I am not into ruining businesses yet wanted to approach this as helpful advice.The lady working here greeted us as if we were there to rub the place. Very cold and an unwelcome approach by her. She stared at us the whole time we were there making us feel extremely uncomfortable.My wife and I could not wait to leave and within the hour we ordered a great bird feeder off Amazon. Just lighten up is my advice. You appeared disparate for a sale.Wish I could write a more positive response which I do when warranted. Not the case here!

Great service and supplies! Very nice team here. Had the supply of Cole's bird food required! Squirrels avoid Cajun Cardinal bird seed....birds are happy!

I just saw a review that is so inaccurate that they must be referring to another company.Bird Watcher Supply has everything someone needs if they love birds...and more!I buy all of my bird seed, suet and if I need a gift, they have something for many people, not just bird lovers... The best pair of binoculars I own came from this truly wonderful store.When we go there, we are welcomed like family. Debbie, Sue, Tim and Judy are quite helpful and it is highly unlikely they were not helpful or unkind to anyone.I can recommend shopping here and being pleasantly surprised at the nice experience.
