Can’t never get to 80% of products you need Because apparently nobody knows how to stock at night or do 1 cart at a time. Instead , they block EVERY aisle constantly. The employees are rude and the “ Manager” blames everybody but herself…. This store needs new employees and a new attitude BAD

I was accosted in this store yesterday by a man who appeared to be and sounded like he was from India. I could not understand him as he screamed at me, but he grabbed my arms, both my arms, with his fists... in a death grip and screamed at me and would not let go. Everything about this store was really weird yesterday... But I am not happy and even though it is a 30-mile trip to a real grocery store I will not go back ever again! Go get a dozen eggs and get accosted. Is this the new America. I ask you? Is this is what life is like now? Been going to this store for 20 years. God - please help us?

Store under staffed and the staff they do have is unhappy and shows in their customer serviceas most places are in this time in the worldstore is an absolute mess I’ve seen teenagers rooms cleanernormally is and has been for. The 3 years I’ve lived in the areaInventory is a joke you want something special or think they might have it forget itIf you shop here go in with an open mind knowing you are not getting what you want

The staff was not knowledgeable at doing their job. Not only were they not able to take either of my cards, but after waiting over 15 minutes for them both try to get my cards to work the older lady choose this time to go to the restroom, with about 5 customers in line. Neither employ could check my order out using my cards so I went out to my car and got cash. I went back into the store where I had to then wait for the 5 people to check out, when I got to the register to pay cash the guy told me the other lady had voided out my order and she would have to be the one to help me, I found the older lady outside standing by my car talking to my husband smoking a cigarette. She said she was smoking her cigarette. My husband had already taken our things to the car so we ended up just taking the items back into the store and leaving. We spent about 50 minutes at this store and did not even get to purchase anything, when it should have only took us about 15 on this visit.

I love this store, the people are great however, they ALWAYS have so much stock out on the floor to be put away that it's almost impossible to shop. The buggies don't fit down the isles and sometimes I don't fit down the isles (I'm not big). It just seems like it would make more sense to bring that stuff out one isle per person at a time that way the customer would only be inconvenienced on a couple isles rather than most isles. Otherwise this would be a five star location for the DG.

The employees we're GREAT and kind and very polite. The only problem was~~ I am in a wheelchair therefore, it is so hard to try to get through the tiny isle's!! They should have more employees to help restock the store at night, after closing time. It would also be great if they had motorized scooters. They could keep them locked up and the customer only needs to ask the manager for the key~~this should cut down on children "playing" on them, just sayin'.......

Has about the same items as every other dg, although it has the coolers and freezers to the left, where in most of the ones I've been in have been to the right. I can't really comment on customer service, the store was in the middle of a shift change, and it was kinda busy, so it was somewhat chaotic. Everyone was friendly enough, which went a long way.

The website has several things listed in stock that are not at this store. The employees are also not very helpful. The have metal yard picks sitting in short plastic pots and overfilled them. I walked by didn’t even touch them and they spilt out. I picked them up and while doing so an employee saw the mess and walked away instead of offering to help. Horrible quality especially considering it’s the only nearby store.

It's about what you'd expect from a dollar general next to a waffle house on the highway: Lots of undesirables floating around the area. The upkeep seems minimal but every time I interact with any cashier they give a vibe like they're dead inside. Not a bad place if you just need something quick and don't mind anxiety for 10-15 minutes

It was excellent. Staff was very friendly and really willing to help. Especially Amanda, she went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you found everything you were wanting and that you were totally pleased. She would make a great manager for Dollar General somewhere. She repersentives your company very well. You need a lot more people like her in all your stores. It was a pleasure doing business at your store on Saturday night and it being busy. However you did not lack the service you deserved. Thank you for having such a intelligent, caring and wanting to help everyone that came into your store. Very good store and a great reprensention of Dollar General. Thank you for your service.

Stopped by the store to get ear plugs as we were on the road to get to Monster Jam. They were easy to find. Line went fast and we were gone. Store was typical for a Dollar General. Kind of dated looking but busy with a decent amount of customers. They had what I needed and that the endgame.

It'd been a little better if they'd kept their store area cleaned...TRASH. WAS. EVERYWHERE. And one of the employees got smart with my mother about how she was using her coupons and holding up a line even thou there was another cashier there...I Get it It's Retail. But No Need to get rude and ignorant when some people wanna save money as they shop :/

Clean even in the middle of setting up back to school. Employees were not helpful or friendly. They could be described as polite at best. Must add that they were much better in previous visits. Maybe this was a bad time.

Great place to do quick shopping with pretty good prices on most stuff. Don't be afraid of their Clover Valley store brand, all I have tried has been just as good as the name brand stuff... Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I went in to use the bathroom and of course they both were out of order! I spend my money in that store... i should be able to take a piss if i want too.. ( the employees are lazy and don't want to clean them) i guess they want us to believe they squat next to the dumpster !!!

Most of the employees are nice and don't mind doing their job or helping the customers when needed. It's a nice clean store on the inside. However the parking lot could use some cleaning & repairs, also they have enough kitty cats more than a petting zoo. Also chickens, a couple of stray dogs.... Mainly Cats Galore. The Cat Lady I think works at Dollar General. If you shop that store I hope your a Cat/Animal Lover.

As a former Dollar General Asst Mgr, I honestly wonder who the DM is for that store, and how they still have a job! Most of the employees are rude, and don’t get in a hurry to do anything! That store is ALWAYS a mess! I wonder sometimes if they ever finish putting up a truck. There’s rolltainers all over the place...every time I’ve been there. The store is not clean. And it looks like it’s never been recovered, swept or go backs been put up in months.I wouldn’t say don’t go there, because I do still go there. I just wonder how and why the DM has let this store get in such bad shape. They really need some new management and maybe some additional employees that can actually do the job. ALL of the job. It’s apparent to me that there’s some older employees that take medications that impair their judgement and abilities.But, I love Dollar General, and always will. I would love to work with them again one day...maybe....probably ONLY if it’s the one I worked at, very small island. Everybody knew everybody. We were like the Walmart of the island. Lol. The next closest store was about 30 minutes away.

I used to stop by after work to pick up needed items for the evening or dinner, but now it's freaking ridiculous. I rather make the trip to Kroger now. The original staff are great.

This place has improved their store. DG and the Waffle House share the same driveway/parking lot. It had been raining alot and raining the day I visited DG. As I was leaving, I drove through a large puddle of water not realizing where the curb was. When I hit the curb, I got a flat tire. Neither place will take any responsibility of fixing the driveway nor offer to pay me for a new tire and my copay for roadside assistance

For some reason, today, my husband tried to stop at 6:45 on a Sunday. Even through the lights were all on and the hours are until 11 pm, the doors were locked. No reason or explanation. Also, the cashiers usually aren’t very pleasant, they won’t do cash back. I’m not sure what the management at this store is doing.

Just ran in to grab some shredded mozzarella. All they had was cheddar, and no blocks, either. So I grabbed a block of Monterey Jack and some Provolone slices. Store is pretty messy and crowded.

Not a friendly place to shop. The cashier rung up my items without saying one word to me. I said hello and she did not speak. Then she tossed my receipt at me like I was an animal or something. I will not be back to this store I promise.

Kinda late when i got there probley round 10pm they close at 11pm the shelves were empty and the aisles were cramped because of all the carts full of stock that hadnt been put away on the shelves so what was on the shelves was blocked and u couldnt get to the items so my experience there was not pleasant there was 1 other customer there in the 30 min or so that i was in there so it wasnt busy

I get tired of going into this chain of stores which used to stock a lot of items for Clover Valley only to find the isles full of buggies in the way of shopping and hardly anything on the shelves!
