Past two times I went card reader was down.. I had to leave my cart at the register because the reader has been down..bathrooms are disgusting. My son went into the bathroom and the soap dispenser wasn't working so he couldn't wash his hands. Won't be back for a while if ever

Most of the time they don't have what you are looking for and then there is only one person running a register and she is sitting in a chair. Can't see over the register.

I prefer this store over the others that are closer to home.Update 9/11/22 :My sister was treated very poorly today. Recent "turn overs" and changes have caused a drop in the "customer service" quality. This store used to be great, but it is drastically dropping.

It was clean. Produce way better than other DG Markets. Shelves looked well stocked. Looked like they had already switched to the next season.They did not say hello, can we help you, did you find what you were looking for or anything.

Manger young lady was very nasty I as a paying. Customer Fill that she needs training on Customer services & dealing with the public every one have bad days but when you have a nasty disposition with no regard to other people then it become a problem the assisted manger was very professional and took time to talk with me to a sure me it will be handle this took place on today 02 -06-20 Everyone need a job but if you are not sure of being a cashier although it is indeed a hard job cashier get & take a lot from people but level you head & face down to where the consumer is smile because you never know your smile could be a blessing to someone that is going through something being nice do not cost a thing ..

Love this Dollar General because it's a market. One-stop shop I can get most of my groceries here & only need to get beef and a few more items from somewhere else. Good variety of items from produce & meats to a ton of frozen & cooler food and everything in between. Along with your usual housewares, laundry, cleaning, clothing, personal items you find in the dollar store. Wish every DG was a market! Only downside is the lines are always long. I counted 8 employees yesterday & the girl on the register said only 1 other person was qualified to run the register and she was on break and there were 15 of us in line.

This is the place to go for quick in and out! I buy all my dog food and paper goods here! The stores are always well stocked and the prices usually beat out the big box stores for name brand products. Look for their specials too!

Gave a 4 star because it never has enough cashiers. Stand in line is the norm. I love the store,but wish they would hire more employees for easy exit.

Twice I’ve left FedEx packages there and they sat for over a week without being picked up. There’s a problem there.

Good place if you need something without having to go to Vidalia. You are in and out as long as they have more than one register open, if not you'll be waiting in a line to checkout. Management should jump on a register to help during busy times instead of just standing at the front with their arms crossed watching people put their stuff down and leave.

Just need better selection on dollar items also help with stickers so their can be more cashiers at registers ..because then the stock would be out quicker and both cashiers and stockers would be better team players instead of being overwhelmed with having to do both jobs..especially when store has great sales...maybe hire extra help even if it's part-time or seasonal. To me it would be more cost effective to do this because the more customers see efficiency and workers being more attentive to their needs the more they shop..but customers can't buy what they can't see because the products are not put on the floor at a timely fashion and have to wait in long lines because a cashier has to go on the floor to stock...think about it . I go to the store because I don't want to go to Wal-Mart and stand in line for hours and Dollar General Market is much smaller..You have great workers in the store in Lyons Georgia..so think about the high turn over and why..isn't that what marketing is for...BUSINESSES THAT ARE SUCCESSFUL IS A BUSINESS THAT CARES ABOUT WHAT THE EMPLOYEES SUGGEST AND DO BECAUSE THEY ARE ON THE FRONT LINES AND THEY REPRESENT DOLLAR GENERAL MARKETS...in addition I agree more meat and produce selection...even if it's in a low-income area...

They had everything I went for. But store was very messy. Items in the floor in middle of the aisles (throughout the store). Only 3 people on staff and 2 were at register. We waited over 15mins to check out. The employees were doing all they could with what they had. Understaffed!

I love DG market they have everything you need and closer to home. This store is always clean and ther staff is all very friendly. Only problem is that they usually don't have more than one register open at a time so you can never just get in and get out quickly you always have to wait in a long line so it makes the intended convenience a bit of an inconvenience

It's a good place to go if you're in a hurry and I mean that jokingly it's a small store it seems to be convenient and in Lyons and Vidalia it is a lot more convenient than Walmart but expect to wait a long time in line unless you can find what you want quickly and get in line before everyone else but if you see people going in ahead of you anticipate that you will wait in line longer than it took you to shop in the store but they have a pretty good variety for a small store and when I got to get something sort of quickly that's where I go

Merchandise were on shelves clearly labeled reduced or clearance. At the register it wrung up at a different price. Even after showing the clerk and the Mgr on duty that is was cleary marked with 8"×10" bright orange signs saying 70% off all over the 3 shelves we were not given the marked price. Terrible customer service. This particular location is bad and clear is have attitudes with smart mouths.

We have a Dollar General Market. I go there a lot. They put on good sales and that is a plus.just wish they had a large Market of food and the the general merchandise in separate store.I buy their boneless chops to make Drunken Chops. Also cook other ways too. I like the market. If you have one near you, check it out. I'm sure glad we have one.

Usually not bad, but cashie slow and mangers stop the cashier with us customers in line to talk about her pregnancy, labs, and totally ignored the customers. Found it alittle rude

Every time I go to this store it takes entirely too long to check out. The cashier's move slow as Christmas then apologize for the wait. Don't apologise, move faster.

I shop at this Dollar General Market often. This store carries not only what you would expect to find at a Dollar General Store but they also carry a line of groceries that includes produce, frozen food, dairy, meats, and dry-goods. They are tremendously busy and are sometimes are out of stock on some items. The staff is courteous and helpful.

I found exactly what I was looking for. I was doing a science experiment that concerns a slinky. I found a plastic one for cheap, but some of the people were grumpy. I still think its a good store.

Nice store, big selection of items. Almost like a small Walmart. Even down to the check out lines. Several lanes, but only 1 or 2 open. Even when very busy.

This store is my favorite Dollar General, they always get the stock out and you never have to skip isles because stock is in the way. Super nice staff.
