Our puppy loves coming here. the staff is very nice and our dog seems very happy with them. unlike other places, our dog hasn't been injured or ever come back sick from BW. they're very busy, so I know other people have positive experiences there too.just a couple points on room for improvement - I wish they had an outdoor space that was better. and overall I'd love to see it cleaned up and all the stuff really painted and cleaned well. That said - dogs don't notice chipping paint so my pup doesn't care! :)

I'm never using another dog groomer. Wow. Been using the same groomer for my 14 year old Shih Tzu, but not any longer. My husband picked him up and I was just gobsmacked at how wonderful he looked! If my Mini Schnauzers weren't such evil beings, I'd be there with them, right now!

I took "Big Man" to Bow Wags for the first time. We got the whole schmear 🐶 🛁✂️💈 I was hopeful for the outcome but admittedly had neglected his grooming. They did a fantastic job. Detail oriented and fair priced with friendly customers and COVID compliant 😷😷

This is Marietta's best kept secret. This facility cannot be put in to words. You really must go by and meet Tina and her staff to get the "warm and fuzzy" experience that can't be seen in pictures or felt in words. We take our 2 fur babies to Bow Wags and have for a while now. We love the rooms, or should I say "suites" that our babies stay in. They are so cute and roomy. Our dogs are not much for playing, which they offer, however, ours prefer the quiet time during the day so they leash walk them for us. One of our dogs also requires insulin twice a day, which they also administer. They offer all of these services for no extra charge. They really are wonderful about personalizing our dogs stay to make them comfortable. We've used several surrounding facilities and it wasn't until our neighbor told us about Bow Wags that we decided to try it. We're sure glad we did. We will never go anywhere else. They also do a fantastic job grooming them as well. Thanks to the entire Bow Wags staff for all that you do.

Bow Wags is an exceptional place for pups and parents alike. The owner David hold this place to the highest standard possible to make the business enjoyable for parents, pups, AND employees alike. They take guidelines from the CDC very important and provided their employees with masks and multiple hand sanitizer and hand washing stations and sanitize their reception area to make it safe for guests. The outside and inside play areas for daycare dogs are extremely safe and well kept and there’s always a worker making sure your dog is safe and happy during playtime. The same goes for boarding and grooming. Dogs are never kept in crates for daycare or boarding unless specific instructions asked by the parents and dogs have free reign all day in the safe play areas for dogs. Incredible service and highly recommended to everyone and anyone.

We took our Corgi here for the first time on Saturday and are SO happy with his cut!They knew exactly how to groom him and did so perfectly, even though he hates his paws and rear end being touched.He came out looking and smelling fantastic and we couldn't be more thrilled!Highly recommend and will be back soon!

Had no issues with the place at first. Had to complain twice about the same issue (leaving all the yucky brown all around my dogs eyes. First call I spoke with the owner, she apologized and offered to fix it and gave me a discount on the next visit. Next visit same thing happened. This time I spoke with the groomer. I thought we had a decent conversation. I asked what the issue was. Was my dog not staying still for her? Why were they unable to clean and clip around her eyes and get all the gunk out around her eyes? While speaking to the groomer we realized there was something written on the card that said not to touch the dogs eyes (obviously mistakenly written). Next visit went perfect now that we got that off the notes. Go to schedule my next groom and the owner had the nerve to call me to let me know that I have "stuff" written all over my card and that I have complained and complained and that my last visit the groomer was in tears. I had to inform her that my last visit went perfect so not sure why she would be in tears. Then she comes back and says not last visit but the visit before. Well that's odd because I thought we had a pleasant conversation and figured out what the issue was. Mind you I have complained twice about the same issue. I am paying $50 to have my dog groomed and on top of it a $10 tip and my dogs eyes looked as if she never had her head bathed. I did not know you weren't allowed to say anything to them. It's not like I complained about different things with each visit. We had one issue that happened twice and it got resolved. But the owner felt she needed to call me to tell me that I complain to much. Wow!!! Great customer service. I will be honest, everyone there has never been anything but nice to me and I feel I have acted in the same manner. Clearly I was happy with the place because I kept coming back! The owner just killed it for me. I couldn't believe the things she said to me. Would never bring my business there again. The owner needs to learn how to speak to customers.

I am so thankful I found this place! My pooch loves daycare there- she’s made many friends and Dave and his team treat her like family. She drags me in there each time I bring her and she hates to leave. She loves boarding there too, as they take the dogs out for hours of playtime. I highly recommend Bow Wags. They are amazing!!!

We used to live in Marietta and our golden retriever, Mason, started Bow Wags when he was only a few months old. He went there for over a year until we moved away. We miss Bow Wags so much.....it was the perfect place for us to drop him off while we were at work so he wasn't at home alone. Jen, the groomer, was excellent as well! The grounds are so nice and they always keep it clean. It's amazing that they had so many dogs there, but yet it never smelt like it! Wonderful environment! Would recommend to anyone!

My dog has been a boarder at Bow Wags about 5 times, ranging from a few days to 2 full weeks. Tina and her staff have taken great care of my dog. The facility is amazingly clean and everyone who works there is friendly and obviously loves animals. I've also had my dog groomed there and he looks great.

A great facility to bring your dogs to play, get groomed or even stay for the night. With a no cage atmosphere your little ones can feel safe and secure in their own rooms if staying the night. Safe and supervised play rooms for their visit for the day with access to the yard for taking care of business. This facility is the top of the line for your needs and is always willing to meet new campers. Give them a call with any concerns, the staff is more than willing to answer any questions you might have. Don't forget the grooming as well. Baths or a complete groom, they have experienced groomers to meet your needs. I love this place and will always take my dog back again and again.

Bow wags is the perfect place for your furry pets. Uncle Dave, Cassandra, Danielle, and the entire staff are personable, competent and exceedingly professional. They take great care of our babies, Levi and Ms Nellie Belle, and treat them like family. I highly recommend Bow Wags to all pet lovers. Left my 2 dogs there for grooming. While I waited in the lobby to pick them up I noticed how filthy it was. If the public area is that filthy its anyone's guess the cleanliness of the grooming, kennels and other back areas. If I had noticed how filthy the place was earlier. I wouldn't have left my dogs there. One of my dogs also came home wirh a shave burn between his legs in a very sensitive spot. Groomer never told me when I picked him up. My first experience with Bow Wags and my last.

Saw good reviews and wanted to try it out. It's my puppy 3rd grooming experience. I've been trying out 2 others before Bow Wags. They didn't seem to get it right either.They are very nice. But when I picked my baby up after 4 hours. They totally messed her hair up. It was gapped up badly. Uneven spots, face, ears were uneven & lots of uneven areas. Was not very happy when I got home & looked at it more. I could have done a better job with my clippers myself. Was not the best $50 I spent! Wasted my money! Will not be back! Very disappointed!

When we first moved to Marietta with a relatively new puppy we were so worried about finding a safe place to leave him when we went on trips. Luckily there's a Marietta Facebook group in which I was able to ask people about their favorite boarding facilities. I was looking for a place that wouldn't put our dog in a tiny cage all day, or make us pay extra just for the facility to take him out and use the restroom....(yes there are local facilities who actually do that!). So many of the people on the Facebook page suggested I check out Bow wags and boy am I glad I did!!Tina and the staff make my dog feel comfortable, loved, safe, and a part of the family! They treat my dog as if he was their own and that is so special and important to me. Now when I pull out my dog's Bow Wags bag....he goes crazy with excitement knowing he is going to stay at his favorite place! I will never take my dog anywhere else to board, get groomed, or for daycare. No other doggy facility in the state of Georgia can match up!

This place is amazing! My maltipoo is a very anxious dog and can be difficult to handle at the groomers but they did such an amazing job with him and treated him with so much love and care! I will definitely be coming back!
