I cannot say enough great things about The Fetch House, specifically Ashley P. We were so lucky to have found The Fetch House almost 4 years ago after bad experiences with several different groomers. Ashley grooms all 3 of our dogs and we always get compliments on how great they look especially our doodles. She is so kind and always accommodating to not only my schedule but to my dog’s needs. I happily refer her and The Fetch House to every dog owner I know!

The fetch house is the BEST place to take your dogs for grooming. My 2 dogs have been seeing Ashley and Jennifer since they were puppies. They love spending the day at the spa and playing with all the other dogs. 100% recommend taking your dog for grooming and daycare!

We just moved to the area and popped in on a whim. These girls got my pooch in the next day and did such a good job! He was there for about 6 hours which is a little longer than my last groomer who took about 4, but I love that during the extra time there my pup gets to play on the floor with other dogs and isn’t shoved in a cage. Five ⭐️!

The Fetch House is the only place I will take my dog to get groomed! My dog is very anxious and Maddy made me feel so comfortable leaving him there. He looked better than I could’ve ever expected, and they offer an amazing package at a great price. He was so happy when I picked him up and they even put the cutest bandana on him- they even had a mini photo shoot for him!!! Maddy & the Fetch House are the BEST

Ashley at fetch house just did our goldendoodles first ever haircut and did a phenomenal job.Boba can now see and smells great. My kids think she is so cute with her haircut and new bandana. Everyone there was very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend going here.They also have fresh treats, Boba and my parents dogs both loved them.

Love the fetch house!! I bring my yellow lab here for a shave occasionally and she always looks and smells so good after! They are always good about getting her in quickly which helps me tremendously. I love that the pups get to play when they’re finished or while they’re waiting. They are also really great about calling or texting promptly when she’s ready for pick. I would highly recommend. 💜

I’ve been taking all 3 of my dogs here for several years now, I won’t take them anywhere else! Services are phenomenal and the staff goes above and beyond to reach each and every need. Everyone I’ve talked to is super personal and kind. They show so much love to my fur kids. Smells amazing and super clean. My babies are super excited to go and they enjoy playing in the groom shop and in doggie daycare. Very thankful I’ve found a grooming facility I have full trust in. Never disappointed, I recommend to everyone I know!

Giving 2 stars because The Fetch House does a good job grooming. However, customer service is zero stars. I used them for 4 years and everytime the price increased without explanation. They are consistently running an hour past the time given for pickup (which I came to expect) but today they told me pick up would be between 2:00 - 4:00. I waited in my car until after 6:00 before they were finished. When I picked up the manager brushed off my frustration by saying they are “dealing with dogs and that’s just how it is” and told me not to come back. I work in healthcare and understand that there are times schedules are pushed back, but TWO HOURS past the latest pickup time is extreme. This should’ve been met with a simple apology for my time instead of excuses and rudeness. I have referred many people to them & will definitely NOT RECOMMEND in the future. It is very disappointing that they don’t respect the time of their loyal clients that travel over an hour round trip to drop off and pick up.

My dogs have been to the Fetch House every since the years it opened in Madison. The staff treats them as if they were their own. My Bailey loves it and so do I because she loves it so. We call it "play school" when talking with her about it. If "play school is mentioned, she starts jumping for joy and runs to the door of our house and when we get there, she can't wait to go in. She is a SMART female and knows that they love her.

Today I was running late do to overslept. I let my dog out got ready and left Dakota was super happy when got the collar in my hand. Got in truck call them said was going to be 15 minutes late. Didn’t notice any different with pup.Got there she was taking back. Couple minutes later we get a phone call. Shows they play with animal. They notice something different with my dog. The found puncture wounds in him. That wasnt notice this morning due to excitement and running late.I came right back took him to vet got him stitch back up. Ladies care bout my pup to pet it and notice issue and not just ignore problem. Thank you so much always have my business.

I have been using Fetch House since they opened. Friendly, clean, accommodating and loving to their furry customers. They have a great rating and large repeat business because they are best around. If you can go into this place and see all of the tails wagging and groomed dogs prancing around but still leave a negative review you probably have issues deeper than dog grooming can solve.

We have had a great relationship until this last time. Another pet parent brought their dog in and it had fleas. My dog is on preventative medication and not around any other animals. When I contacted the shop, "well do you want to bring him in for a flea bath?" Why would I want to bring my dog back to the place that gave them fleas? And the lack of concern is not great. Not even "I'm sorry this happened" just a "well that can happen when they get around other animals" and "well they were kept separate but it can happen". Very disconcerting if you ask me.

Grooming absolutely perfect! Price is great! Unfortunately, they seem to have prejudices against people of colour. With customer service, you are to look your customers in the eyes, be attentive towards them, and not be dismissive. Which was totally opposite of what they did when I entered the store. I would love to recommend them but I cannot. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I would love for them to do better and some cultural sensitivity training is needed. (P.S - We were the only people of colour in the store.)

On the advice of a neighbor we took our 5 mo. old Solid Black GoldenDoodle to The Fetch House for her very 1st Grooming. She was a mess - been to beach twice and romping with other dogs daily. Her hair was over 4" long and filled with all kinds of stuff.The Staff at The Fetch House did an amazing Job. She is beautiful and very well groomed. They managed to trim everything really well - and still make her look like a cutie. I have never seen so many Happy Beautiful well groomed dogs running around when we picked her up. I love this place and all of the people who work here.

I have been taking my dog here for a little over a year despite the word of mouth reviews I heard about staff and owners being rude and unprofessional.There was a scheduling mishap that occurred this morning and when I called to talk to the owner she told me and I quote " I was fired"..I don't know what is more ridiculous the fact that she thought I would actually continue to use her services and spend my money there or the fact that this is the OWNER. This establishment continues to get one star reviews about rude and dismissive behavior because they learn it from the top. Why should staff act any differently when the owner exemplifies unprofessional, rude, and dismissive behavior. I would not recommend their services or over priced products. I think the owner should invest into customer service training for herself and staff they need it. If I could give less than one star I would.

My puppy is very hard to groom because he is feisty D however he had to be put to sleep for over 15 years and we finally found this place and Jennifer was able to groom him without Anesthesia. What a blessing. So that tells you how great Jennifer is with her skills.

They did a great job!! My big chill dog had got a bath and his nails trimmed. And my small scared of people dog had got a grooming bath to and nails trim. They smell so good!! I need to know the shampoo y’all use lol!! They look like a new dog but they are acting different. I think they just gave them calming medicine but other than that I give them a 5!!

Wow! What a great place to take your pets for grooming. I took three babies there today and it was a great experience. They were able to play with other puppies instead of being in a kennel while waiting on their turn. Very relaxed environment for the puppies and a great peace of mind when you leave them.Lam did an amazing good on the grooming! Thank you!Can't say enough...Great service and staff!!

Fetch house was highly recommended by family members. My sweet dog loved it! Great environment and cute store to shop in while waiting to pick up your pup. Prices were wonderful compared to some of the other places I initially called.
