Everyone was so nice. I parked far away to manage my puppy getting in and out of the car and the employee was so nice to carry my dog food bag to the car. I didn’t get his name. He offered from the very beginning to get it to the register. 🙂

Customer service is amazing here. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. The prices are competitive and there is usually some kind of product discount. It’s the only place to shop for all pet supplies

i felt like a kid in a candy store They have everything you may possibly need for your pet I have a 6 month old yorkie so they were very helpful suggesting chew treats !!.Hopefully we can go for 5 stars...I applied through the app ,at least I thought I did..Got to the and of course I wasn't registered, so the discount that was offered, was never given .. But it made me find another home for Sammy ❤

This is my go-to pet supplies store in Macon. I feel like I go here all the time, lol! The employees are extremely nice & friendly and always ask if I need help when I walk in. I always enjoy talking to them! They have a large assortment of brands and products, and they often have really good sales going on. I don’t go to any other pet stores in Macon. This store has the best customer service, variety of items, and prices out of all the other options!

Nice place with helpful staff and fair prices. I compare shopping here to shopping at ace hardware instead of going to Lowe’s. I love that every time I walk in someone greets me and asks if I need help finding anything. I haven’t needed to go to Pet Smart for anything since I started shopping here.

Close to home, have a large selection of treats, toys and other things. Parking can be a bit trying. They do have the hard to find brand Diamond Naturals!! Of course pets are welcome! Good management experience (seems like the cashiers are still in training and that's ok). Overall I would recommend trying them out because we visit often.

This has been my favorite pet store for a while now, but today cemented that for me. Today around 4:30 we came to this location to pick up some essentials for our cats.Got to the check out, and my debit card won’t work. I tried everything to get it to work, and was even on the phone with support trying to resolve the issue. Well, one of the ladies that works here came out to my car and she had bought our stuff, and told us to pay it forward.I wish I had gotten her name, but she was incredibly kind. I know she didn’t know, but we’ve been struggling a lot lately, especially financially. Her kindness really brought some light into our day today.Thank you PSP, you have a customer for life!

I'm at PSP once a week to get supplies for my cats, and they have what I'm looking for at least 95% of the time. They stock a good variety of brands, so it's easy to experiment with different foods and snacks. I usually don't need help, but staff are always friendly, available, and helpful.

Great, friendly, and knowledgeable staff! Very neat and organized. My mother recommended this place because of the self-service pet bathing area. Washing her 40 lb "puppy" won't be nearly as difficult here as trying to do it at her house. Even the other customers were excited to help with socializing her big pup! I can't believe I hadn't heard about this place before. I definitely recommend it for pet owners! Great selection and lots of information available.

The staff and store is wonderful. Always well-stocked, organized, and clean. The entire staff, from high school up to the manager are extremely friendly and helpful. This falls back on good hires and training. I love bringing my 2 rescue dogs in here, as they are always welcomed and played with. Honestly the best experience, and im always given recommendations or help when needed. Gave my dogs PetPlate As a treat with their food and they loved it. Thanks for all you do.

Had a good experience at Pet Supplies plus, but I felt like they were a little uncomfortable with my presence. I realize that some people are not comfortable around other ethnic groups, but we are all customers looking for a great deal. I was satisfied with the person that help me, she projected good vibes, but others, not so much. But, would I go back? Yes!

I love Pet Supplies Plus. It’s smaller, but seems friendlier than the “bigger” pet store. It stocks Stella & Chewy’s food which others do not so it’s my go-to for all of my pet food needs. I like that they do same-day delivery as well as curbside pickup.

Longtime customer. Spent thousands of dollars here over the years.. Never again.Sold us a sick snake. It died within a week. Website says 14 day returns. They do not honor that.So for $80 they lost my business. Great way to treat your loyal customers guys.

This store is very clean with courteous staff. It's really big and well stocked. I have not had any complaints about either location of Pet Supplies Plus (Macon or Warner Robins). Their fish are well taken care of too. My son has done tons of research on buying fish and stocking his tank and he refuses to go to Pet Smart.

Greatly improved from.my last visit. Been here a few times now and they have a good selection of fish and supplies and the prices are decent! There was a female manager before who was on some.poee trip but haven't seen her so that was an improvement..staff now is warm friendly and helpful..

Amazing, friendly customer service! Great selection of pets and pet food! I am in love with the self serve dog wash which even includes hair dryers and towels for your pup to dry! One of the nicest, cleanest pet stores I’ve ever been in! I recommend! 100/10!

Excellent service, send in order, it is ready in no time, pickup and that's it. Also, the had products that were not in stock at the big online places. Their prices are .60 cents more, worth it!!! Young lady that brought my order out, Ashley(?) was so very nice, it was a pleasure. Goodbye Chewy and Amazon, hello Pet Supplies!
