I have three toy poodles and they did a great job on all three! I had previously take my oldest to petsmart and Christi was able to fix the disaster they turned my poor baby into! They seen all three at the same time I made sure they were the only dogs in the shop at the time! That made me feel better as my babies are small toy poodle puppies! I would go here over any other groomer in middle ga!

My fur baby loves going here. He gets so excited to see the ladies. Last time he was so proud of his cut that he pranced around the neighborhood like he was in a show. He is so funny. They are very responsive and open to requests/concerns. He looks great every time!

Boomer had a great experience at this groomer! They even has a user friendly app for convenient scheduling and uploading necessary paperwork. Our boy is normally a little nervous so it was nice seeing that this groomer was gentle with him, but still got the work done. We will be coming back!

I was able to get a grooming appointment for my daughter's dog on the same day due to a cancellation. Kristie did an EXCELLENT job on this older dog and didn't allow the dog's initial unhappiness about nail clipping deter her. True professional. 🙂The "report card", doggie treats and kerchief were such pleasant surprises. Fair pricing and service with a smile!!!

Christie is the only one I will let groom my Pomeranians!! When they are with her she treats them as her own babies! I have heard so may horror stories about Pomeranians not getting the right cut but Christie is an expert!

We took our GSD with skin issues to The Puppery and we’re blown away by their professionalism, knowledge, absolute love for dogs, and super chill personalities. I can tell they love their jobs and love their furry clients too. I brought in my pup for a nail grind and paw trim and had a great experience! The women running the shop were so friendly, really cared for the pups, and even offered a bonus paw pad balm when they saw my pup's paws were dried.We visit Macon fairly often and I'll definitely be back whenever we're here!

This place is amazing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My sweet baby was so nervous for her first bath and Christie was so nice and soothed her the whole time. They are also up front about their policies. Which is really nice, since I know that my dogs will be safe in their hands. Next time I'm in town I will definitely be returning.

Had the best experience! They take one dog at a time which creates a stress free environment for your dog and doesn’t result in your dog being crated while the groomer works with other dogs. They send you home with a cute report card explaining all the treatments your pup received along with a complimentary goodie bag and bandana! 10/10 recommend for anyone nervous about picking a groomer!

Don’t waste your time! When I dropped my golden doodle off for his appointment I was later told by Christie that she couldn’t groom him because she didn’t have enough staff. This was after my original appointment was rescheduled. When I asked about rescheduling I was referred to another groomer. THIS IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! When I returned to pick up my dog Christie was already grooming another dog. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!

We cannot say enough good things about The Puppery! Not only are their grooming skills top notch, but they are knowledgable about our rescue dogs’ skin conditions (there’s a lot), help us troubleshoot and treat all of their unique issues. We also love the homemade goodies available for whatever our dogs’ current needs are. We also want to add that the customer service is amaaaazing! We always look forward to paying them a visit.

I took our little Archie in today to get his nails filed, teeth and ears cleaned, deshedding treatment, and a flea treatment and it was AMAZING!!! The service was spectacular as was the treatments he received… I love the little bandana and report card he left with and I was super surprised that they were able to get everything done 45mins before the original appointment end time. We have found our new go to place😍

My Frankie (Bichon/Toy Poodle) came back to me THE CUTEST HE HAS EVER BEEN, and that is saying something because he is cute all the time. Amazing pet grooming service! The groomers are super helpful and friendly. My dog has several allergies, and they are always mindful of that. Also, every time I have picked him up, he is out playing and not in a kennel. He honestly seems to enjoy going to The Puppery.
