So friendly. Nicely laid out with labels & a nice clean store inside. The staff is the best, I couldn't leave without buying a (few) plants & almost drove off without my wisteria but the lady at the front register flagged me down while a guy loaded it up. It was much appreciated as I drove 26 mi to get there. Above & beyond.

Absolutely love Miller's! They have such an awesome collection of outdoor flowers, shrubs and trees. AND they're now carrying houseplants which makes me super excited. Every time I've been in there, people are so friendly and helpful. Josh especially knows his stuff and is great with helping customers pick out items!

We recently started buying our hay here to discover today they don't have anyone to drive the skid steer on site and the skid steer will be on site less due to other jobs. They then can't sell round bales of hay. I was told "just call before I come." But that doesn't help because if I need hay I need hay. There is no understanding of I have animals that need to eat and you are my supplier. Poor business model... We stock products we can't sell. I even asked if I could roll the bale of hay on to my own trailer and was told no. But yet I'm allowed to load my own square bales by hand. Help me understand the difference. I asked about speaking to the owner to get a better plan and was told, "I'm the manager. Just call before you come." Again... Doesn't work when you own a farm and have animals to feed. I would like to do business here but they aren't interested.Update: I wrote the review hoping to get a response and resolution, no luck. Through a mutual contact I spoke with the owner. He apologized for the inconvenience. However, business is just this way. They stock hay but don't clear enough profit to worry about keeping a qualified skid steer operator available. I can call ahead to try and schedule with them to see if someone can be available. Hay is really only there for "loyal customers." I would like to be one. Hopefully, the manager will get trained to operate the skid steer or they find good help who can. After my conversation I was asked to delete my review because they "pride themselves on good customer service." The review can come to 5 stars when I get the product that is available when it is convenient.

I absolutely love this place! There is nowhere else within 50 miles that has such a broad selection of plants, not to mention the other items they carry in-store like Case knives and tack! They also treat their customers much better than their “competitors.” My business always feels valued rather than taken for granted when I shop at Miller’s Nursery!

JD and family came out and designed our flowerbeds beyond our expectations. Not only are my flower beds beautiful, they gave us instructions on how to care for each plant. We will definitely recommend Miller's Nursery to anyone.
