I have been taking my dog Tiffany, a white Scottish-Terrier, to Michele's for about years now. I love that they maintain her breed cut and she always smells good when I pick her up. The price is reasonable and my dog loves to go there! I think she think its daycare!

They have taken care of all my dogs. Even the one that passed away. RIP Buddy… i have a new puppy and I was kind of worried but she came out more sassy with her new haircut! I waited 2 months just to get her in because they are the best!

I love this place. They entire staff is wonderful. I have been coming here for years. This is the only place that my dog has not bit anyone. With that being said, they genuinely care for the dogs, and they know how to handle the 'special' ones.

I can't say enough how happy I am to have found this place and all the wonderful women in it. Once I came here the first time I never stopped coming! Although they are usually booked out 2 months in advance they all well worth the wait when you do get in! The groomers really care about your animals. I have a older golden retriever and I was so sad that he wasn't getting groomed anymore. He is suffering from some medical issues and has a hard time moving around so I didnt think anyone would feel comfortable grooming him.One of the nice ladies carried my big boy in and the entire time he was there I felt comfortable and not worried about well being. They have no idea how much them grooming him means to me and I will never forget the love they showed my family. He is definitely family and I am grateful he was able to get a good clean. Don't hesitate BOOK I promise you will never find another groomer like this

AMAZING job and AMAZING service! They were willing to go out of their way to schedule my fur baby in last minute for his birthday. No rush job was done either, my baby came out looking like a brand new dog and he smells SOOO good!Everyone at this establishment was so kind and I completely trusted my baby in their care.Will most definitely be my grooming facility of choice as long as their doors are open.

Listen!! I commute from midtown twice per month just to come here. WHY?1. Price2. Service3. Results/QualityI started coming to Michele's about 9 months ago. Prior to finding them I was taking my dog to Petsmart right on my street where they were charging me an absurd amount of money only to do nothing right. With Petsmart, My dog would come home and still be matted even after I paid them to de-mat him. My very first appointment with Michele's was a de-mat service. Because he was matted so badly I agreed that if they had to shave him that would be ok but if they could save his hair I would really prefer that. I paid for their time to de-mat him and they did it! Every since then his hair has recovered and now it's nice and healthy, and thick again! I really love the way my dogs hair has been taken care of. He looks beautiful! On top of his appearance they have been very friendly and easy to work with. My dogs hair always gets tangled and they comb it without charging me five hundred thousand dollars.NEW CUSTOMER TIP: I was once a new customer and it was difficult to get an appointment but once I got an appointment that worked - I kept going on the same day every time I took him. You have to figure out a time and start making reoccurring appointments. I go every two weeks because I have a long haired dog.This Salon is 25 times better than Petsmart. I've had a pet for over 15 years and I wish I had known about them 15 years ago!

Just call somewhere else. They aren't taking new clients but will tell you they can put you on a wait-list with 50 other dogs ahead and you just have to wait for a call one day, that could be 3 months from now, and hopefully you're available to drop what you're doing and bring your dog in. 🙄 And even once you get off the wait-list it'll be hard to be consistent with scheduling appointments with them. But they are friendly 💁🏽‍♀️

Koko's 1st visIt to this groomer (4 months Minatare Schnauzer) was AWESOME.My 1st call , I talked to Muffin which displayed great customer service and made my appt. It gets better, because when I arrived the rest of the staff had such pleasant personalities. After carefully searching for a a groomer I am so glad I found this place. If you're looking for a groomer, I would recommend this place. Definitely 2 thumbs up and yes I already made my next 2 appts in advance.

I've been coming to Michelle's for over 15 years. Literally been to multiple groomers all over the country when I moved or while traveling and there's no one like them! Two separate dogs. They are absolutely the BEST hands down. They took care of my precious peek-a-poo for 14 years and now my rambunctious Labradooodle. Shelby and her team are such a blessing.

First time taking my Sassy girl to them. She was in dire need of hair cut and nails trimming. She had some matting from me not being able to care for her while I was sick. They did a great job and were very friendly and reasonably priced. We will be back

My dog Lilly and I just got back from her first visit to Michele’s and I couldn’t be more delighted!!! She is so happy!!! I called several groomers before finding this place and no one wanted to groom my 13 year old girl because of her age. Luckily, I stumbled upon this groomer and decided to give them a call because they had so many good reviews. They said sure they’d groom her, and I cannot express enough how happy we all are!! Lilly feels confident and is happier than I’ve seen her in awhile. I’m so thankful we found Michele’s!!!! And the price cannot be beat!

My first time taking Lulu to be groomed and they did a great job. My home baths and nail trims weren't cutting it. She came home looking great and smelling great. Very affordable. I recommend for sure.

My puppy came home after grooming spitting up something dark blue. He also had a nick near his neutered surgical site which caused me to put him in an Elizabethan collar so he would stop licking the area I called to get an explanation on what he was given as a treat as well as an explanation of the nick but have had no response. I am so disappointed, hurt and concerned. I hope he doesn’t set up an infection. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I think they should show more consideration with at least a return phone call. I won’t be taking him there again.

I had to share a review for our experience. my wife and I absolutely love this place and everyone that works there. We take our high energy labs Max and Loki every few weeks and they do a phenomenal job. I really feel like they take care of them while they are there just like they are their own pets. Both my boys come home smelling and looking great and are so happy. Thank you to everyone there. I would recommend the business to anyone with a pet, give them a shot you will not be disappointed.. I would give six stars if I could. See you next month ladies...

Lovely atmosphere and team. Sadly my lady, Sunny decided to destroy a kennel. Forgot to tell them she fears them. They have been working to rehabilitate her from a nail trimming fear, and have been quite successful. I love this place. Highly recommended stopping by.

We Love Michele's Grooming. We have taken our Shih Poo, Nyla to this groomers for all 3 yrs of her life. They have given the best care and service on every visit and the prices are very affordable. I will not take my baby anywhere else but to Michele's.

I absolutely love Michelle's Grooming!!! I took my new puppy to another groomer and it was a bad experience. A neighbor of mines suggested for me to take my puppy here and I'm completely sold....they go above and made me and my puppy feel comfortable.

I was so please with service. Buddy had a bath with a shampoo and conditioner to stop excessive shedding. His coat feel and look like a white mink.
