Was going to purchase an animal from here for our daughter. We was told they could not stay open 5 minutes after closing so we decided to get one from another pet store. Very thankful, because it ended up they were very overpriced on the animal. It was $225 dollars for just the animal, no setup included. They did not know the sex or if the animal was fixed. I do think if a pet store has animals they should know that information especially when they are that expensive. Overall the store has nice pets but we will probably shop elsewhere from now on. One improvement I would suggest is to not necessarily go above and beyond with the customers but provide detailed information on the animals being sold and maybe provide matching deals with surrounding pet stores. We was able to buy our sweet chinchilla from pet land for $220 with an included cage, dust bath, food, bath house, and water bottle. There was detailed printed information given to us and the chinchilla was spayed and was very much loved by the staff. We love our new pet.

So thankful for Richard and Lizzie. They are always so good with my sweet dog, Panda. They do an amazing job grooming him. The front workers are also very friendly and helpful.

Made an apt and was giving a date of 4/9 around 4 . I forgot the time and I called in to verify and the young man said he couldn’t find me or my dog in the system . I constantly had to keep spelling my name and dogs name . After 10 minutes of nonsense I asked him to get help from the owner or manager. Waited another 5 minutes and the owner came to the phone and was very rude and disrespectful. She went into hearsay and was mad because she said I didn’t like how she groomed my baby on the last visit. I stayed to her that I wasn’t being rude her and asked her to respect me . She kept over talking me and being rude and I couldn’t take it anymore she got cussed out.I find her to be a prejudice witch. You can’t claim to be a Christian and be evil at the same time . No I didn’t say anything to you when you groomed him because you left , because the store was closed . Then you over charged me 10$ . When I dropped him off I was told 40$ and at pickup it was 55$.BBB will be contacted!!!! Had I known that you were the owner then , It would have a different outcome.Run from this place!!

Was not informed that there was not a guarantee on the cherry shrimp I purchased. 3 out of 5 of the shrimp passed less than 24 hours after being introduced to the tank. Water parameters are well within range for the species of shrimp, the tank is properly cycled, and the shrimp were slowly acclimated to the tank. I would not have spent $6 per shrimp if I had been informed that there was not a guarantee on the animals surviving at least 48 hours. Highly disappointed.

I just started taking my 1-year-old labs to Noah's Ark about a month ago for grooming and I absolutely love the experience they keep them and call me when they're ready to be picked up and when we get them there so clean and smell so good

Told me the animal didn’t have no worms and all his shots. But came home to my animal having tapeworms and told me that happens a lot. I asked them can they take care of it for me and told me they couldn’t and I’ll have to take him to a vet. They could’ve told me they had tapeworms those orange kittens have TAPEWORMS all 3 of them so if you get this animal be careful I have kids who love my new kitty but I don’t want them getting tape worms from him. They could’ve told us before hand before buying the kitten that he have tapeworms.

Hands down my go to pet store. I got my Cuban Tree frogs and my Sonoran Green toads here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They carry the calcium & multivitamins I need for them as well as crickets & other feeders. They also cut my Sadie's toe nails and always do a wonderful job!

Almost everything is literally double the cost as online. Sometimes more. Nice people, but not sure i can pay that price for, nice. Check out these item on line for example. Well not sure it will post my pictures, but i have proof. Just go in look at what you want to buy and check it online first. Then decide "can i wait" and "is it close to the cost of the item with shipping included". I understand they have to make a living. But a triton 4000 pump online is like 50 or something. They sold it to me for 129.99. Saltwater master test kit API on line like 25. They sold it to me for 48.99. Im new at this hobby so i maid a classic mistake. Learn from my mistakes. Again i have proof this is what they sold it to me for.

Got my Old English Mastiff here, and we love her so much. We also get food for our 20 year old Ball Python Wesley here and are so thankful to have such a wonderful place to shop. The staff is friendly and the place is amazing. Your sure to find something on every visits. Ps. Allan is great and super friendly, willing to answer any questions you may have.

Store has a wide selection of merchandise for your pets. Have been able to find items here that you can't find at most other stores and are normally only available on Amazon. Staff are always super friendly and professional. Only giving them three stars because I went there this weekend and bought a Neon Black Tetra along with some other items for my fish tank. The fish died before I got off the interstate exit to come home. Not sure what happened when they bagged the fish.

Do not give this place your business like EVER! Walked in the store and heard the employees making fun of their autistic employee, making fun of the way he talks and the way he acts! Strike one in my book. Strike two was overhearing the employees making fun of customers behind their backs while they’re still in the store! Wow just wow! Another time I walked in and saw two young employees making out in the fish room! GROSS and so unprofessional! These people are lazy and not eager to help. They don’t know how to take care of their animals, and their product are way too overpriced! Would not recommend this shop to anyone EVER!!

Great pet store! Come look at all the lovely animals, they deserve all the love. They also have all the best pet supplies of you ask me! Small store, but definitely a great selection. There were only a few options for hamster food, but my hamster loves him new food! I've been trying to find a good that he loves this much and here inwas forced to buy the right one but it was spot on!

Nice place, nice variety, and friendly people. The problem are the prices. A young Koi that cost $6.99 at Petsmart was $21 here. Another thing was that half of their inventory are adult animals, including fish. Why would I want a huge fish, fully grown, and take him out of his environment? You would think those cost less but you'd be wrong. I guess they want me to pay for the care and food etc for 5 yrs before they sold him. Decent place but get your wallet ready

Friendly local store- Parakeet died in a month - $34 dollars...may Moss RIP- this location has a 48 hour death policy...may your pet live longer then mine. Great staff and and they always let you pet and play with the puppies.

Always has a good selection of fish and blood worms. Also 5 puppies when we went there. Found 2 angel fish we were looking for. I finally got my blue discus. He's eating well and integrating into his new home.

Most of the staff is fairly knowledgeable about everything in the store. The staff is kind and helpful And they generally have what you're looking for. The only issue I would have with them is they could take better care of their saltwater tanks and keep more saltwater fish in stock...

Money hungry owner that does not care about its animals!! Very disappointed with the owner’s choice on how he decides to conduct business with his customers. I ended up needing to return an animal in a very tight situation after only having the animal for two days. He absolutely refused I even said that I would accept some sort of store credit. He would get his animal back, get to keep the three hundred dollars I spent on the animal, and get to sell the animal once more. Do NOT buy from this store. Their cages are crowded and their animals are not well socialized at all.

Wonderful place to shop! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I usually don't write reviews but I love animals and pet shops. My family bought a sugar gilder (Critter) for me there. He was not very social (we already knew because they had just received him). We have only had him for a few days and going on there advice he is already climbing onto our hands . I will be returning within the next few months to get a tortoise from there. Healthy happy animals and people. Simply awesome. Thanks Noah's Ark.

I don’t know how I didn’t know this place existed not too far from my house. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!! I have found my new home. I usually order my parrot’s food from Amazon or chewy. What I love the most about this store is how knowledgeable they are. I can go on and on but I won’t. Just go!!!! You won’t be sorry!!!!

Just recently discovered this place because I was setting up an aquarium. The items I couldn't find in the big box store, I found here. They have a nice selection of aquarium supplies, from filters to powerheads to plants and chemicals. Their stock tanks appear very clean and well cared for. The employees and owners are super to work with and are knowledgeable.

I love this pet shop, bought my snake from here, and I love her. Get mice here very often, and love just walkin around, looking at all the animals. Love the staff, they are very nice every time I come in. Very knowledgeable. They help me pick out things for my saltwater aquarium , always have questions and they always answer them:D
