I wanted to take a moment to compliment and thank Conor, Brian and their Boss, Brian, for assisting me as I had my David vacuum serviced and the purchase of new products. They were so courteous and professional as they helped me become acquainted with the products. If I didn't live 15 miles away; in Atlanta it took me 40 minutes to get there, I would go see them more often to learn about new products.Thanks again for making my experience great! I came in looking to get my old Dyson fix/services. However, Conner and Bryan were very well informed on the self service tips. Honestly speaking I was to lazy for the self service, that I went with a bag vacuum over canister it just make my life easier. Greats job to the both of you on customer service

Mr.Bryan went the extra mile to not only deliver me my vaccum, but to teach me how to use it. I truly love the service David vacuum provides. I was telling my neighbor about the great services and he was interested in getting a new vacuum as well. Thank you !!!

I lost a screw to my vacuum bottom plate and I went to David's Vacuums. I met Rebecca and she was so helpful to find a replacement screw for my vacuum. She won't even take a penny for it. My experience with David's Vacuum was outstanding

Very Much Appreciated how Staff at David's Vacuum supported my Hoover Vacuum Warranty Repair. They quickly recognized that the vacuum could not be repaired to good working condition and petitioned Hoover for a replacement. Thanks to David's Vacuum in Marietta, I now have a brand new Vacuum Cleaner, replaced by Hoover. All Thanks to the David's Staff. Very Thankful

Horrible customer service and poor customer management. Rude personnel and extremely unprofessional. They aren’t interested in fixing your vacuum cleaner, rather more interested in selling you one of theirs. Their tactic? Telling you how big a mistake you made buying your brand. This has been the M.O. since they were Oreck. If you go there, and I recommend you don’t, and they do this to you, walk out and say you’ll never darken their door again. Spoiler Alert. They could care less. Can’t believe they’re still in business. Find a more reputable repair shop than this place. BTW, I gave it ine star because that’s the only way I could post this review. Wish negative stars was an option.

There is a woman that works here that was sooooo annoying and pushy we left and went way out of our way to purchase a David's vacuum in Alpharetta. Even the other store knew of her and said they hoped she didn't find out we spoke to her because she would cause problems. How crazy is that? She worked he magi6to get rid of us and her franchs6friends are scared of her. This store has horrible ratings and that seems to be fine with the franchise owner...gross.

Horrible! If I could give negative stars I would. My fiancee brought my Dyson in today to see about having the new "Dyson" parts put in to which I have the box that says Dyson original part! The woman was extremely rude to him, sucked her teeth at him, and said he bought fake parts. NO THESE ARE NOT FAKE PARTS. She said they want $100 just to "look" at it! She turned her nose up at him. WHO DOES SHE THINK SHE IS!?! The technician is only there 1 day a week!?! They don't follow the hours posted on Google, the door has a sign on it that says for hours see website, there are NO hours listed on website and no one EVER answers the phone. This is a really unacceptable way to run a business and I would like a call from the owner!!! Unless you just don't want customers. I will wait until the end of the week 11/25/22 for a response otherwise I will go somewhere else!!! NO ONE will be rude to my fiancée!!! After I tried calling the store to address this issue and no one answered, this woman calls me back from there and I can only assume it was the same one who was rude to my fiancée. Horrible attitude, I asked to speak to the owner and was told we don't have an owner (What? No one owns the company you work for? Who pays you and the taxes then?) then I asked for a district or some sort of manager and was told I'll give him your number. I said no I'll call him give me the number please, to which she responded "that ain't how we do things he will call you", how much you want to guess this rude B will not give him my number!!! I work in a professional business and would never dream of treating a client or prospective client this way. Completely unacceptable!!

I got there at 6:30pm hoping to get lucky since they close at 6:00pm, I did and she did not rush me but let me come in and kindly helped me get everything I needed. Best place to shop for your vaccum’s and supplies plus leave with a great energy.

Dee who works in the Marietta, GA store has been just fabulous! She was very helpful and has gone out of her way to get a vacuum being repaired at the Kennesaw store to the Marietta store for me! Customer service at its finest!

The guy at the Oreck Marietta store was great! He went through all of my service options with me and was very helpful. He gave me options for purchasing a more updated version of my vacuum just so I would know what else is out there. He was also very knowledgeable about all of the products.

Probably one of the worst experiences I have had with a retailer. The male who was working was arrogant, rude, and not helpful and also appeared to try to instill fear that my machine would not work and tried to get me to trade in my high in Oreck which had only a less than $25 part needed and otherwise worked fine. He clearly stated that I would be back since I would not be able to fix it. It took me less than 30 minutes to fix it and it works fine.I would highly advise that no one use this particular location. I have used other Dave’s Vacuums location (which were not open on that day) and they have been head and shoulders above this facility. It is worth the time and effort to go to a different location.

Bought our Riccar R25P vacuum from Michael, the sales rep. He did a good job selling and explaining the machine to us. A couple weeks later had to take the machine to the store for additional training. He was friendly, helpful and professional. Good experience.

My Oreck vacuum broke and needed it fixed on short notice. I scoped out some reviews and took it to David’s. I was immediately greeted by the very friendly Scott, and before I even realized what was happening, less than ten minutes after my arrival I was handed back a perfectly functioning vacuum. I couldn’t believe it was already fixed. Shockingly good service!!

Called ahead and reserved the orbiter at Merchants Walk after waiting for 4 days at my Kennesaw store for one to be available. Marietta associate was friendly and helpful. When I returned the machine the next day, a different associate pretty much had no clue how to receive it, where my temporary charge slip was, or that there was a charge slip in existence. I had to explain to him how the transaction was made the previous day. He made a call to someone and she guided him through the process. I saw where he got the charge slip for me, and wasn’t comfortable with them keeping my credit card info and signature in an unsecure location either. All in all everything worked out, but I think associates should know how to perform their job and have supervision at all times while in training.... and should never be alone to assist customers when they don’t fully grasp the process. And personal customer info should always be kept locked up. A bit of bad management there. Machine worked fine, but you now have to buy your circular carpet brush. It no longer comes with the machine.

This is in line with the other reviews for people looking for service & not sales. I took my vacuum here at the request of Hoover - they use this location as their service center. Right after I walked in & tried to explain what was happening he immediately said "you can stop talking, I already know what's wrong". As he struggled to find the serial number, he said, "You know, you just need to buy a better vacuum. This isn't meant to do much except deal with small piles of dust." I proceeded to tell him that I only use it sparingly, about 2x month, and the rest of the time my cleaning service, who has an Oreck, cleans my home to ensure a deep clean. He responded with, "You actually use this to vacuum your house?" At this point I couldn't believe how much he was bashing Hoover's product - he's a service representative for them. I finished the conversation by telling him that I understand it's not an expensive unit, but for the money, how long it lasts, and the warranty that I'd just like to fix it. He stormed off with my vacuum and I've not heard back since. It's only been 1 week, but I'm not sure I even want it back at this point. I've let Hoover know they might want to rethink their warranty experience as well. He clearly is using this relationship to try and get someone out of the Hoover product and into the Oreck one. Other reviews seem to agree he's really nice if you want to buy something new. Otherwise, beware.

I have been in here several times for misc. supplies and they have always been helpful. This time I had a clogged Miele upright. They did a thorough check to see if it could be resolved without taking it in for service. It was obvious (even to me) that it wasn't that simple. Though it took longer than expected, they fully communicated with me. When I went to pick it up, there was no charge as they don't charge for "blockages". I paid for the filter that did need replacing (truly) but otherwise there was no charge even though they had obviously put time into servicing the unit. That is customer service and I will now buy bags from this store rather than online.
