My dad bought a fur stole for my mom when he was in Vietnam. My parents were married over 55 years when my mom passed away unexpectedly in 2022. I bought my dad a Boxer puppy to help him with the grief. This new puppy decided the fur stole was her play toy and ripped the collar to shreds. My dad naturally was devastated. I found your store online and my dad reached out to you and you were absolutely wonderful with him. He was able to mail the stole to you and with your expertise, you would not even know the dog chewed it up, the stole is beautiful. Thank you for being so kind and understanding and caring with my dad. We are eternally grateful.
