I love this place. I adopted from their foundation, and still continue to bring my little buddy here even though it is a 30 minute drive for me (without traffic).Great people who truly care about animals and take fantastic care of my dog. They are also super reasonably priced and do not try to sell you a bunch of extra stuff that may or may not be needed.

Very professional staff! Clean and sterile environment. Has upgraded substantially from when the late Dr. Good owned it as Town and Country, but still with a wonderful staff that you will recognize!I have been going there 20 years and now the late Dr. Good’s son is an AMAZING and caring doctor. You will not regret coming to this renovated location! They will take you for a tour so you can see for yourself.My senior dog is having eye surgery and the outside ophthalmologist highly recommended Dr. Good to do the surgery.

We adopted Hobo (formerly “Gizzy”) from Homeless Pets 10 years ago and have been bringing him to Beyond Pets (formerly Town & Country) ever since then. We feel like Hobo is known and loved there, in spite of his “challenging” personality… He receives thoughtful care and understanding. It always feels like the staff are rooting for him to be his best!In the picture attached, you can see that, even though he would rather not be there, he felt comfortable enough to assume the sploot! :)I also would like to say that the aesthetic improvements to the facility are very refreshing. I can't even explain words how great this animal hospital is. From the doctor to the receptionist to customer care to the excellent groomer they're outstanding. I found myself in a not so good situation with my dog where I had three major surgeries in one year and try to groom her myself and that didn't work but upon coming to Marietta this is the first place that I called and I got an appointment right away and they were excellent. I've never seen my dog so calm as she was with the veterinary assistant and the veterinarian. It was amazing to see. The location is easy to find the prices are great and I will continue care here for my Roxy.

The best clinic I have ever been , the staff are friendly and know how to their job, they will sit down with you and discuss the details what they did to your pet , they treated my cat pretty well and her surgery went so smoothly , when it comes about taking care of my cat I choose this place , your pet will be in good hands with best doctors and staff , you guys are awesome

Beyond Pets Animal hospital has the most professional and caring team from Dr.Phil, Dr.Pierce,Tara,we are so lucky.Mocha Bean our 15 year old siamese had difficult dental surgery and we found out before the surgery that an ecogram showed mild heart damage. Dr.Good spoke with the cardiologist and decided on a a careful anesthesia plan. She needed the surgery since the infected teeth also made her eye bleed. The surgery was yesterday and I can't express how thankful we are for the care that she was given, before, during and now. We have been in contact with the office to monitor her and they keep saying that they are here for us if we have any concerns. We have been using there veterinary services for 16 years and we trust them with our babies. It will be a long road till the infection subsides,but they will have our trust.Our 3 kitties are our only babies and we trust and believe in Dr.Phil and his amazing Tara. I would also give my sincere thanks to Elio,Greg and Jimmy for their hard work. !

Wow, I’d give them 10 stars if I could.Dr. Phill Good (lol, BEST name ever) is extremely knowledgeable, he takes his time with your pet to answer questions, complete a thorough exam and provide feedback.This is my first dog, so finding a vet that was good yet affordable was of priority, been bringing my dog here since I’ve had him, 5 years now and although the name has changed the quality of service has not! ✨

The staff and the Vets are just awesome. Dr. Pearse takes the time to examine my furbabies and takes the time to explain the results and any action plans for the future for the best care of my pets. Highly recommend this place for any pet needs you may have.

My experience with Beyond Pets Animal Hospital was very poor. I was not properly informed of the risks of my pet's mass removal surgery and she lost ability to move her lower legs. I do not blame the Dr that there were complications with the surgery, I understand that unexpected things can happen but afterwards, it was almost impossible to get in contact with him, the front desk staff would be rude when I would call, and the service I would receive was poor.

I brought my female Boxer dog, Mel to the vet on 01/03/23 and they run physical and blood test, and finally the ultrasound. The mass on the belly was identified on her abdomen. Mel was operated on 01/04/23 to remove a tumor located on her uterus. Mel is doing well and eating again, normal life in one day.Dr. Phil Good and Andre took care of Mel as family member.Thank you.

I live in Missouri and had to visit the Vet during my road trip because my dog had something wrong with one of his eyes.Dr. Nia Perkins and assistants were extremely nice to my crazy dog and gave me updates if there were any additional costs based on what they found. They always asked for permission first.Dr. Nia Perkins went above & beyond and recommended anxiety medications that my dog should take. She recommended that I speak with my vet at home prior to prescribing it herself, but wanted me to be aware of his separation anxiety and potential heart issues due to being consistently stressed. Very nice & gentle staff. 100% recommend taking your pets here!

I called in on Monday to set an appointment for all 3 of my dogs to get Distemper shots and heartworm bloodwork, which the receptionist did set for Thursday, 8/17 at 1030am. I was advised that they would each need a wellness exam. I asked why, and was told it was a new policy. The receptionist could have advised me that it was the law, but did not. I was irritated as this was just one more new issue in the last two years. Just walking in to get nail trims takes less time than to set an appointment for one. There is never less than a 20 minute wait in the lobby, then another 20 minutes in the room. I told the receptionist that I was looking for a new vet and to get my pets' records, but that I would be keeping the appointment. They can listen to the call 9:52am 8/14. I came in today and the same receptionist says she never set the appointment, then offered for the vet to see one of my dogs at 11:30 for a problem with his front left paw.Ongoing issues, such as: Not grinding my dogs nails after cutting them (I just let it go after it happening twice because it wasn't added to the bill), techs mixing up services on my dogs charts (I have three dogs, this was a problem when I left them for dental cleanings), long waits, even when I had appointments. I also chose to not board with them again because my dogs were not fed the food I brought in with them and the bag I got back was as full as it was when I left them and they had the runs for 3 days. I've just gotten dog sitters since then.I have been a loyal customer for 20 years, with 4 cats and my 3 dogs. Today I made an appointment with another practice for Monday.

The team here is amazing. I could leave it at that and it would suffice but it's not enough. I adopted Haney from the Homeless Pets Foundation so it's nice that I can bring him in and see him get excited to see people he recognizes, even if the vet does give him some strong anxiety. They completely understand how to handle him and work to make the process as stress free as possible for him which has definitely made it easier to bring him in each follow up time. The team is also great at communicating with me about updates and consultations and anything else I may have questions about. I can't recommend enough!!!

Dr. Good and his staff treat our pets well. We've been coming here for years when it was Town and Country Vet Clinic. We've boarded our cats and dogs here multiple times. We also trust the Doctors and staff to treat our pets with care.We get all of their annual physicals completed here and don't hesitate to go when our pets are feeling poorly.Highly recommended.

I wanted to thank Andrei for going above and beyond for us and our pets. When my senior dog needed extra care, he was so gentle and loving with him. He went out of his way to make sure he was comfortable.We have since gotten two puppies and he has gone above and beyond to help us with them. He is very knowledgeable, gracious, and very loving towards our pups. It always makes us feel good when we have Andrei as our tech. You can tell he loves every animal that comes through there the way Dr. Mike Good did.

We have been bringing our dogs to this Vet for about a decade now. Staff is very nice and it's easy to make an appointment. Andrew and Greg are always friendly and have great advice to offer even when I'm bringing my dog weekly for fluids. Andrew is super knowledgeable and very inccouraging when explaining the process. I just love this place and would recommend it

I'm thrilled with the care my pup received yesterday. Both Dr. Phil Good and the technician who attended to my dog's care were super-thorough and communicative. They asked great questions and gave thoughtful consideration when responding. Dr. Phil Good explained everything in just the right amount of detail and ensured all my questions were answered. "I am so glad that I brought my dog here a few years ago. I really feel like everyone who works here is awesome, and truly cares for each and every animal that comes in the door. I think the thing that stands out most to me, is the followup calls they have made to check up on each of my dogs after a procedure, or even an office visit- if necessary. 10/10! Brought our dogs here for boarding and paid the extra daily amount for insurance in case one of the dogs got sick. Needless to say one of our dogs did get sick. Town and Country claimed the dog was sick before they were brought in. Did not bring dogs back for many years after that. Times are tough and so decided to give this vet another try. Brought our dogs in for boarding with no problems. Though when I brought my dogs in for grooming last week they said one of the dogs was due for a few vaccines. I was told grooming would cost $80 for both dogs. When I came to pick up dogs my bill was almost $300. The worst part was that my one dog who was not supposed to get any treatment besides grooming was acting weird and shaking. He has been throwing up non stop since the visit. I came back to town and country for the vet to look at him and they are telling me it is going to cost $500 with a discount. Sadly I do not have the money and they do not even act concerned that this happened only after being dropped off here for grooming. I assume they gave the wrong dog the vaccines and now he is having a reaction. He is a 6 lb dog and has lost a full pound in only a week. I pray he gets better. Please research before you bring your dogs here.

Love Town & Country, they have been taking care of all my pets for close to 10 years now! My annual appointment with my two dogs went great. I appreciate that they were able to accommodate them both at the same time. Helps my schedule and the dogs keep each other calm!The only con I can ever think of is that sometimes I am left waiting a bit long in the waiting room or in the visit room. With that being said, I assume it's because they're busy, which is a net positive - I want them to continue to succeed!Thank you to TCV for always treating my pets (and me!) with kindness and care - there's no one else I'd trust with them.
