming, but I felt we received a high quality product overall and excellent customer service.

This is a tough review to write, the process was smooth, they showed up on time, the did good work, but the floors they installed were damaged. Apparently a manufacturing defect.However after this was brought to their attention the owners took care of the situation and repaired the damage sections of the floor and everything has been satisfactory.Thank you very much. I have used Enhance Floors for all of the flooring projects in my house from refinishing wood floors buried underneath carpet, installing new wood floors in my kitchen, installing carpet on my stairs and a runner in the hallway, and finally installing LVP in my half bath, laundry room and den. We just had our entire home's hardwood floors sanded, stained and 3 coats of poly. We used Enhance Floors and More 10 years ago (with Mike doing the job) and all was good, but we recently changed our kitchen and had new flooring installed where a cabinet peninsula used to be. We felt best to sand everything and start over for an even look. Otherwise, we really were happy with our floors.We had the same guy do our work again (Mike). Mike did an excellent job. Showed up on time, did what he said he was going to do and communicated well with us. Mike does very high quality work. He seems to be very concerned about customer satisfaction.Enhance Floors and More is higher priced in our opinion, but worth the quality we'll enjoy for years to come!We both highly recommend Enhance Floors and More.

Enhance Flooring and More is one of the best companies we have ever worked with. We had the hardwood on the entire first floor replaced. They deliver a quality product along with a quality service.
