Reminds me of the privately owned and staffed hardware stores of my childhood, like Dux-Mixture on Howell Mill Rd. In Atlanta, in an era before plastic blister packs, where you could count-out what you needed and where the staff knew their business. It’s worth the drive from the Desert of Atlanta to visit the Oasis of Madison.

This place is a pretty good place. My husband as worked for them on and off for the past 5 or so years. Mr. Sammy is pretty awesome my husband says. There prices are reasonable. We had to use them last year (my husband wasnt working for them then) it was I pretty big septic emergency and they got here at a reasonable time... but at the time in crisis I thought it could have been faster...lol.

Farmers hardware has been open since I was a child. I could remember visiting this store as a child and I remember it had all sorts of things. Whenever we needed to fix a pipe or anything else we’d visit this place. They are very helpful and take special notice if customers. Such great customer service!!

SCAM ALERT! I just got charged $2000 to pump a tank and replace a septic pump. When I expressed my concern to the owner he threatened me saying, "I will come dig up the pump if u don't pay". He wouldn't even hear my concerns. I would strongly recommend another company.

Do NOT use this company for your septic problems!!! Sammy and his crew came by 5/23/20 to pump our septic tank for $600.00. They cleaned out the septic tank and left. A week later 5/31/2020, we had raw sewage seeping out of the ground! I called Farmers Septic back 6/1/2020 to have them come back out to resolve the issue, but Farmers kept giving me the run around until I finally spoke with the Sammy the owner 6/17/2020. He stated that he did what he was asked to do. NO YOU DID NOT!!! I still have sewer issues!!!!! Now I'm out $600 and still have septic issues and have to reach out to another company to complete the job. That's what you get for trying to help out the small business guy who needs all the business they can get.

We have sewage backing up into our downstairs shower-again. Farmer’s replaced the pump last year. Called them to come out and they said they could be there Monday. It’s Wednesday and still no one and no calls to say they can’t make it. They told me if I needed someone right away I could call someone else. I have family en route so I called Frank’s and they’ll be here in the morning.
