My son's Bacon Cheeseburger was the best burger he has had from here. I got the flamethrower burger, a little spicy but it was good. The fries were okay, I have had better from you all. We ordered blizzards, he crushed his and mine was ate by the trash. Im not sure what happened but I order my blizzard the same way every time. I was completely disgusted with the one I received. My heart was set on a delicious cold treat and I was let down. For the price of what they cost they should be consistent and good.

Do yourself a favor and don't eat at ANY fast food restaurant on this strip of road. Every single one of them are terrible. The people that work at all of them are awful, they will argue with you, get your order wrong 85% of the time and if you upset them in any way, I wouldn't be surprised if they spit in your food. For real, every restaurant in this area absolutely sucks

The worst service ordered online paid for it went to pick it up .they said there was no order then they said it was canceled manager was absolutely clueless a cashier tried to help and said it was ordered but it was canceled by them because we took to long to pick it up we were there 15 to 20 minutes after order was placed but they still keep the payment.

When you've been repairing cars left and right sometimes you just want one of those flamethrower burgers from DQ. Went there recently and unfortunately there were slower than I expected. I was so hungry I didn't even wait to get home. Food is good, service is not always the fastest.

Absolute best damned Dairy Queen I've ever eaten at. Bathrooms were clean. The whole restaurant was clean. The staff was clean and proper.. Honestly thought, that they were over staffed which made things extremely quick and they even brought our food to the table.. There is a FAST FOOD GOD after all. The owner should be proud of his staff. Especially in a world where no one wants to work any more.. We will be back..

Got my sundae mixed up with strawberry instead of pineapple and put peanuts chocolate and strawberry on top of my royal blizzard and didnt even let me know. Would not recommend if you want you’re order to be correct.

Everytime i order a banana split i get a drop of each topping at this one. I dont know why at all but this is the last time im going there.I get maybe one strawberry (if im lucky) with a single drop of sauce, barely any carmel (I swap it for the pinapple) and like two spurts of chocolate that mostly ends up on the bottom rather then the top. The only part thats generous is the scoop of ice cream and banana but that alone does not a banana split make, especially dairy queens version of it. Even the whipped cream is 4 little buds.I dont know if its like a worker in particular that does it or like management doesnt know or something i just cant justify the price of a specialty ice cream that im not getting the full toppings for. I will continue to go out of my way to go to the other two dairy queens for this. This is the 4th time ive given them a chance and the last.The one in grey is fantastic as is the older one on pio nono ave so i would recommend the other two vs this one if you really need your ice cream fix and not to have your toppings half missing or barely there to begin with.And to clarify this time i did specify extra topping in hopes i'd get the proper toppings. I got 4 strawberries more then the maybe 1 i find and hardly anything else.

Literally stood at the register with the employee at the register as well and she continued her conversation with her friend. Her friend stopped the conversation to tell her to take my order. Order took over 10 minutes for fries and pretzels. Employees were rude and unprofessional. Would NOT reccomend.

Very fast and professional service. The ladies at the window get you in and out. Very nice ladies with a great attitude. My order always be right. I've had other food there. All is very tasty. Very good strawberry and chocolate milkshakes with whipped cream, also turtle and oreo blizzards are the best. My friend enjoyed the banana split from there. So delicious. I will return on tomorrow.

Disappointed that I ordered honey bbq chicken and got home 20 mins later to find it was regular chicken. The receipt doesn’t even show what you ordered. Just how much you paid. So I have no idea if they just didn’t hear me correctly on the drive through or if they just made the wrong food. Frustrated because I suppose if I want to try to get it fixed I’ll have to drive 20 mins back and probably not worth all that. Please check your bags before you drive away from here.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We stopped at this place while we were passing through Macon. I order a double cheese burger. Didn't think to check it but once I did I noticed it was no cheese on the burger. I was already on the highway by then. I googled the number and called them. The manager was rude and the some other lady that worked there was hollering in the background . Told me to bring the burger back and he would fix another one. I told him it wouldn't be until the next day. He said well you can bring it then. Okay so i brought it back today he fixed another one. The new burger look old and the meat looked gray. I took another chance with them and ordered a strawberry ice cream with pecans. The guy still put peanuts in it. I don't know if they can't comprehend or what. But i will never spend money here again. How can you read the order back and still mess it up? Just awful service, rude manager, and employees that don't care. Spend your money elsewhere.

I told the indian girl I wanted onion rings instead of fries… as I went through my order she cleared all off the screen and redid my order when she realized she didn’t ask me the size of my float.Instead of taking responsibility she shoved the receipt in my face and went on with the next person’s order as more people behind that customer said “how rude” in unison and walked out with me.

Terrible! We stopped for ice cream. They put 5 blizzards in a bag, the two on the bottom spilled all in the bag. Not to mention we ordered and paid for extra stuff, didn’t get it. And they didn’t give us enough spoons. If we hadn’t been traveling back home from vacation, I would’ve turned around and gotten my money back. Worst DQ I’ve ever been to.

Love 💘 love 💘 Oreo with extra oreo blizzards, ask for no lid-you get more!! Food is great!! You may have to wait a little longer for their burgers 🍔 but they're really are charbroiled and melt in your mouth!! They cook as you order, no pre-fab already made ones!! Just tell them what toppings and test them out how fresh!!!

We ordered a six piece chicken and biscuit basket with a large Pepsi. One large chocolate shake and one large strawberry shake. They didn't give me the Pepsi and instead of six pieces of chicken there were only four and the milkshakes were exactly that MILK by the time we got them. Lousiest service ever!

The drive thru staff seems to have a very difficult time in the evening. We had to finally pull to the window to get the order right. In checking the bags some items were left out. This was corrected when brought to staffs attention. Also my friend's cheese burger made him sick. I suggest driving up the road 10 miles to the DQ in Gray which never disappoints.

I'd give no stars for this place. I ordered a grill burger combo a chicken strip kids meal they gave us old fries and my grill burger only had ketchup mustard and cheese on it. It was supposed to have lettuce tomato and onion on it. My sons kids meal chicken strip wasn't even whole strips they gave him was pieces of strips i won't be back and poor staff and management causes things like this

Depends which one you go to. The one on 441 is totally disgusting. So dirty it's disgusting. Garbage running over drink station was half empty and drink all over the floor. Noone checked anything the entire time I was there and only 2 customers came in while I was there. The other 2 are not as bad as this one but I have not been back to subway since

By far the worst one around. Cuatomer service and food quality was a joke. Wouldn't even give me the sauce I asked for, and then gave me a bunch of tartar sauce instead of ranch in the drive thru. NASTY. Time and gas isn't free so not going back. Straight in the trash.

All we ask is that you listen to our orders and that can't be that hard to do. I frequently visit this on gray highway. They have fallen off on their salads. Thsy are not as fresh as they were and the side salads have gotten smaller. They never give you a receipt with the items listed and I think that there should be some kind of law that requires them to have things listed. You can't beat their bizzards though.
