Great hometown restaurant and popular place with all the locals. Everyone from far and wide was coming in and eating there. The BEST pasta salad! Service was great, even though they were short staffed. Great food with generous portions and the Southern tea was the real thing! 👌 Temperature inside was cold...next time I will sit in the back away from the door (which was constantly opening with all the patrons). I will definitely go back if I'm in the area. GOOD EATS! 👍Parking: Parking around the restaurant, along the street and in the parking lot across the street.

New owners took over from what I'm told. The food was great. The service was great. The atmosphere was great. Menu selection was great.The dressings and sauces (honey mustard) are home made and taste the best.The only cons were two minor ones.1. Our okra that we asked to be well done or extra crispy did not. But that's okay we understand the situations.2. it took 35-40 minutes to get our food. Again that's understandable because the new owners had just came in and taken over. In all reality we should have gotten an appetizer :)Will we be back again? ABSOLUTELY

Stopped by for to go low country boil special! Excellent delicious and good portion size great price $8! Friendly staff cute place I was just passing through and thought that would be a nice change from fast food to have a low country boil. It was seasoned just right. I was in and out in just a few minutes. I'll start by the next time I'm passing through little town. Cute place

Mediocre at best... the limp fries need help, the tasteless wings need seasoned before fried. I was very excited to eat here but left very disappointed. Our waitress seemed to be having a bad day as she never once asked us did we need anything. The fried mushrooms were the one pitch homerun and we did enjoy these. Work on adding some personality to the food and staff and you guys will have a hidden gem.

I rarely give one star reviews but this one is necessary. Tried to eat here today. Walked up to the window and ordered a chicken salad sandwich to go. Went and used the restroom. Came back to the window and the guy told me it would be about 5 minutes. After watching the girl, Victoria, who was supposed to be making my sandwich play on her phone for another 3 or 4 minutes I asked for my money back and left. She told me she was talking to her boss. I don’t care who you’re talking too! You have customers waiting for food!

Outside dining with county oldies. Food was hot and delicious. Our waitress was great. They have a little outdoor bar that serves ice cold beer. Definitely will be returning. Also had a beautiful sunset

I’m a regular customer, The only reason I’m giving a five for service is because the new waitress was polite and accommodating, we were greeted with a kind smile when we took our seats. She grabbed our drinks immediately and made sure they were never empty.However, the food took an hour to get out, we were the first to sit down. Other people were getting there food before us. My mother ordered the shrimp basket and her hush puppies were black and hard as a rock. We also ordered a chicken sandwich that wasn’t cooked all the way through. The other girl I assume is a waitress just sat on a seat behind the bar and played on her phone. She was scratching her head and touching her face. This place is not the same since Kenny passed. I won’t be coming back.

Honestly I would come here a lot to get to go orders on my way home from work. But I will never be going back. We put in a to go order @6:26 pm to be picked up at 8:15 pm. When I got there to get the order some girl immediately told me they were closed (they close at 9). I told her i had a to go order and she said “oh, we don’t have it. We didn’t receive it”. I then told her it was placed earlier in the day, then their story switched up. They all of a sudden knew exactly what I ordered and said they were unable to make it because of equipment issues. I totally get it, things like that happen, but first of all, don’t lie. Second let a customer know beforehand if their food is not going to be made and you’re closing early. They had all of our information on the to go order to contact us. When I got there it was 8:20 pm and now I’m standing there being told I don’t have any food to eat, when we paid almost $70. They literally had two whole hours to let us know, it was completely unacceptable.

The food was very fresh and the restaurant clean. Good service. It was a nice find and I'm happy to avoid eating fast food. I'll stop here for lunch the next time I'm in area.Parking: Lots of parking.Kid-friendliness: Has a kid friendly menu.

We went here today to try it for the first time. I will not be back. They will see Jesus Christ before I ever go back. When we got there. there were two couples sitting together, one guy at the bar drinking .and two other guys sitting having a beer. Because the waitress was to focused on the guys drinking beer and catering to them and flirting. She sat down at the bar and she saw us when we walked in.after 15 minutes she finally came over to take our order. We ordered an appetizer of Mac & Cheese balls which was the only decent thing to eat after it took 20 mi urea to get. My sister ordered a fried bologna sandwich with fries (which ware ice cold) I ordered a Philly cheesesteak with tator tots. It was inedible. The sandwich meat looked dry and my tots were ice cold. I asked her to take it off our bill along with the hushpuppies that never came. Two other couples came in. The server catered to the men who were there getting them drinks. She acted like we were a bother.and got mad when I asked for the food to be taken off. Sad because I was really upset that this place was not what I had expected! Need to get it together? We were so disappointed!

Nastiest restaurant around. Waitress (Keelyn) talked about spitting in customer's food. Absolutely disgusting!Food left under warmers for unsafe amount of time.I can't believe someone hasn't gotten food poisoning.I'm surprised the Health Department hasn't shut them down!

I stopped by after work to get dinner and had terrible service. I left without placing a food order because the waitress would not come over and take the food order. I was dining alone and sat at the bar because the tables were full. The waitress took my drink order, delivered the tea, and never took my food order. She walked past me many times and hung out in the kitchen several times without taking my order. I finally got fed up and left. It was my first time and last time stopping there. Shame because I pass by there going to and from work 4 days a week. I just went to Monticello to eat instead. Not wasting my time with poor service.

Food was pretty good for a quick bite...I got the daily special so was really quick once I figured out how to order you have to walk up to the street facing window to order I thought you ordered at the bar area because I seen ppl kinda waiting in that area...ladies are nice once you get there attention but other than that being annoying seems like a local favorite

Ordered Brunswick stew. It was brought to me cold (not even a little warm). I asked the waitress to warm it up. When she brought it back a second time it still was not warm so I did not want it. This took so long that my wife was almost finished with her lunch so I didn't eat anything and just left with no food. Not a good experience. When we paid the bill there was not even an apology about the cold stew. I had not been rude or disagreeable or caused any problems and if we had received an apology I might consider trying again but now I will not be back.

My husband and I were driving on GA Hwy 11and stopped at Roosters in Mansfield, GA. We are so glad that we did. I ordered a hamburger and fries and my husband ordered wings and fries. We both had sweet tea. Well, talking about just good and seasoned food, oh my it was good! The fries were hand cut real potatoes and fried to perfection. My burger was juicy and cooked just right. My husband's wings were very flavorful. The sweet tea was awesome. If you are traveling on GA Hwy 11 near Mansfield, please stop in for great food and service. I highly recommend them 🙂.
