Have poor customer service they hire just anybody the store always is smelling like weed and they hire "employees " that can't even manage to do their job inside store because they are outside of store doing drugs or other adult activities

Close to home and I don't drive so much convenient for me to walk. Location is key and the people are very friendly and helpful..Our store is bare and the staff is vigilant to stock up on necessities and products that you cannot live without, but the economy is out of control with over priced items and shortages continue to occur frequently...Still am grateful for some discounted prices that you are known for and will continue to shop with you...

This store needs cleaning and organizing it was hard to find anything there was stuff all over the floor from front to back..I had to look for someone to check me out. No one paying attention to customers coming or walking out the store..Got to do better

Never will I buy anything ever again at the Lumber City, store again. Very rude cashier. Charges full price for items that are clearly marked on sale. EVERY TIME. YOU HAVE LOST A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER. GOOD BUY.

This store is a complete disaster..Shelves are bare and the merchandise that is there is out of reach for customers..I had to help myself to access my choices.. and some of the staff is incompetent and rude Demeanor of Management is raw and aggressive and inappropriate... Change of the whole staff is recommended, and no local person shouldn't be allowed to apply...THAT Will Save on the losses and shortages within this store...

I understand that sometimes management needs to be changed... but when the change that is made brings the establishment down even further... it just makes a bad situation even worse. My last visit to this store, the shelves were in disarray and were almost empty... very disappointed

Meh. Shelves are always bare. I was told that the milk cooler in the back was full what asked about why my milk was not stocked. I have been buying that milk for years at this store. I didn't ask about the cooler in the back.
