I am incredibly grateful to the Cat Care Hospital for their outstanding care of my cat, Menace, and I would like to give a special shout out to Dr. Rowell for her extraordinary dedication in providing exceptional care for my late cat, King. Dr. Rowell's unwavering commitment to King's well-being was nothing short of remarkable, and her compassion and expertise touched my heart in ways I cannot adequately express. When other veterinarians suggested that King should be put down due to his deteriorating health, Dr. Rowell refused to give up on him. Instead, she went above and beyond, taking him into her own home and treating him for over a month. Her relentless determination and tireless efforts brought King back to health, giving him several more years to be loved and cherished.Dr. Rowell's exceptional veterinary skills are matched only by her boundless compassion and empathy. During this challenging time, she not only provided King with exceptional medical care but also offered me a shoulder to lean on. She created a safe and comforting space, taking me into a private room where I could freely express my grief. Her kindness and understanding brought solace during those difficult moments, and her support will forever be etched in my heart. The Cat Care Hospital as a whole is an exceptional facility that provides comprehensive and compassionate care for feline companions. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, ensuring that every visit is a positive experience. The hospital's commitment to excellence, combined with their state-of-the-art facilities, creates an environment where pets and their owners feel valued and well taken care of.In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend the Cat Care Hospital, with special recognition for the incredible care provided by Dr. Rowell. Her determination, expertise, and compassion are truly remarkable. She not only gave King several more years to be loved but also provided me with invaluable support during a difficult time. The Cat Care Hospital and Dr. Rowell are shining examples of the highest standards of veterinary care, and I am forever grateful for their exceptional service.

We have been going to Cat Care Hospital for over 20 years. Dr. Rowell and the staff are friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. I love that our kitties don’t have to worry about dog encounters during what is already a stressful time.

Shakespeare’s 3+ days boarding went well. He had only ever been boarded 1 other time in 12 years. He was not happy coming home it took him 5 days to get reacclimatized to home. Thanx to the vet and techs who took care of him. :-)

The staff and physician were extremely caring when I brought in a feral female cat to be spayed. They were also kind enough to keep her several days while we had work done on our deck which is where she hides. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of this kitty. I will be back. P. I have an 11 year-old Persian. When she was spayed they were so sweet to her. Always cuddling and playing. The staff is wonderful and the groomer is top shelf.

I brought one of my cats here for the Lions Cut and they did a great job! She needed a good shave and they worked with my schedule and took great care of her! She also had an ingrown nail that could have resulted in an infection and treated that as well. My other babies were admiring her new look when she got home :)

Competent, caring, professional, friendly cats-only veterinary services. I am extremely pleased with the service I recently received at Cat Care Hospital and will use them for all my future cat veterinary needs. They even sent my baby Michi a get-well card after his recent neutering surgery!

Dr. Rowell and her caring staff were great. And it was nice to have Troy, the beautiful, black clinic cat, snuggle up on the couch with me while they treated on my baby.

I love this hospital they're close to my parent's house and when I left the country for Thanksgiving they kept my two babies. While my cats were thrilled to be back home they were obviously well taken care of while I was away. We have been back twice and I would happily keep coming back as long as they will have us.

Cat Care Hospital is a community asset. In addition to my own cats, I have brought several community cats in for TNR - all have been well taken care of. Thank you CCH!

Did a wonderful job with our Ragdoll, Margaret. She had some matted fur and was getting uncomfortable. They were able to groom her and express her glands in addition to getting her updated on her shots. Will definitely visit again!

The website says $50 for spaying cats. It was actually $225. Very misleading. I wish this was the biggest problem I had, but of course it gets worse. They did not send me home with ANYTHING after she was spayed. No medicine. No cone. Nothing to bandage her with. My cat’s stitches ripped opened 5 days after, and the entire cut on her belly came open. It looks like a huge gash and looks very infected. I’m currently at a vet er spending hundred of dollars to get her stitched and hopefully she has no infections. I’m mostly mad that I was not given anything to help prevent this from happening. They did not seem like they cared. They called two days after her spaying but they sounded like it was for routine. They never sounded like they actually cared if my cat was okay. I get very nervous taking my cats to vets. This is not a very I would ever feel comfortable taking her or my other cat back to. It’s my fault though for taking her to a vet that I thought was lost cost.

I've been a regular at Cat Care Hospital for over 10 years. They are always friendly and professional, and they take very good care of my cats, Leonidas and Guy. Highly recommended for all cat lovers.

I love that they only care for cats so my kitties get expert care. The office interior is quite remarkable. Antique furniture and tiny exotic birds. Comfy furniture in each room feels like home. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the vets are super. Highly recommend.

I have never been more disappointed in the treatment received at any facility. I used Cat Care Hospital for years and trusted them, referred all my friends and clients at the rescue that I work with to them.I don't know if the business changed hands or what but from the start of this year until my last visit, every trip was a decline. It seems like a constant rotation of techs and vets, I don't think they even have a full-time vet.My issues started when I found a lump on my sweet kitty's face and had them check it out; they lanced it and said it would be fine. The next day it was larger than before. We had a teeth cleaning scheduled so I had them re-examine while she was put under. They found that it was worse than their original diagnosis, it ended up being cancer. Thank god she needed her teeth cleaned or they would not have caught it.She recovered well and I commend them for the way they treated her during her recovery. That was handled very well. However, during that time I mentioned to the vet on duty (who I never saw again) that she had a cough that sounded different from her normal allergies. He said to give her some pill that I could NEVER find and that it was just allergies- didn't even examine her. But we trusted them.So about two months pass and her cough keeps getting worse & worse. We take her back to have that checked out and they found that she had a hairball stuck in her belly that required an IV and several days stay at the facility. Had this been addressed when the cough started, we might have saved a lot of money and stress on our cat.During that time they treated her for what I was told was a severe ear infection (I work with cats and I check her ears often, I had seen zero signs of an infection). They used a medication called Otibiotic Ointment in her ears and sent us home with more to treat her. The package was clearly labeled for use in DOGS ONLY. But again, I stupidly trusted them. I noticed that she was not responding to my voice less than 2 days after bringing her home. I tested her ears and she couldn't hear ANYTHING. I rushed her back to them and they confirmed she was deaf. The vet I spoke to at the time said that she has only seen this happen once, in a dog.So not only did they cause my cat to go deaf by administering a medication that is NOT for cats, but this is a known harmful medication. I did a lot of research and it has caused many animals to go deaf. Its been another 2 months and she is still 100% deaf. It has severely impacted her quality of life. She is scared easily now and stopped playing completely. On top of all that, they refused to apologize or acknowledge their mistake. It seems all they want these days is more money and they have lost their compassion. In the past, my large bills (we're talking over 1k a visit, multiple times) have INCLUDED the follow-up. So I assumed her follow-up x-ray would be included as they told us it was something she would need to come back for. When we asked the receptionist if we owed anything (I wanted to be sure) I was met with snark and sarcasm. I want to say her name is Sheila but I cannot be sure; she is ALWAYS working the front. She has been rude on every single visit and I cannot understand her snarky attitude toward the customers. She was very rude about the payment, despite the fact that we paid immediately for the x-ray. We told her we would never be coming back. She is absolutely part of that reason.I have been advised by several other vets that this constitutes malpractice. I strongly feel other cat owners need to be aware of their carelessness and in particular, this medication (Photo attached). In summary, this place used to be great but now I wouldn't trust them with so much as a potato.

We took our cat in to get vaccinated and her nails clipped. When the nurse returned we were told they treated her for worms. No one came in to discuss any issues or concerns prior to treatment. Our cat is an indoor cat and we don't have bugs. I wanted to like this place because they specialize in cats. I don't like feeling as though I am being taken advantage of. Not to mention your cat isn't examined in front of you. I see alot of people love this place. I thought this would be us. The staff is friendly. For me the trust factor is gone. Just because it didn't work for us doesn't mean you will have the same experience. Make sure you ask questions.

We’ve had our cat for 14 years and I’ve never been to such an amazing cat place! The professionalism is next to none and when you walk in you immediately feel at home! Though it is very clean, the aesthetic is anything but sterile and antiseptic! It’s like visiting an old friend. I highly recommend!!

My wife and I recently switched over to this hospital for our cats. We help with a lot of feral rescues and this puts us in the vets office a LOT. This place has been accommodating of the fact that we have so many to help and they also have to be one of the most cat friendly places I have ever seen. They are a tad pricey, but fair. You get what you pay for here and the value is worth it.

I called the office to try to bring my cat from 60 miles away since they were a cats only facility. I was afraid my cat was dying. The "lady" who took my call said they could see him tomorrow. I told her I feared my cat was in very bad sheep and she replied "OK, well we can see him tomorrow." I have read a lot of these reviews and they seem to point to the "lady" who runs the front desk. Pitiful. How dare they speak to animal lovers (and their bread and butter) like that. Shameful.

Everyone here was very nice and they were willing and able to see Simba even though we just walked in with no appointment. It was an emergency as I thought his leg was broken and I could tell he had a fever. He was in rough shape in general and had had minimal care because he belonged to someone else who moved into my house with him and then moved out without him. I was a bit embarrassed to bring someone who hadn't had vaccines, unaltered, looking homeless; but I did not feel judged by anyone at this facility.A week later and he's using the leg and his all over wounds from the fight are healing beautifully. Neuter healed with no issues. He looks (and appears to feel) like a new cat.Edited to add a photo of Simba just over a month later. Healthy and quite content!
