And they were there to support me after I brought her home. I will never get a different breed, and when I am ready for my second Cavalier, I will buy again from Crumley!

I purchased my Cavalier from Holly in 2009. His dad was a handsome, regal sire named Zeke. Bailey is now 12 years old, and I am so pleased with how healthy he still is despite his age. I have never had any health concerns. I have owned dogs all my life, but Bailey is without a doubt the most loving fur baby companion I have ever had. I chose Cavaliers by Crumley after much research and visiting other breeders. Her facility is clean and the dogs were all extremely happy and playful. I appreciated the health records that she provided because the health of my pet was most important to me. She allowed me to visit a couple of times until Bailey was ready to go home. She had me bring a pillowcase that I had slept with that she put in Bailey's crate so that he was familiar with my scent when we took him home. Yes, she did some great marketing with precious pictures that drew me to her facility, but my decision was made on what I saw when I got there, the information that she provided and her professionalism. She cares about every dog, and she has relationships with other professionals that support her in caring for the dogs. She runs a business that is based on love for the breed. I would choose her again over most other "breeders" that have a litter here and there with very little experience. Cavaliers by Crumley is the best I have seen, and I will get my next fur baby from her.

My husband and I had a nice encounter with Cavaliers by Crumbley. They were accommodating and responsive. Beautiful pups!Unfortunately our Vet advised holding off on introducing a pup to our 15 year old Shih Tzu.I would recommend these dog lovers for your King Charles.

Wonderful breeder, 100/10 would recommend!!! From the very beginning, Holly & Sarah were super helpful planning our first pup. Very responsive and sent updates along the way before we could take our sweet boy home! It is so apparent our puppy was so loved and cared for in their care. If that new family member is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel then Cavaliers by Crumley is the place to find that happiness.I worked very closely with a team of very knowledgeable and caring people at Cavaliers by Crumley to find the right puppy for my family. I spoke directly with Hillary, Sarah and Sara to determine the right puppy with the right temperament and personality for my family of now 3 Cavaliers. They helped me find Dash the perfect puppy to join Oliver (another Crumley pup who is now 3 years old) and Milo who will be 14 years old soon. We all couldn't be happier. Oh and how could I forget? Cavaliers by Crumley offers Nanny Transport. Dash was flown to me in cabin with a member of the Crumley staff to Florida. Oliver was driven to me via Nanny Transport as well. We purchased our puppy in September 2022. His puppy visit was 1 day after arriving home and he was positive for Coccidia. He was also below the 5 pound weight limit we were told was required to take him home. He would not eat and it has continued to be a struggle since. At around 4 months, we noticed his wide stance and gait. Xrays revealed some hip concerns but our vet said it could just be him growing into his body. She wanted to monitor and re-image at the 1 yr mark. Maverick was imaged last week when we took him in for his anorexia and he was found to have a shallow socket and dysplasia in the right hip. Surgery is inevitable (RFO) in the future. Maverick also has Chiari Malformation with some signs of syringomyelia. We will manage this with meds for as long as we can but if his symptoms worsen, MRI and possible surgery may be needed for this as well. The Breeder and Trainer were both quick to respond to me when I asked for advice related to his eating issues and actually recommended the medical evaluation for health concerns that may be related to his anorexia. As soon as I let them know about the health issues, I have had ZERO response. I would not recommend this breeder and wish I had done more research of previous reviews. I am SO glad we bought the health insurance because this little boy is going to have an enormous amount of medical bills. Please research the breed prior to purchasing from ANY breeder. I know CM is common in 95% of the breed but I think "breeding for the smaller size of standard" has REALLY affected these puppies' outcome of developing SM.

Though I haven't bought from this breeder I have been looking Into them and they seem amazing. I don't think a lot of people who posted negative reviews understand that Cavaliers as a whole breed commonly do have heart issues and that is not because of the breeder, if most people blaming the breeder for these problems looked into this breed before hand they should know that. Though this breed isn't the healthiest, it isn't a crime to preserve it. Some breeds are healthier then others and that's just the way it is.

From the moment that I stepped foot on the property, I knew that Cavaliers By Crumley would be the place we would get our next puppy. We had been searching for a Cavalier for a couple of months. During the course of our search, we met a couple of families with dogs they had purchased from Holly Crumley. Everyone raved about the overall experience. During the process, I met with Hillary a couple of times before we picked up our pup. She was always responsive and kind. She took time with me to select the right puppy for us and our situation. After I placed the deposit, we communicated with Sara, our trainer. When we finally came to pick Milo up, Holly, Hillary, and Sara, were all part of our process. I could not say enough about the overall experience. If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. When it is time to add a friend for Milo, we will only be back to Crumley.

I wanted a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel since having one as our family dog growing up. A friend gave Holly a recommendation and I was already interested in Holly after looking into several cavalier breeders in and around Georgia. I read many positive online reviews for Holly, and was impressed by the heavy social media presence, and professional/up to date site. These dogs can be pricey and I was not ready to hand over the cost these pups go for to any ole person breeding out of their house. I sent Holly some questions about waitlist, pricing, litters, timeline, etc and one of her team members reached out back out in less than 24 hours. That was something I always appreciated about Holly's team. We always got timely and informative responses. I paid a deposit and was put on a wait list until the litter was born. We only waited about 2 months from paying the deposit until the liter was born for my desired gender/color. I do believe this changes upon variable but looking back I would wait longer for one of Holly's cavaliers! I was notified when the litter was born the week of and was sent video&photos bi-weekly(you can ask for more frequently Holly is very good on updates) of our puppy. They were always in the cutest photoshoot locations that were a laugh. Pick up day was amazing. Holly's facility in North Georgia blew me away. Holly's dog inn is incredible and I will definitely put our cavalier up there when we are out of town. Her training park/building was very nice and well kept. I was very impressed with how welcoming and friendly Holly and her staff were. I had a lot of questions and they took the time to answer very single one. You could really tell every there love for cavaliers and are very knowledgeable about the breed. Overall I was blown away by the professionalism. AND OUR PUPPY! He is the cutest cavalier ever and I am completely in love. He got a clean bill of health from our vet and is just the best temperament. His favorite part of the day is post walk naps and loves watching Netflix with Dad. I will definitely be back to Holly for a future brother/sister for our pup one day! FIVE BIG STARS

I cannot say enough good things about Cavaliers by Crumley! I signed up for the waiting list in May and by mid-June they had a newborn puppy that fit my requests (ruby male, on the small side). During the 10 weeks I waited for him to grow up with his siblings at CBC, Hillary kindly sent me photos to show his progress and was happy to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot for her to answer!). She was happy to send info on his parents, too.We picked up our baby, Wallace, four days ago and he has been nothing but a dream. He hasn't pottied in the house and he's been sleeping through the night (knock on wood). He's very sociable and outgoing; we can tell he was raised in a loving environment and exposed to lots of things that make him comfortable in our apartment now. Our vet also said he looked healthy for his age.We found the breeder through a friend who has a four-year-old tri-color; he's also extremely well-behaved and has no health issues to date. I did a lot of research before putting a deposit down (cavaliers are prone to health issues and it's important to buy from a high-quality breeder). We ended up coming down all the way from Connecticut to pick him up, and I'd do it all over again!

This place is a complete puppy mill. The don’t show or title or prove their dogs. ALOT of their dogs have deformities before a year old. None of their dogs look the same (if they were bred to standard they would) it’s just a glorified puppy mill that produces mass amounts of poorly bred unhealthy puppies!

Do not buy your puppy from this breeder, my worst mistake. I cry every night after losing my sweet Charlie. He had a severe heart problem at a young age. 3 years old and dead at 7. This place needs to be shut down. How could anyone continue to run this puppy mill. Shame on you Holly, I don’t know how you sleep at night. Money is the root of all evil.

I got my dog about three months ago. I told the staff exactly what kind of dog I was looking for. They pick out two to choose from that would work best for me. The one that I ended up getting the staff member told me he would be the better choice that he was a little bit more timid, but she guaranteed that he wasn’t scared just timid. Unfortunately, my dog is scared of every human being that comes near. I did a lot of research and chose this breed for their friendly and cuddly nature my dog is neither he acts more like a cat and that is not what I asked for. I love my dog but was misled on the dog I got. We have spent a lot more money to worked hard since we got him with professional training not only to work on just normal obedience, but confidence building and taking him out to public places to help with those issues yet not much has changed. Again I am highly disappointed in the recommendation that I was given for this dog. If I had known at the time that he would have this many confidence issues I would’ve not gotten him. He is not timid, as I was told he is scared .

I have never brought such a peaceful, well adjusted pet into my life as this absolute angel puppy. He's been completely focused on me and interested in learning how to live life with me from the moment I got him. It's day 11 of having him and I do not know how I ever lived without him. The care that goes into the breeding and early weeks of life for puppies at Cavaliers by Crumley makes all the difference. I'm so over the moon that I get to enjoy this sweet little being as my pet and pack mate.

I drove from Memphis Tn to Lula GA on Friday October 14th. It was the day I picked up Lola Jade. Lola has brought JOY, LAUGHTER, and LOVE into my heart and home. I take her to work with me at my part time job 3 days a week and she is excellent in her kennel. I take her out for a walk at 10 and 3. We go to lunch at 12:45 have a bite, then go into Lowes and visit her friends Rita, John P, John and two guys in the garden center. They say Lola makes their day better. She is so happy to meet 💗 everyone. She has learned to sit and lay down at 3 months. Our plan is to train to be a therapy dog as she is so loving. (I hadn't planned on that but I want to share her love with others at local retirement and nursing homes). My home and more specifically the family room is her playground with toys, old shoes, a pillow and of course her favorite spot to nap next to me on the couch. She has been to the vets twice for follow up routine vaccinations and worming and has behaved very well. The first shot showed minor reaction, but the 2nd shot didn't have side effects. The new mom in me was relieved. I could go on and on about life with Lola Jade. I can say without any reservation that for me making the decision on Cavaliers by Crumley was ideal. Would like to expand our family, hopefully some time in 2023 as I believe Lola would benefit even more with a sister. Thank you Holly for the love and care you, your staff and foster homes provide us with our beloved companions.

We've been wanting one, or two, Cavaliers since ours - Murphy and Maggie died of old age. My wife, Bettye, learned of Ms Crumley through a chance meeting with an owner at a Lowe's garden center. So, as I had weak of annual leave scheduled, we drove out to her place unannounced, thinking we'd look the place over and put our name on the wait list for one or two Rubies. Well, things moved pretty quickly once we got there! Ms. Crumley spoke with us for an hour and told us how their breeding program works and how they socialize their dogs in foster homes and how she breeds for healthy bloodlines. After a while she made a phone call, and a young girl appeared shortly after with two Rubies - sisters from the same litter. She said she would sell one and keep the other, but the pups won our hearts and we had to have them both! So now we have two tiny girls that have taken over our house and melted our hearts. What a whirlwind day it was! Getting two was the right decision - they provide comfort and support for each other. We're so glad we did and so glad that we bought from Ms. Holley. By the way, the girls were born on Christmas day and they're named Holly and Noel.

The attention to detail made everything so easy as well as exciting! When the day came to take my fur baby home, I was not disappointed! We picked up our sweet black and tan puppy last Saturday. We couldn't be more delighted with how the whole process went. The facilities are beautiful and from what we saw very well-maintained. Their Covid restrictions made us feel safe as we were outside with both the paperwork and the trainer. I highly recommend the additional training. Bella just turned 14 weeks today and she has made our family so happy in just one week. I highly recommend this breeder. She was already checked out by our vet who has told us she is in great condition.

I couldn't recommend this breeder enough. From the time I visited their property to select a puppy to the time I picked my puppy up to bring him home, I was nothing but impressed. These people know what they are doing. They are professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Their facility is clean, and all of the puppies and dogs I encountered seemed so happy and playful. I was specifically impressed with the way they prepare their puppies to leave their mother and litter mates to go home. They also give the option of extending the puppy's time at the kennel to start training with their on-site trainer, Sara. We chose this option, and I'm happy we did. Our puppy got a great head start in learning manners. When I had a question with regard to training, I called Sara, and she actually picked up the phone - I didn't even need to leave a message. She was patient and helpful, as well as very encouraging.I could go on and on about this breeder. They are the best - maybe a bit higher priced than others, but for us, it was well worth the extra $$. This was my first experience with a Cavalier King Charles. I've decided from now on, I want no other breed, and would return to Crumley for my next puppy! Our Ranger has been the easiest puppy experience we've ever had.

My parents have a Ruby Cavalier from Cavaliers by Crumley so when I was looking for a new puppy to bring into my home, they were a no-brainer pick for me. I corresponded with Hillary through the whole process and she always answered my long list of questions in a timely, friendly and professional manner. My puppy is a 12 week old Black and Tan and she is gorgeous. I took her to the vet today for her first appointment and my vet said she is happy, healthy and was impressed with all the detailed paperwork she came with. This breeder knows how to do it right. I picked her up from the facility and Holly Crumley herself walked me through the paperwork and helped make the process of getting my puppy a positive experience. Their facility is very clean and well run and everyone is friendly. My aunt and uncle live down the street too and they board their dog at Crumley’s when they go out of town. Clearly, I can’t say enough great things about this place. Highly recommend if you’re looking to add a cavalier to your family! Best breed in the world from the best breeder!

First time pet owner altogether. I did a lot of research to find personality types of breeds that would resonate with mine and my family’s, so King Charles cavalier was the perfect choice. Without any experience and being someone who is in and out of her family home frequently, I’d searched for a situation whereby our pup arrived very much ready with basics (crate and potty trained) while we do the rest. While cavalier’s by crumley was far from the west coast, they were quite accommodating to our needs. No puppy comes without basic training, you just have the ability to choose basic vs advanced level training. Due to the pandemic. Our puppy arrived as an older advanced puppy but a baby no less at 5 months. He is more of a human than a puppy. He has the most expressive eyes and eyebrow raises, tries to be helpful as he can to fix a bad moment with lots of love and running to see what his little self can do, and never ceasing to humor us with bits of sass like pulling his blanket over his head to have his space when it’s bed time and he’s starting to get into snooze mode while we watch tv. Thank you all for this amazing little angel. He’s brightened up our world!

If there was a way to give zero stars, I would. My beautiful Cavalier died today and wasn’t even three years old. He had a heart murmur and neurological conditions known to the breed. The neurologist at the University of Florida said cavaliers are the top two breeds seen in their animal hospital. How could anybody mass produce these babies to spend a lifetime with health issues?? Do your research!!!!! I didn’t until the health issues began and I will forever beat myself up for that. He was our first dog and will be missed forever.

For being new puppy parents they provided plenty of information on what to expect throughout the process until we were able to pick up our little guy. And our little guy is beyond perfect! We couldn't be happier with the puppy we got from Cavaliers by Crumley. Max is happy, healthy, and very well behaved. After my mother passed last year, I started looking for the perfect life-long companion for my father. Hillary couldn't have been more helpful and communicative. We opted for the advanced training program, and it has proven to be worth the additional cost. Sara, the head trainer, is a joy to work with. It was obvious from day 1 that she wanted Max to succeed and thrive. She never hesitated to update me on his progress or send videos/pictures of him, all of which thrilled my father. We also utilized their Nanny Transport service and our experience couldn't have gone more smoothly. Max was given glowing reviews by our longtime vet at his first appointment, and we have every reason to expect that he will be a treasured member of our family for years to come.

We are very pleased with our puppy, Bentley, from Cavaliers by Crumbly. We enjoyed working with Holly, Hillary, Sara, and Sarah. We opted to have Bentley stay for the advanced training, and we’re so happy that we did. It has been rewarding to bring home a new puppy that walks on a leash, is crate trained, knows to potty outside, etc. We are thoroughly enjoying Bentley and definitely give this breeder and her staff a 5 star rating.
